6月19日，第十屆女科學(xué)家論壇暨清照論壇·女性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力論壇在濟(jì)南市章丘區(qū)成功舉辦。該論壇由濟(jì)南籍女科學(xué)家、中國科學(xué)院院士、深圳醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院院長顏寧教授發(fā)起，自2015年起已連續(xù)舉辦9屆。

作為濟(jì)南第二屆“海右人才節(jié)”的重要活動(dòng)之一，本屆論壇以“如何培養(yǎng)女性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、如何破除性別困境及生物醫(yī)藥行業(yè)的發(fā)展”為主題，邀請(qǐng)學(xué)術(shù)界、企業(yè)界、投資界等10余位具有廣泛影響力的女性專家參與，旨在匯聚科學(xué)界杰出女性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，分享成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)與面臨的挑戰(zhàn)，共同探討如何支持、培養(yǎng)、激勵(lì)女性科學(xué)家，提升更多女性科研人員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和影響力，激勵(lì)更多女性施展才華、勇敢出彩。

生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)家，中國科學(xué)院院士，中國科學(xué)院生物物理研究所研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師王志珍；中國科協(xié)榮譽(yù)委員，中國自然科學(xué)博物館學(xué)會(huì)名譽(yù)理事長，中國女科技工作者協(xié)會(huì)名譽(yù)副會(huì)長程?hào)|紅；中國科學(xué)院院士，深圳醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院院長，深圳灣實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任，清華大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院講席教授顏寧等中外頂尖科學(xué)家和產(chǎn)業(yè)界精英參加。

中共濟(jì)南市委常委、組織部部長陳陽出席活動(dòng)并致辭。她表示，近年來，濟(jì)南深入踐行“天下泉城聚天下英才”理念，著力構(gòu)筑“天下泉城、人來無憂”全生命周期人才服務(wù)體系，推出人才政策“雙30條”等一系列政策舉措，形成了“近悅遠(yuǎn)來”的良好人才生態(tài)。在城市與人才的雙向奔赴中，廣大女性人才積極投身科技創(chuàng)新最前沿、經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)主戰(zhàn)場、社會(huì)發(fā)展各領(lǐng)域，頑強(qiáng)拼搏、傾情奉獻(xiàn)，盡顯“巾幗風(fēng)采”。在濟(jì)南，女性人才數(shù)量已超過130萬，女性和城市共成長，演繹出“女性更出彩、泉城更精彩”的生動(dòng)畫卷。

來自駐章高校、駐地生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)、本地女性人才、優(yōu)秀教師和學(xué)生代表、優(yōu)秀醫(yī)務(wù)工作者及生物醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域相關(guān)人才共計(jì)200多人共同參加活動(dòng)。

On June 19th， the 10th Women Scientists Forum and Qingzhao Forum -Women’s Leadership Forum was successfully held in Zhangqiu District， Jinan. The forum， initiated by Professor Yan Ning -a Jinan-born female scientist， a member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences， the founding president of the Shenzhen Medical Academy of Research and Translation - has been held for nine consecutive years since 2015.

Under the theme of “Cultivating Female Leadership， Over8HdYGypaSM3y9FU80RoDa+Qp69c9LecchJKkoKV8gQc=coming Gender Dilemmas， and Advancing the Biomedical Industry，” this year’s forum invited over ten influential female experts from academia， business， and investment circles. Its objective is to convene distinguished female leaders in the scientific community， facilitating the sharing of their experiences and the challenges they’ve faced， while exploring paths to support， nurture， and inspire female scientists. The ultimate goal is to elevate the leadership and impact of a larger number of female researchers and encourage more women to showcase their talents and excel. Furthermore， guests from the biomedical industry discussed their research findings and industry insights， fostering cross-sector collaboration and innovation within the biomedical field.
