10月19日，市政府外辦副主任李明全會(huì)見了來渝訪問的阿塞拜疆166貨運(yùn)與物流公司總裁杰納洛夫一行。

李明全表示，阿塞拜疆是共建“一帶一路”重要國(guó)家，環(huán)里海重要國(guó)家，中國(guó)重要經(jīng)貿(mào)人文合作伙伴。10月18日，習(xí)近平主席在第三屆“一帶一路”國(guó)際合作高峰論壇開幕式主旨演講中提到：“中方將加快推進(jìn)中歐班列高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，參與跨里海國(guó)際運(yùn)輸走廊建設(shè)，辦好中歐班列國(guó)際合作論壇，會(huì)同各方搭建以鐵路、公路直達(dá)運(yùn)輸為支撐的亞歐大陸物流新通道”。以習(xí)近平總書記講話精神為指引，作為全國(guó)唯一兼有港口型、陸港型、空港型、生產(chǎn)服務(wù)型、商貿(mào)服務(wù)型“五型”國(guó)家物流樞紐的城市，重慶愿同阿塞拜疆相關(guān)方面加強(qiáng)在交通物流領(lǐng)域的合作，共享發(fā)展機(jī)遇。

杰納洛夫表示，重慶經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展充滿活力和無限潛力。阿塞拜疆166貨運(yùn)與物流公司在全球共有3000多名員工，致力于發(fā)展與中國(guó)的商貿(mào)物流合作。下一步，公司愿意與重慶方加強(qiáng)對(duì)接，就拓展電子、汽車、食品、礦產(chǎn)、金屬加工等領(lǐng)域合作空間等議題進(jìn)行探討交流，為促進(jìn)阿中貿(mào)易物流合作貢獻(xiàn)力量。

Azerbaijani Guests Visiting Chongqing

On October 19， Li Mingquan， Deputy Director-General of Chongqing Municipal Foreign Affairs Office， met with the delegation led by Agil Zeynalov， CEO of 166 Freight and Logistics， a company in Azerbaijan.

Li Mingquan noted that Azerbaijan is an important country along the Belt and Road， a major Caspian Sea country， and a key partner of China in economy， trade， and culture. In his keynote speech at the opening ceremony of the Third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation on October 18， President Xi Jinping said that “China will speed up high-quality development of the China-Europe Railway Express， participate in the trans-Caspian international transportation corridor， host the China-Europe Railway Express Cooperation Forum， and make joint efforts to build a new logistics corridor across the Eurasian continent linked by direct railway and road transportation”. Guided by General Secretary Xi Jinpings speech， Chongqing， as Chinas only city with all five types of national logistics hubs of river terminal， dry port， airport， producer services， and commerce and trade services， is willing to strengthen cooperation with Azerbaijani partners in the field of transportation and logistics， and to share development opportunities.

Agil Zeynalov noted that Chongqing enjoys vibrant economic and social progress and infinite potential. 166 Cargo， which employs more than 3，000 people worldwide， is committed to cooperating with China in trade and logistics. The company is ready to enhance communication with Chongqing partners to discuss issues such as expanding cooperation in electronics， automobiles， food， minerals， and metal processing to contribute to Azerbaijan-China trade and logistics cooperation.
