劉廣海，1952年生，1988年考入中央美術(shù)學(xué)院研修油畫。中國(guó)美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員、中國(guó)油畫學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員、黑龍江省美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)理事、黑龍江日?qǐng)?bào)高級(jí)美術(shù)編輯，多年來一直從事油畫創(chuàng)作。

其作品多次在《美術(shù)》、《美術(shù)大觀》、《美苑》、《江蘇畫刊》、《中國(guó)連環(huán)畫報(bào)》、《廣西美術(shù)》、《人民日?qǐng)?bào)》、香港《明報(bào)》、《黑龍江日?qǐng)?bào)》等多家媒體及畫刊、畫冊(cè)發(fā)表和介紹。還有多幅作品曾赴美國(guó)、日本、加拿大、法國(guó)、新加坡、香港等地展出，并被廣泛收藏。

Liu Guanghai(1952～) had studied oil painting in Central Academy of Fine Arts since 1988. Now, he is the member of Chinese Artists Association, member of Chinese Oil Painting Association and the director of Hei Longjiang Artists Association. As the art editor of Hei Longjiang Daily, he has been deal with oil painting creation for many years. Some of his works have been published and introduced in various kinds of magazines and press. His works have participated in many exhibitions domestic and overseas and been widely collected at the same time
