城市對(duì)高校的態(tài)度，就是對(duì)未來的態(tài)度。近年來，濟(jì)南市高度重視校地合作，自今年4月份開始推出“泉城校友大講堂”活動(dòng)，著力寫好校地融合“新文章”。

4月20日，濟(jì)南市首期“泉城校友大講堂”在舜耕山莊開講?；顒?dòng)中，中國(guó)前外交官聯(lián)誼會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)邱國(guó)洪，中國(guó)人民大學(xué)公共管理學(xué)院教授、博士生導(dǎo)師，人力資源開發(fā)與管理研究中心副主任劉昕?jī)晌粚＜曳謩e作了專題報(bào)告；山東省中國(guó)人民大學(xué)校友會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)劉本昌代表主辦方致辭；中共濟(jì)南市委組織部副部長(zhǎng)、市公務(wù)員局局長(zhǎng)、市委人才辦常務(wù)副主任王玉躍推介了濟(jì)南人才發(fā)展環(huán)境和人才政策，表示濟(jì)南市委人才辦將與各校友會(huì)共同努力，助力廣大校友在濟(jì)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)造創(chuàng)富，扎根濟(jì)南、建設(shè)濟(jì)南。

5月19日，“泉城校友大講堂”第二期在濟(jì)南超算中心報(bào)告廳開講。中南大學(xué)自動(dòng)化學(xué)院副教授、博士生導(dǎo)師陳白帆，山東大學(xué)副研究員、青年未來學(xué)者、碩士生導(dǎo)師張關(guān)關(guān)，海看股份人工智能專家李東，未來花園教育集團(tuán)副總、魯庫科技人才發(fā)展研究院副院長(zhǎng)王而川四位嘉賓作專題分享?；顒?dòng)中，中南大學(xué)教育發(fā)展與校友事務(wù)辦公室副主任楊鷹、中南大學(xué)山東校友會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)呂長(zhǎng)廣分別代表高校及主辦方致辭，濟(jì)南市工業(yè)和信息化局黨組成員、副局長(zhǎng)，市委人才辦副主任徐磊推介濟(jì)南人工智能產(chǎn)業(yè)以及人才發(fā)展環(huán)境和人才政策。

兩場(chǎng)活動(dòng)均由濟(jì)南市委人才辦指導(dǎo)，各高校山東校友會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)同志，市委人才辦及各區(qū)委人才辦有關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)同志共410余人參加，取得了良好成效。

作為濟(jì)南推動(dòng)校地融合發(fā)展的重要舉措，濟(jì)南將進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)與全國(guó)重點(diǎn)高校山東（濟(jì)南）校友會(huì)的合作，持續(xù)舉辦“泉城校友大講堂”活動(dòng)，促進(jìn)高校、校友、城市的有機(jī)融合、共同成長(zhǎng)、相互支持、共贏發(fā)展，為建設(shè)“強(qiáng)新優(yōu)富美高”新時(shí)代社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化強(qiáng)省會(huì)提供堅(jiān)強(qiáng)校友人才支撐。

In recent years， Jinan has placed an emphasis on the collaboration between schools and the city. Since April of this year， the city has initiated a series of activities named “Quancheng Alumni Lecture”， organized by the Talent Office of the CPC Jinan Municipal Committee. In total， the event saw the participation of over 410 individuals from the Shandong Alumni Associations of universities， the Talent Office ofthe CPC Jinan Municipal Committee， and the Talent Offices of the district Party committees， achieving favorable outcomes.

Jinan is poised to strengthen its collaboration with the Shandong （Jinan） Alumni Associations of renowned national universities， persistently hosting the Quancheng Alumni Lecture activities. These endeavors seek to nurture an organic fusion and shared prosperity between institutions of higher education， alumni， and the city， fostering mutual support and collaborative progress. Thus， they provide a robust alumni talent base to propel the advancement of a new era of socialist modernization， in harmony with the aspiration to establish a provincial capital that is strong， innovative， excellent， prosperous， beautiful， and high-standard.
