Guhyasamaja is one of five Vajra Guardians in Tibetan Tantric Buddhism. He gets his name because he can hear the secrets of all Buddhas. Guhyasamaja is blue in color， with three heads and six arms. Each face has three eyes. Those at the middle and on the left represent anger， while the right one represents calmness. These three faces are all considered representative of Tathagata’s body， language， and meaning. Guhyasamaja holds in his main hands the Vajra， while sitting on the lotus throne and embracing Nairatmya who has also six arms. They are wearing crowns， holding Dharma-cakra or wheels， worry-free flowers， flame spray Moni， and swords.

In general， the blue body symbolizes the highest ideas in Tantric Buddhism. Three heads in three different colors， the middle one blue， the right one white， the left one red， represent two kinds of merits： mercy and overcoming disasters. The crown consists of five petals， a symbol of five Buddhas. Dharma-cakra， is a symbol Dharma never declines and is always turning; the orb is a symbol of achievement; the Vajra pestle and diamond ring， symbolize success both of method and wisdom; the dagger or sword， is a symbol of cutting out all ignorance; and the lotus， a symbol of wisdom and purity.
