2月26日，在2024年春季全省高質(zhì)量發(fā)展重大項(xiàng)目建設(shè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)推進(jìn)會(huì)上，濟(jì)南新舊動(dòng)能轉(zhuǎn)換起步區(qū)集中開工12個(gè)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目，總投資365.2億元，年度計(jì)劃投資85.9億元，為全省深化大開放拓展大招商和濟(jì)南“項(xiàng)目深化年”貢獻(xiàn)起步力量，也是起步區(qū)以重大項(xiàng)目建設(shè)引領(lǐng)綠色低碳高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，實(shí)現(xiàn)聚勢(shì)突破的有力舉措。

作為山東省落實(shí)黃河重大國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略的主陣地，深化新舊動(dòng)能轉(zhuǎn)換、推動(dòng)綠色低碳高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的主戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)，自2021年濟(jì)南起步區(qū)成立以來(lái)，山東省、濟(jì)南市“匯全省之智、舉全市之力”加快推進(jìn)起步區(qū)“五年成形、十年成勢(shì)、十五年成城”。2023年，全年引進(jìn)優(yōu)質(zhì)項(xiàng)目26個(gè)、總投資946億元，大橋城市副中心示范區(qū)建設(shè)全面開啟，新區(qū)建設(shè)成形起勢(shì)步伐鏗鏘有力。

龍年伊始，起步區(qū)便召開全體大會(huì)，聚力成形起勢(shì)、全面深化提升，加快推進(jìn)起步區(qū)綠色低碳新城建設(shè)取得新突破。據(jù)悉，起步區(qū)參加全省集中開工項(xiàng)目共12個(gè)，總投資365.2億元，年度計(jì)劃投資85.9億元。其中，產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)類項(xiàng)目4個(gè)，總投資167億元，年度計(jì)劃投資51.1億元；重大平臺(tái)類項(xiàng)目1個(gè)，總投資3.4億元，年度計(jì)劃投資2.1億元；社會(huì)民生類項(xiàng)目4個(gè)，總投資81.3億元，年度計(jì)劃投資11.7億元；基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施類項(xiàng)目3個(gè)，總投資113.5億元，年度計(jì)劃投資21億元，將進(jìn)一步引領(lǐng)綠色低碳高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

On February 26， 2024， an on-the-spot promotion meeting for construction of key projects characterized by high-quality development of Shandong was held. In the meeting， the Jinan Start-up Area for Growth Drivers Transformation launched a group kick-off for 12 key projects， with a total investment of 36.52 billion yuan， and an annual plan of investing 8.59 billion yuan. Its conducive to deepening opening-up and expanding investment attraction of the province， and further advancing projects of the city. Its also a concrete step for the Jinan Start-up Area to facilitate the green， low-carbon， and high-quality development with key projects， and gain momentum for producing breakthroughs.
