為慶祝中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨成立100周年，切實(shí)做好外國(guó)專(zhuān)家聯(lián)系服務(wù)工作，加深在華外國(guó)專(zhuān)家對(duì)中國(guó)政策、國(guó)情的認(rèn)識(shí)，對(duì)中國(guó)革命歷史、科創(chuàng)環(huán)境、生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的了解，科技部國(guó)外人才研究中心會(huì)同中國(guó)科協(xié)、江西省科技廳等部門(mén)，以“講述中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨故事”為主題于5月10日至14日在井岡山、瑞金、贛州等地舉行外國(guó)專(zhuān)家國(guó)情調(diào)研考察活動(dòng)。一是“紅色考察”，讓外國(guó)專(zhuān)家進(jìn)一步了解中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的奮斗歷史和偉大壯舉；二是“藍(lán)色調(diào)研”，請(qǐng)外國(guó)專(zhuān)家走進(jìn)科技園區(qū)等參觀訪問(wèn)、座談建言；三是“綠色參觀”，請(qǐng)外國(guó)專(zhuān)家到脫貧攻堅(jiān)示范村落、生態(tài)文明建設(shè)地區(qū)、美麗鄉(xiāng)村感受我國(guó)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的成就。

In order to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of Communist Party of China (CPC), do well in contacting and serving foreign experts, and deepen their understanding of China’s policies and national conditions, as well as the history of China’s revolution, the science and technology environment and the construction of ecological civilization, Foreign Talent Research Center, together with China Association for Science and Technology and the Science and Technology Department of Jiangxi Province, held a research and investigation on China’s national conditions with the theme of “Telling the Story of the Communist Party of China” in Jinggang Mountain, Ruijin, Ganzhou, etc.from May 10 to 14. The first is the “Red Investigation”, which led foreign experts to further understand the struggle history and great feats of the CPC. The second is “Blue Research”, which invited foreign experts into science and technology parks and other visits, talks and advice. The third is “Green Visit”, in which the foreign experts were invited to the demonstration villages, ecological civilization construction areas and beautiful villages to feel the achievements of China’s ecological civilization construction.

5月12日，調(diào)研團(tuán)參觀于都縣中央紅軍長(zhǎng)征出發(fā)地紀(jì)念園。1934年10月18日傍晚，毛澤東、周恩來(lái)等領(lǐng)導(dǎo)同志及第一、第二野戰(zhàn)縱隊(duì)就是從這里邁出長(zhǎng)征第一步的。On May 12, the research group visited the Memorial Garden for the Long March Starting Point of the Central Red Army which is located in Yudu County. Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai and other central leaders and the first and second field columns took their first step in the Long March from here in the evening of October 18, 1934.

5月10日，調(diào)研團(tuán)來(lái)到神山村，重走習(xí)近平總書(shū)記視察路線。2016年2月2日，習(xí)近平總書(shū)記視察神山村，并發(fā)表了“老區(qū)在全國(guó)建小康的征程中，要同步前進(jìn)，一個(gè)也不能少，都要共同邁入小康社會(huì)”的重要講話。神山村群眾始終牢記習(xí)總書(shū)記的殷切囑托，在全國(guó)率先脫貧。On May 10, the research group came to Shenshan Village to retrace the route of inspection by General Secretary Xi Jinping, who inspected the village on February 2, 2016. Xi Jinping delivered a keynote speech that the old liberated areas should move forward in tandem in the journey of building an all-around well-off society together without anyone being left. The people of Shenshan Village have always kept in mind General Secretary Xi's ardent wish, and have taken the lead in the country to get rid of poverty.

5月10日，調(diào)研團(tuán)參觀黃洋界哨口營(yíng)房。當(dāng)年紅軍通常有一個(gè)排的兵力駐扎在哨口，日夜守衛(wèi)井岡山根據(jù)地的北大門(mén)——黃洋界。On May 10, the research group visited Huang Yangjie Posts Barracks. Back then, the Red Army usually had a platoon of soldiers stationing at the sentry post, guarding the Huang Yangjie, the northern gate of the Jinggang Mountain base, day and night.

5月12日，4位外國(guó)專(zhuān)家在長(zhǎng)征源紅軍小學(xué)開(kāi)展科普知識(shí)講座，鼓勵(lì)孩子們崇尚科學(xué)，激發(fā)孩子們的科學(xué)興趣。On May 12, four foreign experts gave a lecture on science knowledge at the Long March Source Red Army Primary School to encourage children to stimulate their interest in science.

井岡山革命博物館系統(tǒng)介紹了井岡山革命斗爭(zhēng)歷史，展現(xiàn)了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)創(chuàng)建第一塊農(nóng)村革命根據(jù)地的戰(zhàn)斗歷程。Jinggangshan Revolutionary Museum systematically introduced the history of the revolutionary struggle in Jinggangshan, showing the fighting history of the first rural revolutionary base area created under the leadership of CPC.

5月13日，調(diào)研團(tuán)參觀贛州市智能產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新研究院。On May 13, the research group visited Ganzhou Innovation Institute of Intelligent Industry.

江西省贛州市于都縣梓山鎮(zhèn)潭頭村，先后建起了富硒葡萄基地、百香果基地、富硒水稻基地、萬(wàn)畝蔬菜基地（南區(qū)）等多個(gè)特色產(chǎn)業(yè)基地，已實(shí)現(xiàn)整村脫貧。現(xiàn)在走進(jìn)潭頭村，村道干凈整潔，兩旁綠樹(shù)成蔭，清冽的渠水匯入池塘。2019年5月20日，習(xí)近平總書(shū)記曾來(lái)到潭頭村看望慰問(wèn)老區(qū)人民，詳細(xì)了解老區(qū)人民生產(chǎn)發(fā)展和生活改善等情況。A number of special industrial bases, such as Selenium-rich Grape Base, Passion Fruit Base, Selenium-Rich Rice Base and 10,000 mu Vegetable Base (southern area) in Tantou Village, Zishan Town, Yudu County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province has built. The whole village has been lifted out of poverty. Now in Tantou village, the road is clean and tidy, lined with green trees, the clear and fresh canal water into the pond. General Secretary Xi Jinping had visited the people of the old liberated areas in Tantou village on May 20, 2019 to get the detailed understanding of the local production and development, as well as the improvement of life.
