Established in 1994and solely owned bythe central gover-nment， The Export-ImportBank of China (ChinaEximbank) is a state policybank under the direct leader-ship of the State Council. Itsinternational credit ratings arecompatible with the nationalsovereign ratings. At present，the Bank has seven businessbranches， six domestic repre-sentative offices and twooverseas representative of-fices - one for Southern Eastern Africa and the otherin Paris Rep. Office. It has es-tablished and maintained cor-respondent relationship with140 foreign banks worldwide.
