電視劇創(chuàng)作精品迭出

新時(shí)代，浙產(chǎn)電視劇在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)上的表現(xiàn)也可圈可點(diǎn)?！吨挛覀儐渭兊男∶篮谩贰断乱徽臼切腋！贰短焓㈤L(zhǎng)歌》《以家人之名》等多部劇集登陸Net flix平臺(tái)，位列中國(guó)影視公司第一位。《雞毛飛上天》被翻譯成英、法、俄、西、葡、韓、蒙、菲、緬語(yǔ)等12種語(yǔ)言，先后在美、英、法、匈牙利等30余個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)播出，覆蓋人口基數(shù)達(dá)20億以上。與此同時(shí)，浙產(chǎn)影視劇近年來(lái)還斬獲許多國(guó)際大獎(jiǎng)，有效地拓展了中國(guó)國(guó)產(chǎn)影視劇在海外的影響力和傳播力。2016年出品的《傳奇大亨》，成為首部入圍戛納電視節(jié)的華語(yǔ)電視劇；2017年出品的《三生三世十里桃花》入選MIPTV“全球最受歡迎電視劇”前50位，成為率先登上這一榜單的中國(guó)電視?。?019年出品的《外交風(fēng)云》斬獲美國(guó)亞洲影視節(jié)七項(xiàng)金橡樹(shù)大獎(jiǎng)；2020年出品的勵(lì)志劇《加油，你是最棒的》脫穎而出，獲得第15屆首爾國(guó)際電視節(jié)銀鳥(niǎo)獎(jiǎng)；2021年出品的《錦繡南歌》斬獲第49屆國(guó)際艾美獎(jiǎng) “最佳電視連續(xù)劇”的殊榮，這也是中國(guó)電視劇首次榮獲國(guó)際艾美獎(jiǎng)。

影視基地集群化發(fā)展

與浙產(chǎn)影視劇在全國(guó)風(fēng)景獨(dú)好相呼應(yīng)，浙江影視基地的建設(shè)同樣一枝獨(dú)秀。作為中國(guó)首個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)影視產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)，浙江橫店影視產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)在二十余年的發(fā)展過(guò)程中完成了影視產(chǎn)業(yè)全生產(chǎn)要素的集聚，已建成30余個(gè)大型實(shí)景基地和100余座專(zhuān)業(yè)攝影棚，是全球規(guī)模最大、配套服務(wù)最完善和產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈最完整的龍頭影視基地。全國(guó)每年大約有70%的劇組來(lái)橫店拍戲，四分之一的電影、三分之一的電視劇出自橫店。橫店影視產(chǎn)業(yè)基地構(gòu)建了包括電影審查中心、電視劇審查工作站、橫店影視產(chǎn)權(quán)交易中心等在內(nèi)的完善的影視產(chǎn)業(yè)服務(wù)機(jī)制，吸引了華誼兄弟、正午陽(yáng)光、博納影業(yè)等1300多家影視企業(yè)安家落戶(hù)，為橫店影視文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展持續(xù)賦能。橫店也因此成為全球最大的影視實(shí)景拍攝基地，被譽(yù)為“中國(guó)影視夢(mèng)工廠(chǎng)”。此外，象山影視城、諸暨長(zhǎng)城影視基地、金華永康西溪影視基地、湖州影視城等紛紛崛起，形成了以橫店影視基地為核心、輻射周邊城市影視拍攝的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。

2020年疫情暴發(fā)，使影視基地遭遇了前所未有的寒冬，經(jīng)歷了兩年多的掙扎與蓄勢(shì)后，影視基地展開(kāi)一系列的轉(zhuǎn)型和突圍。近年來(lái)，浙江的高科技影視基地逐漸發(fā)展起來(lái)，在一定程度上緩解了疫情影響下的影視拍攝問(wèn)題，促進(jìn)了影視基地的升級(jí)和換代。例如2020年，象山影視城建立了國(guó)內(nèi)首個(gè)LED攝影棚，進(jìn)入了5G拍攝的新時(shí)代，LED 虛擬場(chǎng)景還能夠做到自由切換場(chǎng)景，不管白天黑夜，能夠使劇組的拍攝制作過(guò)程完全不受影響。2021年，在橫店影視文化產(chǎn)業(yè)聚集區(qū)內(nèi)，上線(xiàn)了影視文化產(chǎn)業(yè)大腦。這是一個(gè)包含決策分析系統(tǒng)、橫影通、云勘景等多種模塊的場(chǎng)景應(yīng)用平臺(tái)，能為劇組提供更高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)服務(wù)，甚至將逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)影視作品從劇本創(chuàng)作、劇組籌備、影視拍攝到后期制作、宣傳發(fā)行等全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的數(shù)字化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、工業(yè)化。比如“云勘景”應(yīng)用，通過(guò)VR全景拍攝，匯集了130個(gè)攝影棚、36個(gè)實(shí)景基地、60個(gè)省內(nèi)外外景基地資料，讓劇組在云端就能看景，大大提高工效。又比如“橫影通”應(yīng)用，一鍵鏈接演員和劇組，劇組可在線(xiàn)上完成演員招募、通告發(fā)布、酒店預(yù)約、高危作業(yè)申請(qǐng)等業(yè)務(wù)，從業(yè)人員也可通過(guò)申請(qǐng)“橫影碼”無(wú)障礙進(jìn)出劇組，避免以往進(jìn)組的復(fù)雜步驟，參演流程減少80%。在橫店，數(shù)字化場(chǎng)景已經(jīng)應(yīng)用在全產(chǎn)業(yè)流程，這里所打造的“虛擬空間”，能創(chuàng)造出“萬(wàn)千世界”,確保了影視拍攝的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

近年來(lái)，橫店影視城堅(jiān)持“影視為表、旅游為里、文化為魂”的經(jīng)營(yíng)理念，展現(xiàn)出高科技化、集群化和文旅化的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。橫店影視城已經(jīng)不再只是一個(gè)影視拍攝的外景地，不僅實(shí)現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)業(yè)縱向關(guān)聯(lián)的貫通，還建有國(guó)際會(huì)議中心、國(guó)貿(mào)大廈、影視城賓館等旅游、住宿、會(huì)務(wù)場(chǎng)所，探索電影產(chǎn)業(yè)與旅游業(yè)、商貿(mào)、會(huì)展的橫向結(jié)合。此外，面對(duì)文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)，橫店影視城制定了“影視文化+”的發(fā)展指引，通過(guò)推動(dòng)影視文化IP與多種娛樂(lè)休閑業(yè)態(tài)融合，構(gòu)建文旅大消費(fèi)體系，打造了一個(gè)“影視泛娛樂(lè)”文化IP。

影視人才培育創(chuàng)新

影視人才培養(yǎng)，始終是影視產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上的核心環(huán)節(jié)。近年來(lái)，浙江通過(guò)推進(jìn)“文藝浙軍”建設(shè)工程，推進(jìn)“五個(gè)一批”人才工程、實(shí)施青年影視人才“新光計(jì)劃”等，完善多層次影視文藝人才引育機(jī)制。此外，2013年以來(lái)，由浙江省人力資源和社會(huì)保障廳與浙江省廣電局聯(lián)合主辦的“浙江省影視產(chǎn)業(yè)高端人才培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目”，通過(guò)與海外名校合作，培養(yǎng)了一批通曉國(guó)際影視制作流程和規(guī)則，具備創(chuàng)新理念和統(tǒng)籌能力的影視專(zhuān)業(yè)人才，為加快實(shí)現(xiàn)浙江省影視產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)提供有力的人才和智力保障。

2020年，坐落在杭州的之江編劇村正式啟用，這個(gè)聚各方之力打造的全國(guó)領(lǐng)先、業(yè)界一流的文藝內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作研發(fā)平臺(tái)，云集了一批聲名赫赫的編?。簞⒑推?、馬繼紅、王宛平、申捷等，自成立以來(lái)，之江編劇村邀請(qǐng)了多位知名編劇、高校專(zhuān)家、影視公司代表舉辦專(zhuān)題講座、創(chuàng)作論壇、編劇沙龍、編劇訓(xùn)練營(yíng)等活動(dòng)，還舉行了多場(chǎng)重大題材影視創(chuàng)作項(xiàng)目的研討會(huì)和論證會(huì)，為青年編劇提供了常態(tài)化的業(yè)務(wù)能力提升渠道和良好的交流平臺(tái)，成為浙江孵化影視高峰之作的基地。

在影視專(zhuān)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)方面，浙江近年來(lái)推出了諸多重大舉措。2017年， “浙江傳媒學(xué)院華策電影學(xué)院”成立，這也是浙江省首個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)電影學(xué)院。2021年，華策影視投辦了全國(guó)第一所影視技工學(xué)校—浙江華策影視技工學(xué)校，與數(shù)十家校企合作單位建立了學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐、實(shí)訓(xùn)實(shí)戰(zhàn)的合作平臺(tái)。2022年，中國(guó)美術(shù)學(xué)院電影學(xué)院成立，旨在探索未來(lái)影像，聚焦以導(dǎo)演、攝影、美術(shù)為優(yōu)勢(shì)的影視創(chuàng)作群體，為新時(shí)代的中國(guó)影視化育英才，共創(chuàng)中國(guó)影視的“浙江潮”。

踏遍青山人未老，風(fēng)景這邊獨(dú)好。在過(guò)去的十年里，浙江電視藝術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)積厚成勢(shì)、蓄力躍升，浙江影視文化工作者圍繞國(guó)家所需、浙江所能、群眾所盼、未來(lái)所向的原則，生產(chǎn)創(chuàng)作了一批與社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化先行省相匹配的優(yōu)秀電視劇。在未來(lái)，浙產(chǎn)電視劇將堅(jiān)守“建設(shè)影視文化創(chuàng)新中心和影視產(chǎn)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展基地”這一目標(biāo)，繼續(xù)推出具有傳播度、辨識(shí)度、認(rèn)可度的精品力作，反映時(shí)代的新氣象，謳歌人們的新創(chuàng)造，推動(dòng)新時(shí)代浙產(chǎn)電視劇創(chuàng)作從高原走向高峰。

在反映時(shí)代變遷的“新時(shí)代三部曲”中，除了《運(yùn)河邊的人們》外，還有反映共同富裕山鄉(xiāng)巨變的《看得見(jiàn)風(fēng)景的窗》和講述國(guó)有鋼鐵企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展與城市變遷的《西鐵城的煙花與少年》。In addition to People Along the Grand Canal, the “New Era Trilogy”, which re flects the changes of the times, includes Windows with a View, which shows the transformation of rural areas, and Fireworks and Teenagers in the West Iron City, which describes the development of state-owned steel enterprises and changes in cities.

Zhejiang-Made TV Dramas: A Force to Be Reckoned With

Zhejiang-produced TV dramas have continued to push the industry, innovation, supply, and value chains to the high end, and with the development of the new business format of internet plus,a number of well-made, thought-provoking works such as,have attracted public attention.Zhejiang’sfilm and television has become a cultural gold business card.

The prosperity of Zhejiang’s TV industry shows the benefits that come from the Zhejiang spirit of moving with the times and the unique humanistic and geographical advantages of Zhejiang province. Having developed rapidly since 2012 and a leader in China in terms of quantity and quality, Zhejiang film and television industry is now the eye-catching “Zhejiang legion” in the domestic market. From 2012 to 2022, Zhejiang-produced TV dramas won top prizes in every Golden Eagle Award and Feitian(Flying Apsaras) Award, the most prestigious awards for Chinese TV shows. In the shortlist of the 31st Golden Eagle Award in 2022, nearly 10 Zhejiang-made TV dramas are included, such asand, presented by Zhejiang Films and TV (Group) Co. Ltd,, andpresented by Huace Group.

The performance of Zhejiang TV series in the international market is also prominent.andand several others have landed on Net flix, rankingfirst among Chinesefilm and television companies. Translated into 12 languages including English, French and Russian,has been on show in 30-odd countries and regions, including the US and the UK, covering a population of two billion. Many international awards have been won.produced in 2016 was thefirst Chinese TV series shown at MIPCOM. In 2017,was on the Top 50 list of the MIPTV Most Popular TV Drama, the first in China. In 2019,won seven Golden Oak Awards at the Asian-American Film and TV Festival., a TV drama hit in 2020, won the Silver Bird Prize at the 15th Seoul International Drama Awards. In 2021,was awarded Best Telenovela at the 49th International Emmy Awards, an honor that went to a Chinese TV drama for thefirst time.

Zhejiang-produced TV dramas are booming because the“big” times are portrayed via lives of “small” average people, so that individual fate and emotions collide with major national history and events. For example, from the vicissitudes of the heroes Song Yunhui, Lei Dongbao and Yang Xun,shows the exploration and breakthroughs of three economic systems,state-run, collective and self-employed, since the Reform and Opening-up, re flecting the grand discourse of the times and social development.

Along with the development of Zhejiang-produced films and TV dramas, the construction of film and television bases is also thriving. In more than 20 years of development, with allround clustering of production factors in the industry, over 30 large-scale live-action bases and more than 100 professional studios have been established in Zhejiang, becoming the world’s largest film and television industrial cluster with the most complete supporting services and industrial chain. The Hengdian World Studios, located in Zhejiang’s Dongyang city, provides a complete service mechanism for thefilm and television industry,including the Film Review Center, the TV Review Station and the Hengdian Film Property Exchange Center, attracting more than 1,300 film and television companies including Huayi Brothers,Daylight Entertainment and Bona Film Group Limited. About 70 percent of China’s crews come to Hengdian World Studios every year, making it China’s center of realizing one’s filming dreams.Besides,film and television bases in surrounding cities such as the Xiangshan Global Studios have risen one after another, forming an industrial cluster with Hengdian World Studios as the core while radiating to neighboring cities like Xiangshan, Zhuji, Yongkang and Huzhou.

The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 brought Zhejiang’s film and television industry an unprecedented cold winter. Yet after more than two years of fight, it kicked off a series of transformations and breakthroughs. The gradual development of high-techfilm and television bases has promoted the upgrading and transformation of the industry. In 2021, the Film and Television Cultural Industry Brain was launched in the Hengdian Film and Television Cultural Industrial Cluster.It is a scene-application platform that includes various modules such as decision analysis system and cloud scene survey. It not only provides high-standard services for crews, but fosters the digitalization, standardization and industrialization of the entire industry chain. For example, the “cloud location search”application brings together materials from 130 studios, 36 realscene bases and 60 outdoor-scene bases through VR panoramic shooting. In Hengdian, digital scenarios have been applied to the entire production process. “Thousands of worlds” are created in virtual space.

Hengdian World Studios not only realizes the vertical agglomeration of film and television industry, but explores the horizontal integration of the industry with tourism and commerce,for it has also established international conference centers, hotels and other tourism, accommodation, and conference venues.

Talent cultivation has always been the core link in the industry chain. Zhejiang has improved the multi-level introduction and cultivation mechanism for literary and artistic talents by promoting the construction of the “Zhejiang Literary and Art Army” project. Since 2013, through cooperation with overseas prestigious schools, the Zhejiang Film and Television Industry High-End Talent Training Program has cultivated a group of professionals who are not only familiar with internationalfilm and television production processes and rules, but have innovative and overall planning capabilities, providing a powerful intellectual guarantee for the acceleration of industrial transformation and upgrading.

Located in Hangzhou, Zhijiang Playwright Village was officially opened in 2020. As afirst-class R&D platform for literary and artistic content creation, it has gathered a group of renowned playwrights, such as Liu Heping, Ma Jihong, Wang Wanping and Shen Jie. Since its establishment, the village has invited various well-known scriptwriters, experts, and representatives offilm and television companies to deliver lectures, and hosted a number of seminars and training camps on majorfilm and television creation projects. It has become a base for incubating high-qualityfilm and television products in Zhejiang.

Zhejiang has implemented other major initiatives for the cultivation of film and television professionals. Since 2017, a few professionalfilm schools have been established. In 2022, the School of Film Art was founded by China Academy of Art, aimed to cultivate talents for the new era of Chinesefilm and television,and jointly create the “Zhejiang Tide” in the domestic market.

In the past decade, Zhejiang’s film and television cultural professionals have produced tons of excellent TV dramas focused on what the country needs, what Zhejiang can do, what the public expect and what the future holds. In the future, adhering to the strategic goal of “building afilm and television cultural innovation center and a high-quality development base”, Zhejiang’s TV industry will continue to produce high-quality products with wide distribution and high recognition, and push Zhejiang-produced dramas to another peak.
