摘要:華紅4號是由金實2號×SF0835M雜交選育出的四倍體紅肉獼猴桃新品種。果實橢圓形,喙端微鈍凸,花萼環(huán)明顯,無萼片宿存;果皮表面淺褐色,均勻分布有中等量的黃褐色、易脫落的短茸毛,外層果肉淺綠色,內層果肉紫紅色;平均單果質量83.7 g,最大104.3 g;可溶性固形物含量(w,后同)15.2%,總酸含量1.56%,可溶性糖含量7.95%,干物質含量16.6%,維生素C含量1.60 g·kg-1。果實生長期150 d左右,在四川德陽地區(qū)9月中旬成熟;花序類型屬于單花序,萌芽力和成枝力都較強,樹勢中強。屬于中抗?jié)儾∑贩N。果實在0℃~4℃條件下可存放120~140 d,較耐貯藏。適應性強,一般在年平均氣溫大于15℃、海拔1000m以下、透氣性良好的微酸性壤砂土地區(qū)均可栽培;第3年開花結果,豐產性好。

A new red-fleshed kiwifruit cultivar Huahong 4

Abstract:Huahong 4 is a new tetraploid red-fleshed kiwifruit cultivar selected from a crossbreeding.The seedling was derived from a cross between Jinshi 2 and SF0835M in 2009 at Shifang Kiwifruit Base of Sichuan Province.Fine female vines were selected in 2015,grafted and propagated in 2016 and started to be observed.Varieties were selected and applied for variety rights protection in 2019.It is a tetraploid female variety with medium tree vigor,medium short villi on current canes and weak anthocy-anin coloration on growing tips,short fusiform lenticels on canes and small yellow lenticels on young leaf petiole with adaxially anthocyanin staining,acuminate leaf tip,heart-shaped base and heart-shaped leaves.The inflorescence type is single,the anthocyanidin staining degree is weak at the calyx crack of the petal base.the base of the petal is arranged and overlapped,the crease of the top is very light,the color of the adaxial side is monochrome and mainly white,the color of the filament is light green,the color of the anther is orange-yellow,and style color is white and it stays at a horizontal state,with each flower having average of 40 styles.Fruit shape is oval,with a slightly blunt and convex beak shape.The calyx ring of the fruit is obvious,and the base of the fruit is circular.There are no persistent sepals,and the degree of protrusion of the lenticels is weak.The skin is light brown,with a moderate amount of shorthairs evenly distributed on the surface of the skin.The color is yellow-brown and it is easy to fall off.After ripening,the skin of the fruit is light brown,and the difficulty of peeling off the skin is moder-ate.The outer flesh is light green,while the inner flesh is purple red.The average fruit weight is 83.7 g,and maximum fruit weight is 104.3 g.Soluble solids content is 15.2%,and dry matter content is 16.6%.Fruit contents 7.95%total sugar,1.56%total acid and 1.60 g?kg-1 vitamin C.The fruit development peri-od is 150 d,it matures in mid-September in Deyang area of Sichuan province and it’s a mid-mature va-riety.The inflorescence belongs to a single inflorescence type,and the budding ability and cane branch-ing ability are strong.It is medium resistant to PSA,and the occurrence of brown spot and scale insects is slight.The resistance and adaptability is strong.The fruit has long storage-life,and cold storage life is 120-140 days.The conditions of suitable cultivation area include annual average temperaturegt;15℃,altitude below 1000 meters,and slightly acidic and good drain soil.It can start to flower and bear fruit in the third year with good yield.

獼猴桃按照果肉顏色分為紅肉、黃肉和綠肉獼猴桃,紅肉獼猴桃因果肉鮮紅色、風味甜香等優(yōu)點受到消費者的喜愛。四川省自然資源科學研究院于1995年培育了世界上首個紅肉獼猴桃品種紅陽[1],后續(xù)又培育了紅華[2]、紅什1號[3]、紅什2號[4]等紅肉獼猴桃新品種及金什1號[5]、金實2號和金實4號[6]等黃肉獼猴桃新品種。為了優(yōu)化獼猴桃品種結構、增強潰瘍病抗性,筆者通過多年雜交選育,育成了四倍體紅肉獼猴桃新品種華紅4號,該品種具有果實橢圓形、統(tǒng)一端正,內果皮紅色程度深,果實較大、耐貯藏,植株抗?jié)儾〉葍?yōu)點。
1選育過程
華紅4號是通過雜交選育出來的紅肉獼猴桃新品種。2009年4月,在四川什邡獼猴桃研究基地以黃肉獼猴桃品種金實2號為母本、含紅色素基因的獼猴桃雄性材料SF0835M[7]為父本進行雜交,2009年9月獲得雜交種子,2010年2月播種獲得雜交幼苗,于翌年2月將幼苗栽植在什邡湔氐鎮(zhèn)獼猴桃基地,2014年4月雜交苗初次開花結果。通過2 a(年)測試,2015年在湔氐基地20-01-11d位置選育出一株果實大、紅色突出的優(yōu)良單株。2016年1月在四川綿竹廣濟獼猴桃研究基地嫁接繁殖無性第一代,栽培100株,2016—2022年按照《植物新品種特異性、一致性和穩(wěn)定性測試指南獼猴桃屬》(NY/T 2351—2013)連續(xù)觀測,通過多年觀察、比較、區(qū)試、鑒定,表現(xiàn)出特異性、一致性及穩(wěn)定性。取幼嫩葉片采用流式細胞術鑒定,與二倍體紅陽、四倍體金豐對比,判定華紅4號新品種為四倍體。2019年4月向農業(yè)農村部植物新品種保護辦公室提出申請,2023年9月獲得植物新品種權證書(品種名稱華紅4號,品種權號CNA20191001991)。2021年3月獲得四川省非主要農作物品種認定證書(認定編號:川認果2021004)。
2主要性狀
2.1植物學特征
華紅4號為雌性獼猴桃品種,樹勢中強。一年生枝陽面灰褐色,枝條粗約10.4 mm,表皮粗糙程度中、有淺褐色的茸毛;一年生枝有少量、黃色、大小中等的短梭形皮孔;一年生枝芽座大小中等,接觸面呈垂直狀,葉痕淺,有芽蓋,芽孔大小中等;一年生枝髓為片狀髓?;ㄐ蝾愋褪菃位ㄐ?,花柄較長約5.1 cm,花萼綠色,數(shù)量6~8個、多為7個;花朵中等大小,花冠直徑約4.0 cm,花瓣白色,花瓣基部排列重疊、萼裂處花青素著色程度弱、頂部波皺度極輕;花絲呈淡綠色,花藥為橙黃色,花柱顏色白色、呈水平狀態(tài)、平均每朵花42根花柱。植株新梢有中等量的短茸毛,新梢生長點花青素著色度弱,葉柄正面花青苷顯色弱;幼葉尖端形狀為漸尖、基部不交叉;成葉基部呈心形,邊緣鋸齒狀,葉片正面深綠色、茸毛無或極稀、波皺程度極弱到弱,葉片背面綠色、茸毛密集,成葉葉柄長約15.3 cm、葉片長約15.1 cm、葉片寬約15.9 cm,成葉近扇形,葉柄長/葉片長約1.01。
2.2果實經濟性狀
華紅4號果實橢圓形、大小中等,果實縱徑約6.1 cm,縱徑/橫徑比率約1.43,平均單果質量83.7 g,最大單果質量104.3 g;果實赤道橫斷面長徑約4.8 cm,短徑約4.5 cm,橫切面近圓形;果實喙端形狀微鈍凸,花萼環(huán)明顯,果肩呈圓形;果柄長約6.3 cm,無萼片宿存,皮孔突出程度弱,果皮表面淺褐色,均勻分布有中等量的黃褐色、易脫落的短茸毛;果實易脫落,后熟后果皮剝離的難易程度中等,外層果肉顏色淺綠色,內層果肉顏色紫紅色,相對果心小到中,果心橫切面黃白色,呈橢圓形。果實后熟難易程度中等,可溶性固形物含量(w,后同)15.2%,總酸含量1.56%,可溶性糖含量7.95%,維生素C含量1.60 g·kg-1,干物質含量16.6%(表1,圖1)。
2.3生物學特性
在德陽什邡、綿竹地區(qū),華紅4號獼猴桃3月中旬開始萌芽,3月下旬抽梢,4月上旬展葉現(xiàn)蕾,4月中旬開花,9月中旬果實成熟開始采收,12月上旬落葉,果實生長期150 d左右,屬中熟品種(表2)。果實在0℃~4℃下可存放120~140 d,較耐貯藏。定植后第2~3年開花結果,第4年進入盛果期,盛果期平均每666.7 m2產量為1500 kg左右。
2.4抗性
在什邡市紅白鎮(zhèn)柿子坪村(海拔955 m)、什邡市湔氐鎮(zhèn)先鋒村和下院村(海拔612 m)、綿竹市廣濟鎮(zhèn)祈祥村(海拔561 m)、成都市大邑縣新場鎮(zhèn)揭家村(海拔559 m)等不同海拔地區(qū)開展抗性試驗,經過連續(xù)多年的試驗,華紅4號被認為是中抗?jié)儾~J猴桃紅肉品種,桑盾蚧、褐斑病和灰霉病的發(fā)生也較輕,植株總體抗性較強。
3栽培技術要點
根據(jù)什邡、綿竹、大邑等地區(qū)域性試驗,華紅4號品種對氣溫、海拔、土壤、降雨量適應范圍廣。最適栽培條件為:年平均氣溫16.5℃,海拔1000m以下,年降雨量1000~1500 mm,背風向陽,土壤pH值5.5~6.5、有機質含量高、透氣性好及排灌方便的地區(qū)。根據(jù)園區(qū)情況從果園規(guī)劃、土壤改良、棚架搭建、苗木定植、肥水管理、枝蔓管理、花果管理、病蟲防治等方面進行細化。根據(jù)果園地形條件設置1~2 hm2大小的管理單元,進行道路、溝渠的合理規(guī)劃布局;土地整理及土壤改良時配施有機肥并全園深翻60 cm。根據(jù)山地、臺地、坡地、平地等不同類型選擇大棚架、小棚架或者“T”形架建設。苗木適合于早春或晚秋兩季,配華紅4號專用雄株,以雌雄株(6~8)∶1、株行距3 m×4 m栽植,666.7 m2約55株。輕疏花重疏果,夏季修剪+冬季修剪相結合,夏季重通風透光,以疏除過密枝、控制徒長枝為主,冬季重樹勢發(fā)展及來年產量,以留20~25個結果母枝,疏除病、弱及過密枝為主。1年施肥5次,即2—3月萌芽肥、4月花前肥、5—6月壯果肥、7—8月優(yōu)果肥和10月后施基肥。在9月中旬,當果實可溶性固形物含量為7%~8%、干物質含量16%時,開始采收。
4應用前景
目前,國內外主栽紅肉獼猴桃品種都是二倍體,果實較小且抗?jié)儾∧芰Ρ容^弱。華紅4號是世界首個四倍體紅肉獼猴桃雌性品種,該品種具有果實橢圓形,內果皮紅色程度深,果實較大、耐貯藏,植株中抗?jié)儾〉葍?yōu)點,適宜在四川省及相同生態(tài)區(qū)域推廣。
