[摘要] 目的 探討五聯(lián)療法治療胸腰椎壓縮性骨折的療效。 方法 將2019年1月至2020年1月我院收治的95例胸腰椎壓縮性骨折患者隨機分組，對照組45例行常規(guī)西醫(yī)治療，觀察組50例使用五聯(lián)療法，對比療效、椎體前緣高度及Cobb角、骨密度及VAS疼痛評分、生活質(zhì)量。 結(jié)果 觀察組治療有效率為92.00%，明顯高于對照組的73.33%（P<0.05）;觀察組治療后3個月、6個月的椎體前緣高度為（20.19±0.42）mm、（20.11±0.48）mm，高于對照組的（16.21±0.47）mm、（15.54±0.42）mm（P<0.05），兩組治療后3個月、6個月的觀察組Cobb角（8.72±1.39）°、（9.16±1.43）°與對照組（9.13±1.56）°、（9.29±1.47）°相比，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P>0.05）;觀察組治療3個月、6個月后的骨密度為（-2.11±0.64）SD、（-1.03±0.25）SD高于對照組的（-2.78±0.75）SD、（-1.89±0.38）SD，觀察組治療后3個月、6個月 VAS疼痛評分為（1.29±0.32）分、（0.50±0.15）分，明顯低于對照組的（2.43±0.57）分、（1.92±0.39）分（P<0.05）;觀察組治療后軀體功能（60.73±8.82）分、情緒功能（72.81±6.36）分、社會功能（71.54±5.35）分、角色功能（78.09±6.23）分高于對照組的（55.68±8.19）分、（62.39±7.04）分、（65.84±6.48）分、（71.39±7.18）分（P<0.05）。 結(jié)論 五聯(lián)療法治療胸腰椎壓縮性骨折療效顯著，可恢復(fù)椎體高度及弧度，提高骨密度，減輕疼痛，提升生活質(zhì)量。

Analysis on the therapeutic efficacy of quintuple therapy in the treatment of thoracolumbar compression fracture

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of quintuple therapy in the treatment of thoracolumbar compression fracture. Methods A total of 95 patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into the control group （n=45） and the observation group （n=50）. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine，while the observation group was treated with quintuple therapy.The therapeutic efficacy，anterior height of vertebral body，Cobb angle，bone mineral density，VAS pain score and quality of life were compared. Results The efficacy rate of the observation group was 92.00%，significantly higher than 73.33% of the control group （P<0.05）. The anterior heights of vertebral body in the observation group after 3 and 6 months of treatment were （20.19±0.42） mm and （20.11±0.48） mm，higher than （16.21±0.47） mm and （15.54±0.42） mm in the control group，respectively （P<0.05）. Cobb angles of the two groups after 3 and 6 months after treatment were （8.72±1.39）° vs （9.16±1.43）° and （9.13±1.56）° vs. （9.29±1.47）°，with no statistically significant difference （P>0.05）. The bone mineral density after 3 months and 6 months of treatment were （-2.11±0.64） SD and （-1.03±0.45） SD in the observation group，higher than （-2.78±0.75） SD and （-1.89±0.38） SD in the control group.The VAS pain scores were （1.29±0.32） points and （0.50±0.15） points，significantly lower than （2.43±0.57） points and （1.92±0.39） points （P<0.05）.After treatment，the score of physical function in the observation group was （60.73±8.82） points，emotional function was （72.81±6.36） points，social function was （71.54±5.35） points and role function was （78.09±6.23） points，higher than （55.68±8.19） points，（62.39±7.04） points，（65.84±6.48） points and （71.39±7.18） points in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Quintuple therapy is effective in the treatment of thoracolumbar compression fracture，which can restore the height and radian of vertebral body，increase bone mineral density，relieve pain and improve the quality of life.
