為進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)外事工作支持區(qū)縣和開(kāi)放平臺(tái)發(fā)展，4月9日，市政府外辦出國(guó)（境）管理處處長(zhǎng)黃銳赴高新區(qū)作“因公臨時(shí)出國(guó)（境）政策解讀”專(zhuān)題培訓(xùn)講座，助力科學(xué)城“走出去”。

黃銳就因公出國(guó)（境）各項(xiàng)政策進(jìn)行了細(xì)致解讀，重點(diǎn)就因公出國(guó)（境）管理中，涉及赴周邊國(guó)家執(zhí)行任務(wù)、赴新加坡執(zhí)行中新示范項(xiàng)目任務(wù)、國(guó)有企業(yè)團(tuán)組因公出國(guó)等適合高新區(qū)“走出去”開(kāi)展招商引資重點(diǎn)工作的支持性文件和政策進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)、系統(tǒng)的宣講培訓(xùn)。

下一步，市政府外辦將陸續(xù)派員赴高新區(qū)就涉外案事件處理、對(duì)外交流與國(guó)別研究等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行系列培訓(xùn)講座。

To further push forward the development of districts， counties and opening-up platforms supported by foreign affairs work， the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government sent Huang Rui， director of Overseas （Border） Management Division to the High-tech District to give a special training lecture themed on "the interpretation of the policy of going abroad temporarily on business" on April 9， as a means of help the science city "go global".

Mr. Huang made thorough interpretations of various policies on business visits abroad， and gave a detailed and systematic lecture and training on supportive documents and policies suiting the key work of the district to "go global" and attract investment with the focus on carrying out tasks in neighboring countries， performing tasks of the China-Singapore （Chongqing） Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity in Singapore， and state-owned enterprise delegations' business visits abroad in the management of business visits abroad （out of border）.

Next， the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government will constantly send staff to the High-tech District for a series of training lectures on case disposal concerning foreign affairs， external exchange， country study and so on.
