7月2日，濟南市知識產(chǎn)權高層次人才發(fā)展項目集中簽約暨知識產(chǎn)權強省會建設創(chuàng)新大賽啟動。大賽以“創(chuàng)新”為核心，旨在搭建一個人才與平臺相互對接的舞臺，共同點燃城市發(fā)展的智慧引擎；一批專注于“人才”的知識產(chǎn)權服務站在駐濟高校和重點產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)相繼揭牌，實現(xiàn)人才與服務的深度融合，共同鍛造推動城市發(fā)展的金鑰匙；一系列旨在期待“成果”的知識產(chǎn)權人才發(fā)展項目也在此次活動中簽約，通過人才與項目的相互促進，共同激活城市發(fā)展的新動能。

在創(chuàng)新驅動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的引領下，濟南市正以前所未有的力度推進科技創(chuàng)新與成果轉化，為經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展注入強勁動力。

正如濟南市委人才辦負責同志在致辭中強調，近年來，濟南大力實施人才強省會戰(zhàn)略，全力爭創(chuàng)國家吸引和集聚人才平臺，努力構建“天下泉城、人來無憂”的全生命周期人才服務體系。知識產(chǎn)權人才作為加快科技創(chuàng)新、增強經(jīng)濟活力的關鍵力量，其重要性不言而喻。此次活動是第二屆“海右人才節(jié)”的特色活動之一，也是培育高價值專利、促進知識產(chǎn)權轉移轉化、激發(fā)人才創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)活力的重要平臺，將有效促進高價值知識產(chǎn)權的轉化運用，在人才鏈、創(chuàng)新鏈與產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈之間，搭建起一座互通、直通、融通的橋梁，將知識產(chǎn)權服務“鏈起來”，將知識產(chǎn)權資源“聚起來”，將知識產(chǎn)權成果“用起來”，為濟南經(jīng)濟社會高質量發(fā)展提供源頭活水和有力支撐。

活動現(xiàn)場，一系列簽約落地，歷下區(qū)知識產(chǎn)權專屬特派員與5家企業(yè)簽訂專項服務協(xié)議，全鏈條、全天候的服務助力企業(yè)實現(xiàn)新跨越。濟南市知識產(chǎn)權保護中心、濟南知識產(chǎn)權服務業(yè)集聚區(qū)與4個院士工作站簽訂了知識產(chǎn)權高質量服務戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議，助力高端知識產(chǎn)權人才創(chuàng)新項目加速創(chuàng)造轉化；同時，與4家高校簽訂的知識產(chǎn)權人才培養(yǎng)實踐基地戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議，將進一步引導學生開展實踐，拓寬引才留才渠道，為濟南知識產(chǎn)權事業(yè)培養(yǎng)更多后備力量。

活動現(xiàn)場還設置了知識產(chǎn)權成果展和高層次人才知識產(chǎn)權創(chuàng)新成果路演環(huán)節(jié)，高價值專利成果“開秀”，科創(chuàng)企業(yè)“挖寶”，通過智慧碰撞、經(jīng)驗分享，讓知識產(chǎn)權成果更暢通、更便捷、更有效地走進應用市場，賦能高質量發(fā)展。

On July 2nd， the Jinan High-Level Intellectual Property Talent Development Program was signed， and the Innovation Competition of Intellectual Property Propelling Strong Provincial Capital Construction was inaugurated. Focusing on innovation， the competition is designed to forge a stage where talents and platforms converge， collectively igniting the intellectual engine that actuates urban progress. Intellectual property service stations that are dedicated for talent have been unveiled in universities and key industrial parks across Jinan， forming a profound integration of talent and service， and forging the golden key to drive the city’s advancement. A series of intellectual property talent development projects， anticipated to bear fruit， were also signed during this event.
