摘 要： 傳統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)危險(xiǎn)信號(hào)檢測(cè)方法，需要對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的全部數(shù)據(jù)包進(jìn)行挖掘，導(dǎo)致所用檢測(cè)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)，空間復(fù)雜度高，無法準(zhǔn)確地檢測(cè)出網(wǎng)絡(luò)危險(xiǎn)信號(hào)。設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一種基于數(shù)據(jù)分類思維的網(wǎng)絡(luò)危險(xiǎn)信號(hào)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)，該系統(tǒng)包括預(yù)處理模塊、特征選擇模塊、信號(hào)分類模塊等。通過分?jǐn)?shù)階傅里葉變換對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)危險(xiǎn)信號(hào)進(jìn)行預(yù)處理操作。采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)信號(hào)特征選擇的方法，對(duì)已經(jīng)完成預(yù)處理的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信號(hào)進(jìn)行特征選擇。再通過半監(jiān)督聚類算法從大量混亂無序的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信號(hào)特征中獲得訓(xùn)練數(shù)據(jù)集，并進(jìn)行組合信號(hào)分類器分類?；趯W(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果分析是否存在網(wǎng)絡(luò)危險(xiǎn)信號(hào)，實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)危險(xiǎn)信號(hào)的準(zhǔn)確檢測(cè)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果說明，所設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)對(duì)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)危險(xiǎn)信號(hào)的檢測(cè)效率、誤報(bào)率都優(yōu)于人工免疫系統(tǒng)，具有較高的應(yīng)用性和實(shí)時(shí)性。

Design and implementation of network danger signal detection system based on

data classification thought

Abstract： Since the traditional network danger signal detection method has to mine all network data packets in network， it results in long testing time and high space complexity， and can’t accurately detect the danger signal in network. Therefore， a network danger signal detection system based on data classification thought was designed and implemented， including pretreatment module， feature selection module and signal classification module. The network danger signal is preprocessed with the fractional?order Fourier transform， and then feature selection of the preprocessed signal is conducted by means of the network feature selection method. After that the training data set is acquired in mass chaotic network signal features by the semi?supervised clustering algorithm， and classified with combined signal classifiers. The fact that whether existing the danger signal in network is analyzed based on learning result to realize the accurate detection of network danger signal. Experimental results indicate that the designed system is better than the artificial immune system in the aspects of detection efficiency and 1 alarm rate of network danger signal， and has high applicability and real?time performance.

0 引 言

隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)科學(xué)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展，人們對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用量的增加，網(wǎng)絡(luò)信號(hào)是否異常直接影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全，因此，網(wǎng)絡(luò)危險(xiǎn)信號(hào)檢測(cè)越來越受到人們的關(guān)注。在大流量攻擊條件下，當(dāng)前的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信號(hào)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)會(huì)產(chǎn)生系統(tǒng)丟包和癱瘓問題，無法實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)危險(xiǎn)信號(hào)的有效檢測(cè)，網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全性大大降低[1?3]。因此，研究和開發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)危險(xiǎn)信號(hào)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)成為了亟待解決的問題。雖然現(xiàn)在有很多網(wǎng)絡(luò)危險(xiǎn)信號(hào)檢測(cè)方法，但是由于需要對(duì)全部的網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)包進(jìn)行挖掘，存在檢測(cè)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)、空間復(fù)雜度高，無法有效檢測(cè)出網(wǎng)絡(luò)危險(xiǎn)信號(hào)的問題。因此，設(shè)計(jì)出可處理大量、持續(xù)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)，對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)危險(xiǎn)信號(hào)進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確檢測(cè)，具有重要應(yīng)用意義[4?5]。

本文設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于數(shù)據(jù)分類思維的網(wǎng)絡(luò)危險(xiǎn)信號(hào)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)，該系統(tǒng)通過對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信號(hào)特征選擇的方法，采集已經(jīng)完成預(yù)操作的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信號(hào)特征。利用半監(jiān)督聚類算法在大量混亂無序的信號(hào)特征中獲得訓(xùn)練數(shù)據(jù)集，通過組合信號(hào)分類器進(jìn)行分類，通過分類結(jié)果分析是否存在網(wǎng)絡(luò)危險(xiǎn)信號(hào)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果說明，所設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)對(duì)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)危險(xiǎn)信號(hào)的檢測(cè)效率、誤報(bào)率都優(yōu)于人工免疫系統(tǒng)，具有較高的應(yīng)用性和實(shí)時(shí)性。

1 基于數(shù)據(jù)分類思維的網(wǎng)絡(luò)危險(xiǎn)信號(hào)檢測(cè)

系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

1.1 系統(tǒng)總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)危險(xiǎn)信號(hào)具有動(dòng)態(tài)性，對(duì)其進(jìn)行誤用檢測(cè)可通過正常模式匹配方法，而在對(duì)異常危險(xiǎn)信號(hào)進(jìn)行檢測(cè)，則需要基于數(shù)據(jù)分類思維，塑造網(wǎng)絡(luò)信號(hào)的動(dòng)態(tài)分類模型，實(shí)現(xiàn)危險(xiǎn)信號(hào)的準(zhǔn)確檢測(cè)。本文設(shè)計(jì)的基于數(shù)據(jù)分類思維的網(wǎng)絡(luò)危險(xiǎn)信號(hào)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)總體結(jié)構(gòu)如圖1所示。
