Currently more and more teenagers are becoming fat, which has been causing great concern.As for how to keep a healthy weight, I believe the keys is regular exercise and good eating habits.

Firstly, teens should get 60 minutes or more of physical activity a day.Teens can do various exercises like jogging,walking and climbing the stairs.Additionally, teens should have a balanced diet.Fruits and vegetables are strongly recommended because they are rich in vitamins and low in fat.

As long as teens do regular exercise and have good eating habits, they will keep a healthy weight.
