The effectiveness and safety of intravenous drip of iron sucrose in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of intravenous drip of iron sucrose in patients with iron deficiency anemia. Methods Eighty patients with iron deficiency anemia who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to February 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given oral iron supplements，and the observation group was given intravenous drip of iron sucrose.Hemoglobin （Hb），serum ferritin （SF）， treatment time，the total incidence of adverse reactions after treatment，and total effective rate of treatment before and after treatment were recorded in detail and compared. Results There was no significant difference in Hb and SF levels between the two groups before treatment （P>0.05）. After treatment， the Hb level （150.97±3.25） g/L and the SF level （140.29±2.84） μg/L in the observation group were higher than those of the control group [（98.06±4.54） g/L and （54.37±3.15） μg/L， P<0.05].The treatment time （25.75±1.63） d and the total incidence of adverse reactions （2.50%） of the observation group were lower than those of the control group [（30.21±2.84） d and 15.00%， P<0.05]. The total effective treatment rate in the observation group was 95.00%， higher than that of the control group （75.00%）， P<0.05. Conclusion Intravenous drip of iron sucrose in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia can effectively increase the levels of Hb and SF in patients，shorten the treatment time，reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment and increase the total effective rate of treatment.It has high clinical value and is recommended for clinical promotion.

缺鐵性貧血是由于人體鐵元素不足，抑制血紅蛋白生成致使紅細(xì)胞生存需求沒有得到滿足而引起的貧血，屬于臨床常見的一種貧血類型。缺鐵性貧血發(fā)病率高，且多為孕婦和兒童，其由于處在特殊的生長階段，生理消耗大，易引起鐵缺乏，臨床表現(xiàn)為暈眩、乏力、易疲勞，嚴(yán)重影響患者的生活與工作，若不及早治療，患者會由于體內(nèi)長時間缺乏血紅細(xì)胞從而造成供血、供氧不足，此類狀態(tài)極易引發(fā)心力衰竭危及患者生命[1]。臨床治療缺鐵性貧血一般有兩種方法，一種為常用口服鐵劑藥物治療，但此類治療方法起效慢且易引起較多不良反應(yīng);另一種方法是靜脈補鐵，運用該方法治療患者可以促進(jìn)鐵劑與轉(zhuǎn)鐵蛋白的結(jié)合，從而快速補充機體所需鐵量。本文對缺鐵性貧血患者采用靜脈滴注蔗糖鐵的治療方法，旨在探討該類治療方法對治療缺鐵性貧血的有效性與安全性，并發(fā)現(xiàn)該治療方法相較口服鐵劑藥物治療更有效、更安全，建議臨床推廣，現(xiàn)報道如下。
