11月6日，國家主席習(xí)近平向首屆“一帶一路”科技交流大會致賀信。

習(xí)近平指出，第三屆“一帶一路”國際合作高峰論壇成功舉辦，共建“一帶一路”進入高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的新階段。科技合作是共建“一帶一路”合作的重要組成部分。中方將弘揚以和平合作、開放包容、互學(xué)互鑒、互利共贏為核心的絲路精神，深入實施“一帶一路”科技創(chuàng)新行動計劃，推進國際科技創(chuàng)新交流，與各國共同挖掘創(chuàng)新增長潛力，激發(fā)創(chuàng)新合作潛能，強化創(chuàng)新伙伴關(guān)系，促進創(chuàng)新成果更多惠及各國人民，助力共建“一帶一路”高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，推動構(gòu)建人類命運共同體。

首屆“一帶一路”科技交流大會主題為“共建創(chuàng)新之路，同促合作發(fā)展”，由科技部、中國科學(xué)院、中國工程院、中國科協(xié)、重慶市人民政府和四川省人民政府共同主辦，國家發(fā)展改革委作為支持單位，當(dāng)日在重慶市開幕。

Xi Jinping pointed out that with the successful holding of the third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation， Belt and Road cooperation has entered a new stage of high-quality development. Scientific and technological cooperation is an important part of Belt and Road cooperation. China will carry forward the Silk Road spirit characterized by peace and cooperation， openness and inclusiveness， mutual learning and mutual benefit， implement the Belt and Road Science， Technology and Innovation Cooperation Action Plan in an in-depth manner， and advance international exchanges in scientific and technological innovation. China is willing to work with other countries to jointly tap into the potential for innovative growth， unlock the potential of innovative cooperation， strengthen partnerships on innovation， promote the delivery of innovation outcomes to the greater benefit of people of all countries， boost the high-quality development of Belt and Road cooperation， and promote the building of a global community of shared future.

On November 6， President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory letter to the first Belt and Road Conference on Science and Technology Exchange.

Themed “Together for Innovation， Development for All，” the first Belt and Road Conference on Science and Technology Exchange， co-hosted by the Ministry of Science and Technology， Chinese Academy of Sciences， Chinese Academy of Engineering， China Association for Science and Technology， Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government， and Sichuan Provincial Peoples Government， supported by the National Development and Reform Commission， opened in Chongqing on that day.
