★如果你致電某人，電話接通后，你應(yīng)該對(duì)接電話的人說May I speak to...， please?

★如果你接聽電話，而你正是對(duì)方想找的人，應(yīng)該說Yes， speaking.

★如果對(duì)方要找的人不在，你應(yīng)該說Sorry， ... is not here.

★如果對(duì)方要找的人就在你附近，你可以說Hold on， please. 然后找那人來聽電話#65377;

★無論是你致電他人，還是他人致電給你，若你想問是誰在接聽電話，應(yīng)該說Who’s that， please? Is that... (speaking)?

★如果你想告訴對(duì)方你是誰，應(yīng)該說This is ...(speaking). 而不能說I am....#65377; 這點(diǎn)是與中文的表達(dá)不同的地方，請(qǐng)同學(xué)們要特別注意#65377;

★如果有人打錯(cuò)電話，你應(yīng)該說Sorry， wrong number.
