楊利偉搭乘神舟五號飛船進(jìn)行的太空之旅不僅是對個人極限的挑戰(zhàn)，也是對中國科技和航天夢想的重大貢獻(xiàn)，成為中國現(xiàn)代科技史上的一個里程碑。他本人也因此成了航天英雄，受到了全國人民的廣泛尊敬和愛戴。一起來了解下他的首次太空飛行故事吧！

On October 15, 2003, China’s first manned spacecraft, Shenzhou V, the was successfully1)launched from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center and sent its astronaut Yang Liwei to the space with the “Long March CZ-2F” carrier rocket.With the launch, China became the third country, after Russia and the United States, to has the ability to carry out the manned space flights.

Yang Liwei was born in 1965 in Suizhong County in Northeast China’s Liaoning Province.

In September 1983, Yang Liwei joined the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA)and entered the No.8 Aviation College of the PLA Air Force.Yang graduated in 1987 with the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree.

In January 1998, Yang Liwei was selected as a member of the group of Chinese astronauts set to train to fly the Project 921 spacecraft.He was one of 14 chosen from among 1,500 pilot2)candidates.The team underwent five years of3)rigorous physical,psychological, and technical training at the Astronaut Training Base in Beijing.

Yang Liwei noted the study was much more difficult than that in college.There were more than 30 subjects he had to have a good command of.Yang’s English was not good, so in order to improve in this area, he often called his wife to serve as his English learning partner.Practice makes perfect.At the exam, Yang got a score of 100.

Besides some basic lessons in aviation dynamics, air dynamics,geophysics, meteorology, and astronomy, the astronauts also had to learn survival skills under extreme conditions in case their capsule landed anywhere on the earth, whether on land or at sea.

After a long time of training, on September 20, 2003, the 14 astronauts began to exercise in the real Shenzhou V spacecraft at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center.

On October 15, 2003, Yang was launched into space from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center.In space, Yang completed 14 orbits and traveled more than 600,000 km, before finishing China’s first manned space flight,and again standing on Chinese soil at 7:00 am, on October 16, 2003.

His flight not only represents a breakthrough in China’s space industry, but also greatly contributes to the world’s space industry.

Yang hopes that more young people will become interested in participating in space travel.Yang said our nation’s manned space program continued to gain4)momentum and our nation would continue to5)recruit young candidates.He hopes more and more young people can be a part of this in the near future.

2003 年10 月15 日，中國第一艘載人飛船神舟五號在酒泉衛(wèi)星發(fā)射中心成功發(fā)射，用長征二號F 運載火箭將航天員楊利偉送入太空。這次發(fā)射，讓中國成為繼俄羅斯和美國之后第三個具備載人航天飛行能力的國家。

楊利偉出生于1965 年，是中國東北遼寧省綏中縣人。

1983 年9 月，楊利偉加入中國人民解放軍，進(jìn)入中國人民解放軍空軍第八飛行學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí)。他于1987 年畢業(yè)，獲得學(xué)士學(xué)位。

1998 年1 月，楊利偉被選為中國航天員組的一員去訓(xùn)練飛行“921 工程”宇宙飛船。他是從1500 名飛行員候選人中選出的14 人之一。這支隊伍在北京的中國航天員科研訓(xùn)練中心接受了五年嚴(yán)格的身體、心理和技術(shù)訓(xùn)練。

楊利偉指出，航天員培訓(xùn)要比在大學(xué)里學(xué)習(xí)困難得多。他必須掌握30 多門 科目。楊利偉的英語不好，所以為了提高英語水平，他經(jīng)常打電話給他的妻子，讓妻子擔(dān)任他的英語學(xué)習(xí)伙伴。熟能生巧，在考試中，楊利偉取得了滿分100 分的成績。

除了一些航空動力學(xué)、空氣動力學(xué)、地球物理學(xué)、氣象學(xué)和天文學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)課程外，航天員還必須學(xué)習(xí)在極端條件下的生存技能，以防他們的太空艙降落在地球陸地上或海上的任何地方。

經(jīng)過長時間的訓(xùn)練，2003 年9 月20 日，14名航天員在酒泉衛(wèi)星發(fā)射中心真正的神舟五號飛船上開始了訓(xùn)練。

2003 年10 月15 日，楊利偉從酒泉衛(wèi)星發(fā)射中心發(fā)射升空。2003 年10 月16 日上午7 點，他完成了14 圈飛行，飛行了60 多萬千米，完成了中國首次載人航天飛行，再次站在了中國的土地上。

他的飛行不僅代表了中國航天事業(yè)的重大突破，也為世界航天事業(yè)做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)。

楊利偉希望更多的年輕人對參與太空飛行感興趣。楊利偉說，我們國家的載人航天計劃持續(xù)發(fā)展壯大，我們國家將持續(xù)招募年輕的飛行員候選人。他希望在不久的將來，越來越多的年輕人能參與其中。
