在廣袤的中國(guó)大地,一條條電線跨越萬(wàn)里,一座座特高壓站拔地而起,為西電東送、北電南供提供最優(yōu)解。馮新巖是國(guó)網(wǎng)山東超高壓公司變電檢修中心電氣試驗(yàn)班副班長(zhǎng),他所從事的工作,就是為500千伏及以上的特超高壓電網(wǎng)設(shè)備進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)檢測(cè),及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)備中的隱患并精準(zhǔn)判別,把隱患消除在萌芽狀態(tài),為電網(wǎng)安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行提供技術(shù)支撐。
參加工作二十多年來(lái),馮新巖累計(jì)攻克電氣試驗(yàn)行業(yè)難題30余項(xiàng),發(fā)現(xiàn)重大缺陷100余次,始終保持故障處理“零失誤”。由于表現(xiàn)出色,馮新巖被授予“全國(guó)五一勞動(dòng)獎(jiǎng)?wù)隆焙汀褒R魯大工匠”稱號(hào)。

2017年起,為積極響應(yīng)國(guó)家“污染防治攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)”,國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司加快了特高壓建設(shè)步伐,而作為能源消耗大省的山東,投產(chǎn)特高壓變電容量和線路長(zhǎng)度占到當(dāng)年全國(guó)特高壓工程投產(chǎn)規(guī)模的30%以上。由于特高壓設(shè)備的運(yùn)行特點(diǎn)與超高壓設(shè)備有很大不同,傳統(tǒng)試驗(yàn)方法難以滿足要求,必須要依靠更多、更先進(jìn)的帶電檢測(cè)與智能監(jiān)測(cè)新技術(shù)。
作為公司電氣試驗(yàn)的“大拿”,馮新巖被委以重任,挑起了特高壓設(shè)備帶電檢測(cè)的大梁。特高壓運(yùn)行環(huán)境下帶電檢測(cè)干擾多,診斷難度大,為此,他在工作中不斷積累摸索,獨(dú)創(chuàng)了“多類型傳感器融合的干擾識(shí)別方法”“大型變壓器內(nèi)部放電源位置的特高頻定位法”“‘望聞問(wèn)切’設(shè)備缺陷查找處理方法”等一系列行業(yè)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先的帶電檢測(cè)及設(shè)備缺陷查找方法。這些絕活,在全國(guó)電力系統(tǒng)被廣泛普及應(yīng)用,為電網(wǎng)安全創(chuàng)造了巨大價(jià)值。
±800千伏廣固換流站是外電入魯?shù)闹匾淠_點(diǎn)。2018年初,運(yùn)維人員在日常檢測(cè)中發(fā)現(xiàn),一臺(tái)換流變壓器內(nèi)部出現(xiàn)了乙炔,這就說(shuō)明設(shè)備內(nèi)部有放電現(xiàn)象,如果不及時(shí)處理,將會(huì)造成換流變壓器損壞。換流變壓器是電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)單件最值錢(qián)的“家當(dāng)”,一臺(tái)造價(jià)就上億元。出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題后設(shè)備廠家和電力公司都很緊張,一方面擔(dān)心隱患處理不及時(shí)造成設(shè)備嚴(yán)重?fù)p壞,給國(guó)家造成重大財(cái)產(chǎn)損失;另一方面如果立即停電檢修,將造成特高壓入魯大動(dòng)脈被切斷,能源負(fù)荷損失也是不可估量。這時(shí),馮新巖主動(dòng)請(qǐng)纓,展開(kāi)隱患查找工作,在最短時(shí)間內(nèi)找明了隱患原因并推斷出隱患位置,隨后采取了應(yīng)對(duì)措施,在保證風(fēng)險(xiǎn)可控的情況下,使換流變壓器持續(xù)運(yùn)行至5月年度停電檢修。得益于馮新巖精準(zhǔn)判定了隱患位置,設(shè)備廠家提前準(zhǔn)備好了備品備件,僅用半天時(shí)間就將隱患處理完畢,避免了設(shè)備返廠檢修造成的上千萬(wàn)元損失。這次故障判定和采取的應(yīng)對(duì)舉措,受到了設(shè)備廠家和國(guó)內(nèi)變壓器專家的高度評(píng)價(jià)。
像這樣的案例,在馮新巖的工作經(jīng)歷中還有很多,如此多次的特高壓故障處理,馮新巖從未失過(guò)手。在他及團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的守護(hù)下,山東特高壓電網(wǎng)一直安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,公司在特高壓設(shè)備隱患處理領(lǐng)域也達(dá)到業(yè)內(nèi)頂尖水平。

電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展促進(jìn)設(shè)備的更新?lián)Q代,這就需要帶電檢測(cè)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步和帶電檢測(cè)裝備的持續(xù)升級(jí)。馮新巖是一個(gè)愛(ài)鉆研的人,從參加工作開(kāi)始,遇到難題就喜歡動(dòng)腦筋,琢磨怎么用創(chuàng)新來(lái)解決,不把問(wèn)題解決絕不放手,他主持的多項(xiàng)發(fā)明創(chuàng)造成果被應(yīng)用于生產(chǎn)一線。
馮新巖先后自主設(shè)計(jì)制作了變壓器典型局部放電信號(hào)發(fā)生器、多功能局部放電帶電檢測(cè)輔助工具等10多項(xiàng)實(shí)用工具,總結(jié)出了GIS設(shè)備內(nèi)部接頭發(fā)熱紅外診斷和嚴(yán)重等級(jí)評(píng)估方法、變壓器局部放電帶電檢測(cè)干擾識(shí)別與放電源定位方法等工作法,有力提升了帶電檢測(cè)能力水平。他取得國(guó)家發(fā)明專利7項(xiàng)、實(shí)用新型專利12項(xiàng),16項(xiàng)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新成果獲得省級(jí)及以上獎(jiǎng)勵(lì),累計(jì)創(chuàng)造直接經(jīng)濟(jì)效益5000余萬(wàn)元,以他名字命名的創(chuàng)新工作室被山東省總工會(huì)命名為“山東省勞模創(chuàng)新工作室”。他帶領(lǐng)的QC小組多次獲得“全國(guó)優(yōu)秀質(zhì)量管理小組”“全國(guó)質(zhì)量信得過(guò)班組”等榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。
在開(kāi)展創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)造的同時(shí),馮新巖非常注重經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)和理論創(chuàng)新,先后撰寫(xiě)并發(fā)表技術(shù)論文23篇,其中EI檢索論文3篇,中文核心期刊論文9篇。他主持編寫(xiě)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)9項(xiàng),《高壓組合電器》和《電網(wǎng)設(shè)備帶電檢測(cè)技術(shù)》等8部技術(shù)教材由中國(guó)電力出版社出版發(fā)行。他帶領(lǐng)創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)開(kāi)展了《特高壓變電站局部放電帶電檢測(cè)抗干擾及定位關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究》等8項(xiàng)科技項(xiàng)目,成功解決了30多項(xiàng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)技術(shù)難題,為山東省特高壓變電站的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行提供了堅(jiān)強(qiáng)技術(shù)支撐。
此外,馮新巖還利用業(yè)余時(shí)間自學(xué)編程,先后開(kāi)發(fā)出“電氣試驗(yàn)專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化作業(yè)綜合管理系統(tǒng)”“帶電檢測(cè)報(bào)告生成系統(tǒng)”“班組智能倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)”等軟件,大幅提升了班組工作效率和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理水平。
伴隨著知名度的提升,全國(guó)各地慕名求教的同行也紛至沓來(lái),馮新巖總是傾盡所能、傾囊相授。他還積極利用微信、遠(yuǎn)程會(huì)議等形式開(kāi)展帶電檢測(cè)技術(shù)大講堂、專業(yè)技術(shù)難題解答,為全國(guó)電氣試驗(yàn)專業(yè)人員耐心解答疑難問(wèn)題,其個(gè)人手機(jī)號(hào)已成為電氣試驗(yàn)專業(yè)的咨詢熱線,隨時(shí)為有疑惑的試驗(yàn)人員提供熱心幫助。由于為眾多同行解決了生產(chǎn)工作中遇到的疑難雜癥,馮新巖成為業(yè)內(nèi)公認(rèn)的“技術(shù)大拿”和電氣試驗(yàn)界的“百科全書(shū)”。

為了更好地培養(yǎng)專業(yè)人才,在馮新巖建議下,國(guó)網(wǎng)山東超高壓公司建立了國(guó)內(nèi)先進(jìn)的帶電檢測(cè)實(shí)訓(xùn)室,配置了自主設(shè)計(jì)的真型GIS缺陷模擬裝置及全套試驗(yàn)設(shè)備,能夠用于模擬和檢測(cè)GIS設(shè)備內(nèi)部放電、發(fā)熱等多種缺陷,并進(jìn)行故障的分析診斷。建成至今已累計(jì)為全國(guó)電力系統(tǒng)開(kāi)展培訓(xùn)60余批次,培訓(xùn)學(xué)員2000多人次。
2016年,馮新巖被聘為國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司高級(jí)兼職培訓(xùn)師,為來(lái)自全國(guó)各地的電力從業(yè)者開(kāi)展培訓(xùn),累計(jì)授課600余課時(shí),培訓(xùn)學(xué)員1000余人次,并被評(píng)為“國(guó)網(wǎng)技術(shù)學(xué)院優(yōu)秀兼職培訓(xùn)師”。在公司內(nèi)部,馮新巖制定專門(mén)的培訓(xùn)方案和授課計(jì)劃,將他的專業(yè)技能傳授給年輕員工,真正做到了“能手身邊再出能手”。
作為一名共產(chǎn)黨員,馮新巖始終堅(jiān)守初心使命。他曾說(shuō):“我慶幸自己趕上一個(gè)好時(shí)代,一路走來(lái)所獲得的種種榮譽(yù),是自己的幸運(yùn)加上眾人努力的結(jié)果。人要不忘初心,心懷感恩之心,才會(huì)坦坦蕩蕩?!痹掚m平實(shí),卻彰顯了一名共產(chǎn)黨員的黨員意識(shí)和精神追求,馮新巖也一直用實(shí)際行動(dòng),詮釋著一名共產(chǎn)黨員的初心與使命。

Feng Xinyan is the vice foreman of the Electrical Test Squad of the Substation Maintenance Center,SGCC Shandong Electric Power EHV Company,where he is responsible for testing and detecting super grid equipment with a voltage of 500 kV and above,timely and accurately identifying potential equipment hazards,nipping such hazards in the bud,and providing technical support for the safe and stable operation of power grids.
With over 20 years of working experience,Feng Xinyan has overcome more than 30 electrical test problems,identified more than 100 major defects,and maintained “zero errors” in fault handling.With his excellent performance,he has been awarded the National May 1 Labor Medal and the title of Qilu Great Craftsman.
The development of power grids can promote the upgrading of equipment,which requires the continuous progress of live detection technology and the continuous upgrading of live detection equipment.Feng Xinyan is fond of study.Since entering the workplace,he has been accustomed to using his brain when encountering difficulties,pondering on how to solve them with innovation,and would never stop trying until solving them.Additionally,many inventions and creations led by him have been applied to frontline production.
With the rise of his reputation,numerous people of the same trade from all parts of China have sought advice from him,and he has always tried his best to help them.Moreover,he has actively carried out live detection technology lectures and answered professional &technical problems by means of WeChat and teleconferencing,and patiently answered knotty questions raised by electrical test professionals nationwide.His personal phone number has become a consulting hotline for electrical testing,and allowed him to help puzzled experimenters at any time.Because of solving difficult problems in production work for numerous counterparts,Feng Xinyan has become an industry-recognized“technical expert” and an “encyclopedia” in electrical testing.
