Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the CPC Central Committee, with Xi Jinping at its core, has placed great emphasis on promoting Chinese culture globally. President Xi Jinping has delivered numerous important speeches and made significant statements emphasizing the need to strengthen international communication capacity, enhance cultural exchange levels, establish multi-layered cultural cooperation mechanisms, and engage in deep, diverse, and effective ideological and cultural exchanges. Currently, new generation information technologies such as the internet, big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence are rapidly developing, with digitalization becoming a crucial means of reshaping the global economic landscape and altering global competition dynamics. The advent of ChatGPT has heralded a new chapter in the era of artificial intelligence, injecting new vitality into the creation of a networked, digital, personalized, and lifelong education system and the high-quality development of education. The theme “Digital Intelligence Empowering Education Publishing and International Cooperation” is timely and significant.
