體驗中秋民俗，學習非遺技藝。9月18日，“同喜同賀中秋 同歡同樂佳節(jié)”—2021年我們的節(jié)日·中秋暨老外@Chongqing·耍得巴適城市體驗活動在重慶市巴南區(qū)二圣鎮(zhèn)云林天鄉(xiāng)風景區(qū)舉行。柬埔寨駐重慶總領事館領事洪帕倪、加拿大駐重慶總領事館領事安杰，以及來自英國、烏克蘭、烏茲別克斯坦、比利時等20個國家的33名在渝工作生活的留學生、外國友人歡聚一堂，與當?shù)鼐用褚黄鹱鲈嘛?、學非遺、游鄉(xiāng)村，共度歡樂的中國傳統(tǒng)佳節(jié)。

“將餅皮用手心按壓成薄片，再用手把四周略為壓薄，將餡料包入餅皮中……”活動現(xiàn)場，老外們在專業(yè)月餅制作師傅的指導下，開啟了“花式”做月餅大比拼。

在制作月餅的餡料中，有綠抹茶、紅茶粉、烏龍茶粉等難得一見的茶葉餡料。巴南區(qū)相關負責人介紹，巴南銀針是該區(qū)的特色茶產(chǎn)品，而茶葉制作技藝是非遺項目，此次巴南結(jié)合中秋佳節(jié)創(chuàng)新推出了系列口味的茶月餅，并將其制作方法帶到現(xiàn)場教學，讓大家可以品嘗并參與制作地道的巴南味道。

現(xiàn)場，大家還用五谷雜糧粘貼成畫，三五好友相約一起滾南瓜，在豐富多彩的中秋節(jié)和豐收節(jié)民俗活動中，感受著溫馨、愉悅、團圓的節(jié)日氛圍。

來自烏克蘭的Vitalii已在渝工作3年。他表示，每年中秋節(jié)，中國的朋友都會與家人團聚，今天能跟這么多人一起過中秋，讓獨在異國的他感受到了家的溫暖和中秋節(jié)的美好。

此外，老外們還在現(xiàn)場賞非遺、學非遺，登臺展示非遺技藝?；顒又?，他們參與到木洞山歌、接龍吹打、小觀梆鼓舞、姜家舞龍、巴南茶葉制作技藝等非遺學習，還觀摩了明三娘面塑、劉氏泥塑、周氏傳統(tǒng)木作技藝、重慶樹葉制作技藝、王氏火灸療法、糖畫、四合胡豆、九龍坡剪紙等眾多非遺文化展示。

在當天的非遺成果展演上，這些“洋徒弟”還和非遺傳承人一起唱木洞山歌、舞“姜家龍”，呈現(xiàn)一場精彩的文藝表演。在剪紙、泥塑、面塑等非遺技藝學習中脫穎而出的優(yōu)秀學員，現(xiàn)場展示自己的作品，并榮獲優(yōu)秀非遺作品、非遺技藝等榮譽。

巴南區(qū)相關負責人介紹，今年是老外@Chongqing系列活動舉辦的第四年，參加活動的外國人達到1324人。

活動中，老外們還游覽了云林天鄉(xiāng)風景區(qū)，體驗游船、卡丁車等項目，并參觀集體村農(nóng)村人居環(huán)境整治示范點，感受中國鄉(xiāng)村之美，見證鄉(xiāng)村振興新風貌。

本次活動由重慶市委宣傳部（市政府新聞辦）、市文化旅游委、市政府外辦，巴南區(qū)委、區(qū)政府共同主辦?；顒油ㄟ^海外社交平臺直播，吸引了一大批海外網(wǎng)友在線觀看，一起歡度中秋佳節(jié)。

Experience the Mid-autumn Festival folk customs， and learn intangible cultural heritage handicraft. On September 18， "Celebrate the Mid-autumn Festival Altogether"——Our Festival·Mid-autumn Festival and Foreigners Having Fun @Chongqing City Exploring Activities 2021 was held in Yunlin Tianxiang Scenic Area， Ersheng Town， Banan District， Chongqing. Hun Pani， Consul of Royal Cambodian Consulate General of Cambodia in Chongqing， An Jie， Consul of Consulate General of Canada in Chongqing， as well as 33 foreign students and friends from 20 countries such as the UK， Ukraine， Uzbekistan and Belgium， etc. working and living in Chongqing gathered together to make moon cakes， learn intangible cultural heritages， tour the countryside， and spend the joyful traditional Chinese festival along with local residents.

"Press the cake crust into slices with the palm， then thin the edges with hands， and wrap the fillings in the crust..." at the activity site， foreign friends started the "fancy" moon cake making competition under the guidance of professional moon cake masters.

The fillings for moon cake making included the rarely-seen green matcha， black tea powder and oolong tea powder， etc. According to relevant person in charge of Banan District， Banan silver needle is a characteristic tea product in the District， and tea making technique is an intangible cultural heritage item. With a series of tea moon cakes in combination with the Mid-autumn Festival innovated and launched this time， Banan also brought their production techniques for on-site teaching， so that foreign friends can taste and participate in the production of authentic Banan flavor.

Some of them drew by collaging various reaped grains， and several pals rolled pumpkins together， feeling the festival atmosphere of warmth， joy and reunion in the midst of enriched Mid-autumn Festival and Harvest Festival folk activities.

Vitalii （Xiaowei）， from Ukraine， has worked in Chongqing for 3 years. He said that all the Chinese friends will reunite with their families on Mid-autumn Festival every year， and spending such Festival with so many people together on this day made him feel the warmth of family and the wonder of Festival in a foreign country.

Besides， the foreign friends also viewed and learned intangible cultural heritages on site， and showed their intangible cultural heritage handicraft on the stage. During the activities， foreign friends participated in the study of intangible cultural heritages such as Mudong mountain songs， Jielong chuida， Xiaoguanbang drum dance， Jiangjia dragon dance and Banan tea making， etc. They also observed various intangible cultural heritage exhibitions such as Ming Sanniang dough sculpture， Liu's clay sculpture， Zhou's traditional woodwork technique， Chongqing leaf making technique， Wang's fire moxibustion therapy， sugar painting， Sihe lima beans， Jiulongpo paper cutting and so on.

At the exhibition of intangible cultural heritage achievements on that day， these "foreign apprentices" also sang Mudong mountain songs and did "Jiangjia dragon dance" with intangible cultural heritage inheritors， presenting a splendid art performance. Those who excelled in learning paper cutting， clay sculpture and dough sculpture， and other intangible cultural heritage techniques displayed their works on site and won honors such as excellent intangible cultural heritage works and intangible cultural heritage handicraft.

It was introduced by relevant person in charge of Banan District that this year is the fourth year of the foreigners@Chongqing activities series with a total attendance of 1，324 foreigners.

During the event， the foreign friends also visited Yunlin Tianxiang scenic area， experienced boating， go-karting and other projects， and visited the rectification demonstration site of rural residential environment in collective village， felt the beauty of Chinese countryside and witnessed the new outlook of rural revitalization.

The event was co-organized by the Publicity Department of the CPC Chongqing Committee （Chongqing Municipal Government Information Office）， Chongqing Municipal Development Committee of Culture and Tourism， Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， Banan District Committee and District Government. Live streaming of the event on overseas social platform has attracted a great number of overseas netizens to watch it online and viewers celebrate the Mid-autumn Festival at home and abroad.
