9月28日，為期3天的2021年世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會烏鎮(zhèn)峰會落下帷幕。本屆大會以“邁向數(shù)字文明新時代——攜手構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間命運(yùn)共同體”為主題，采用線上線下相結(jié)合的方式舉辦，吸引了來自96個國家和地區(qū)的2000多位嘉賓參會，其中外賓600余位，包括：印度尼西亞、塞爾維亞、阿聯(lián)酋等國家和地區(qū)的部長級代表;聯(lián)合國副秘書長、世界知識產(chǎn)權(quán)組織總干事、全球移動通信系統(tǒng)協(xié)會首席執(zhí)行官等國際組織負(fù)責(zé)人;互聯(lián)網(wǎng)名稱與數(shù)字地址分配機(jī)構(gòu)、世界經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇、亞洲基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資銀行等國際組織高層代表;美中貿(mào)易全國委員會會長、中歐數(shù)字協(xié)會主席、智慧非洲總干事等國際機(jī)構(gòu)負(fù)責(zé)人;特斯拉、高通、思科、英特爾、諾基亞、卡巴斯基等多家互聯(lián)網(wǎng)領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)主要負(fù)責(zé)人;30余位知名中外院士，以及圖靈獎獲得者、國際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)名人堂入選者，法國、德國、韓國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)之父等10余位全球頂尖學(xué)界代表等。

此外，大會期間還舉行了“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)之光”博覽會、世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)領(lǐng)先科技成果發(fā)布、“直通烏鎮(zhèn)”全球互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大賽總決賽、開源生態(tài)論壇、企業(yè)家高峰論壇、全球抗疫與國際傳播論壇等一系列活動。

The three-day 2021 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit closed on September 28. Themed “Towards a New Era of Digital Civilization — Building a Community with a Shared Future in Cyberspace”， this years summit attracted over 2，000 online and offline participants from 96 countries and regions. More than 600 foreign guests， including ministerial-level representatives from Indonesia， Serbia， the UAE， Under Secretary-General of the UN， Director General of World Intellectual Property Organization， heads of leading internet corporations such as Tesla， as well as top scholars.

On the sidelines of the summit， Light of the Internet Expo， release of leading internet scientific and technological achievements， Global Internet Competition of “Straight to Wuzhen” and a host of forums were also organized during the three-day period.

“中國歷代繪畫大系”舉辦階段性成果展覽

Exhibitions on the “Great Series of Ancient Chinese Paintings” Held Across the Nation

從9月底開始，“中國歷代繪畫大系” （下稱“大系”）在浙江、重慶、北京等地舉辦階段性成果展覽?！按笙怠眻F(tuán)隊(duì)為全球存世中國古代繪畫建立了迄今為止保真度最高的圖像資料庫，觀眾能在博物館、美術(shù)館一覽“大系”入選繪畫作品的“數(shù)字化替身”。

“大系”項(xiàng)目通過對傳世古畫進(jìn)行數(shù)字化處理，成功地辨析、提取出原本剝蝕暗沉、肉眼難辨的畫面、題跋及印跡，實(shí)現(xiàn)了文物藏品的“無損傷”修復(fù)，并為更好地鑒定作品的傳承譜系提供了新的證據(jù);綜合運(yùn)用虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)（VR）、增強(qiáng)現(xiàn)實(shí)（AR）、3D打印等科技手段，與重慶市大足石刻研究院、四川省安岳石窟研究院等合作，實(shí)現(xiàn)了大足石刻245窟、安岳石刻紫竹觀音及整體石窟的數(shù)字化建模、1∶1立體化重現(xiàn)及其多媒體虛擬互動體驗(yàn)，從而讓專業(yè)研究者和廣大參觀者可以有來自不同時空的藝術(shù)觸動與體悟。

Visitors and art lovers in Zheijang， Chongqing， Beijing and many other places will be able to view the digitized versions of precious extant ancient Chinese paintings all over the world in Chinese museums and art galleries， thanks to the “Great Series of Ancient Chinese Paintings”， a project aimed to collect， compile and publish ancient Chinese paintings. From the end of September 2021， the Great Series， as the project is commonly known， will go on an exhibition tour in Zhejiang province， the cities of Chongqing， Beijing， among other places， to show some of the accomplishments the project has made so far.

Through digital processing， the project has successfully restored ancient Chinese paintings with “zero damage”， and deciphered the inscriptions， images and imprints that were previously difficult to recognize. The restoration effort has provided new evidence for the identification of the ownership of these paintings across different periods.

巴西動畫片亮相第17屆中國國際動漫節(jié)

Brazilian Animation Debuts in 17th China International Cartoon and Animation Festival

第17屆中國國際動漫節(jié)于9月29日在杭州開幕。巴西精選11部巴西動畫短片在本屆動漫節(jié)期間呈現(xiàn)給中國觀眾?！拔覀兎浅８吲d能與中國國際動漫節(jié)建立合作，并借此平臺拉近巴西動畫產(chǎn)業(yè)和中國市場的距離?！卑臀黢v華大使保羅 · 瓦萊表示。

據(jù)介紹，巴西Rocambole制作公司的策展團(tuán)隊(duì)為本次展映選擇的短片時間跨度為1998年至2018年，涵蓋多個主題，包括巴西動畫影史上的經(jīng)典之作以及在巴西國內(nèi)及國際電影節(jié)上獲得認(rèn)可的高技術(shù)高審美佳作。巴西動畫制作人及畫師們用他們的創(chuàng)造力，將最為豐富的色彩、聲音、景觀和文化帶上了大熒幕。此次巴西動畫短片特別展映面向各個年齡層的中國觀眾，通過生動有趣的動畫展現(xiàn)巴西和巴西人。

The 17th China International Cartoon and Animation Festival kicked off in Hangzhou on September 29. The Brazilian Embassy in China will present a selection of 11 Brazilian short animation films to Chinese audiences during the festival. “We are very happy to establish cooperation with the China International Cartoon and Animation Festival and use this platform to bring the Brazilian animation industry closer to the Chinese market，” said Paulo Estivallet de Mesquita， Brazils ambassador to China.

According to the Brazilian Embassy in China， the curatorial team of Brazils Rocambole Productions specially selected short films from 1998 to 2018 for the exhibition， covering a wide range of topics， including classics from the history of Brazilian animation as well as masterpieces recognized at domestic and international film festivals. Brazilian animators and artists use their creativity to bring the richest colors， sounds， landscapes and cultures to the big screen. This special exhibition of Brazilian animated short films is aimed at Chinese audiences of all ages， including children， teenagers and adults， who will be able to learn about Brazil and Brazilians through these films.

The 2021China International Online Literature Week — Online Literature IP Development Conference Convened in Wenzhou

9月28日上午， 2021中國國際網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)周 · 網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)IP發(fā)展大會在溫州啟動，并舉行網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)海外市場渠道拓展懇談會。針對網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)合、拓展網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)海外市場渠道等話題，與會的網(wǎng)絡(luò)作家及網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)平臺負(fù)責(zé)人等展開了對話交流。

近年來，溫州的網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)走在全國、全省前列，遍布起點(diǎn)、創(chuàng)世、騰訊文學(xué)、17k、晉江原創(chuàng)網(wǎng)等各大網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)主要網(wǎng)站，培養(yǎng)了蔣勝男、善水、側(cè)側(cè)輕寒、陳姍姍等多位國內(nèi)知名網(wǎng)絡(luò)作家，成為中國網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)不可忽視的重要力量。其中，蔣勝男的多部作品如《羋月傳》《燕云臺》等被改編成熱播影視劇并翻譯成多國文字。

The 2021China International Online Literature Week — Online Literature IP Development Conference was held in Wenzhou on September 28. Participants discussed the development of overseas marketing channels for online literature， as well as the integration of online literature with industrial development.

Wenzhou has been leading the nation in online literature. Major websites such as Qidian， Tencent literature and 17k have all set up shops in Wenzhou and notable online literature authors including Jiang Shengnan， Shanshui， Cece Qinghan and Chen Shanshan came from Wenzhou as well. Indeed， a number of works by Jiang Shengnan， such as Mi Yue Zhuan （The Legend of Mi Yue） and Yan Yun Tai （The Legend of Xiao Chuo）， have been adapted into TV dramas， and translated into multiple foreign languages.
