I have a shortcoming that I cant stick to something， until one day I changed.

I still remember one day last summer when I went mountain climbing with myfather. We started early in the morning. But， unluckily， it began to rain on the halfway.I got all wet through， feeling cold and tired. So I couldnt help complaining andwanted to give up. However， my father noticed it. He put his coat on me softly andencouraged me to continue with it. He said， “You cant see the fantastic sceneryunless you reach the top.”His words cheered me up. Finally we got to the top andenjoyed the beauty of nature that I had never seen before.

It is my father that has given me courage and confidence. Since then， I haverealized a truth， that is，“Dont stop halfway when you do something”.

我進(jìn)步的故事

我有一個(gè)缺點(diǎn)，就是對(duì)事情不能持之以恒，直到有一天我變了。

我還記得去年夏天的一天，我和爸爸一起去爬山。我們一大早就出發(fā)了。但不幸的是，爬到一半的時(shí)候下雨了。我全身都濕透了，感覺(jué)又冷又累。于是，我忍不住抱怨，想要放棄。然而，我爸爸發(fā)覺(jué)了這一點(diǎn)。他把他的外套輕輕地披在我身上，并鼓勵(lì)我繼續(xù)向上爬。他說(shuō)：“你只有到達(dá)山頂才能看到美妙的風(fēng)景?！彼脑?huà)讓我士氣大振。最后，我們到達(dá)了山頂，領(lǐng)略了我從未見(jiàn)過(guò)的大自然的美。

是我的父親給了我勇氣和信心。從那時(shí)起，我意識(shí)到了一個(gè)真理，那就是“做任何事情都不能半途而廢”。
