《尚書·禹貢》云：“海岱惟青州?！薄昂！敝覆澈?，“岱”為泰山，泰山和大海間這片廣袤的土地就是青州。當然，如今的青州與古書上記載的青州，并不能畫等號。

翻開青州的歷史長卷，厚重的歷史感與文化氣息氤氳而來：7000余年的發(fā)展史，5000多年的文明史，超2200年的建城史，12年的國都輝煌；上承后李文化、北辛文化、大汶口文化，下接龍山文化、岳石文化；先后建有廣縣城、廣固城、南陽城、東陽城、東關(guān)圩子城、旗城6座古城池；出過6位狀元、180多名進士；范仲淹、歐陽修、富弼在此做過知州，李清照與趙明誠在這里生活多年，百余位名人留下眾多園林府邸與詩文巨著……悠久的歷史，豐富的遺存，深厚的文化底蘊，眾多的名勝古跡，耐人尋味的社會風情和膾炙人口的傳奇故事，見證了青州曾經(jīng)的輝煌，也讓“國家歷史文化名城”的稱號實至名歸。

北宋著名文學家蘇轍曾在詩中贊美青州“面山負海古諸侯，信美東方第一州”。走進這座城，仿佛游走在千年的時光隧道中，既是一場奇妙的歷史之旅，也是一次城市新舊記憶的碰撞之旅。

尋訪青州的歷史印記，捕捉曾經(jīng)的文明足跡，青州博物館非常值得一去。青州博物館是首批國家一級博物館中唯一的縣級綜合性博物館，館藏文物5萬余件，其中國家珍貴文物3000多件。東漢“宜子孫”玉璧、龍興寺遺址窖藏出土佛教造像、明萬歷二十六年趙秉忠殿試狀元卷……這里的一玉一石、一佛一菩、一卷一畫，無不是千古文明的見證者。今年5月，位于南陽湖畔的青州博物館新館正式開放，走進其中，令人驚艷的不只是每一件文物和藏品，而是通過對它們的梳理與品讀，能更多地領(lǐng)悟到背后深藏的悠久歷史和中華燦爛文明的魅力。

回眸往昔繁華地，且看今世美好城。青州古城，一個歷史與現(xiàn)實交融出獨特韻味的所在。

古城內(nèi)老街舊巷多而雜，柳行街、參府街、青龍街、夏欽園街等，其命名或以行市、或以方位、或以地貌特征、或以人文風情，千差萬別，各具特色與情趣。目前，保存最為完好的當屬東關(guān)昭德街至東北街、偶園街，再到北門大街、北關(guān)大街這一段，被稱為“青州十里古街”，昭德街還被評為“中國十大歷史古街”。

眾多的園林亭閣散落在青州古城內(nèi)，每一個古園林、每一處亭閣都留下無數(shù)文人墨客的詩句佳篇。偶園、偕園、范公亭，漫步其間，仿若與無數(shù)騷人逸客擦肩，詩詞吟唱縈繞于耳邊。

古城吸引人的不止是懷古抒情，還有古與今、舊與新在眼前交織放射出的光芒。只要一個轉(zhuǎn)身，就能從厚重的歷史中走進人間市井的煙火間：流光溢彩的燈火，錯落有致的古建筑，熙熙攘攘的人群，無不讓人感到美好。更有那大槐樹煎包或馬蹄燒餅特有的面香，勾起味蕾的跳動；熱乎乎的羊湯或雞湯米線的鮮香迎風撲鼻，誘得人饑腸轆轆；還有百年老字號隆盛糕點，看一眼就讓人放不下，直到蜜三刀從唇齒間一直甜到心里……千年古城，就這樣活了起來。

Exploring Beautiful Qingzhou amid Sea and Mountains

Boasting a development history of over 7，000 years， a civilization history of over 5，000 years， a city founding history of over 2，200 years， and 12 years of glory as the capital of a state； inheriting the Houli culture， the Beixin culture and the Dawenkou culture， carrying forward the Longshan culture and the Yueshi culture； fostering six number one scholars and over 180 Jinshi （scholars passing imperial examinations）； having Fan Zhongyan， Ouyang Xiu and Fu Bi holding the post of governor， Li Qingzhao and Zhao Mingcheng living here for many years， over 100 celebrities leaving numerous garden mansions and masterpieces in poetry and prose… Long history， rich historical remains， profound cultural deposits， and numerous scenic spots and historical sites have witnessed Qingzhou’s past glory， and made it deserve the title of “National Historical and Cultural City”.

As a national first-class museum， the Qingzhou Museum has a collection of over 50，000 cultural relics， including over 3，000 national valuable cultural relics. In May of this year， the new Qingzhou Museum by the Nanyang Lake was officially opened to the public.

The Qingzhou Ancient City has a wide variety of old streets and alleys， which are named after fairs， orientations， terrain features or cultural customs， differing in a thousand ways but each having its own character and charm. Besides， there are numerous gardens and pavilions scattered throughout the ancient city. All gardens and pavilions have the traces of Qingzhou’s celebrities of past dynasties and numerous excellent poems and essays left by ancient men of letters. These gardens and pavilions include Ouyuan Garden， Xieyuan Garden and Fangong Pavilion. Walking down the flagstone streets， strolling around gardens and pavilions， you may feel like brushing past numerous men of letters， with the singing of poems lingering in your ears.

The attraction of the ancient city lies in not only the meditation on the past and the expression of emotions， but also the radiance from the interlacing of ancient and modern elements. Whichever way you turn， you may walk from the profound history into the hustle and bustle of a marketplace.
