戴云輝，1935年出生于浙江溫州市，中國(guó)美術(shù)學(xué)院旅法藝術(shù)家。早年入中央美術(shù)學(xué)院華東分院（現(xiàn)中國(guó)美術(shù)學(xué)院）和上海戲劇學(xué)院深造，畢業(yè)后任報(bào)社美術(shù)編輯40年。擅長(zhǎng)人物畫(huà)，以速寫見(jiàn)長(zhǎng)，所作筆墨酣暢，格調(diào)清新，富有濃郁的生活氣息。美國(guó)海馬圖書(shū)出版公司為其出版《戴云輝速寫集》，浙江人民美術(shù)出版社出版其多幅戲劇年畫(huà)，其中《打金枝》《追魚(yú)》兩幅印數(shù)達(dá)150萬(wàn)張。藝術(shù)事跡被輯入《世界名人錄》《世界名人辭典》《中國(guó)當(dāng)代美術(shù)家名錄》等多部辭書(shū)。

戴云輝還特別喜作濟(jì)公畫(huà)像。為了畫(huà)出濟(jì)公的幽默風(fēng)趣、豁達(dá)樂(lè)觀和為民解憂的藝術(shù)形象，曾多次走訪新加坡、緬甸、泰國(guó)等東南亞濟(jì)公文化場(chǎng)所考察寫生，積累素材，所作濟(jì)公畫(huà)千姿百態(tài)，深得國(guó)人喜愛(ài)，濟(jì)公表演者、藝術(shù)家游本昌盛贊其“把濟(jì)公畫(huà)活了！”

Born in 1935 in Wenzhou， Dai Yunhui studied fine arts at East China College of China Fine Arts Academy (today's China Academy of Arts) and Shanghai Theatrical Academy in early years. Then he worked as an art editor for a media for over 40 years. Dai is good at portraying human figures and his sketches are extraordinary.

A collection of sketches by Dai Yunhui was published in America. A one and a half million copies of the two of his New Year pictures were printed by Zhejiang People's Fine Arts Press. His name is in many of world's most prominent who's who books. Dai is also known for his accomplishment in creating images of Ji Gong the Crazy Monk， a popular figure in Chinese folk legends for hundreds of years.
