濟(jì)南是一座具有悠久歷史文化和光榮革命傳統(tǒng)的城市，是全國(guó)建立共產(chǎn)黨組織最早的地區(qū)之一，是山東省黨組織的發(fā)端地。

20世紀(jì)20年代初的中國(guó)，風(fēng)雨如磐、內(nèi)憂外患。在探索救國(guó)救民的艱難進(jìn)程中，濟(jì)南的先進(jìn)分子聚集在了共產(chǎn)主義的旗幟下。1921年，中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨正式成立，揭開(kāi)了中國(guó)歷史的新篇章。

從此，無(wú)論怎樣的血雨腥風(fēng)，濟(jì)南黨組織始終紅旗不倒;無(wú)論怎樣的刀光劍影，濟(jì)南共產(chǎn)黨人始終信仰不丟;無(wú)論怎樣的艱難困苦，濟(jì)南共產(chǎn)黨人始終沖鋒在前……經(jīng)歷了無(wú)數(shù)次的前仆后繼，浴血奮進(jìn)，終于迎來(lái)了濟(jì)南的新生。

新中國(guó)成立后，在黨中央的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，濟(jì)南黨組織帶領(lǐng)全市人民大膽開(kāi)拓，艱辛探索，使古城濟(jì)南發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化。改革開(kāi)放后，濟(jì)南的發(fā)展更是日新月異，人們的生活水平不斷進(jìn)步。特別是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義進(jìn)入新時(shí)代以后，濟(jì)南市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展取得顯著成效，在經(jīng)濟(jì)體量、發(fā)展質(zhì)量、生態(tài)保護(hù)、民生福祉等方面都實(shí)現(xiàn)了跨越式發(fā)展。

今年是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨成立100周年。100年來(lái)，共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)濟(jì)南人民櫛風(fēng)沐雨、艱苦奮斗、不斷奮進(jìn)。到了今天，可以說(shuō)濟(jì)南正處在歷史上最好的發(fā)展時(shí)期一一

在經(jīng)濟(jì)體量上，濟(jì)南GDP歷史性突破萬(wàn)億;在發(fā)展質(zhì)量上， “四新”經(jīng)濟(jì)占比超過(guò)40%.高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)值增長(zhǎng)占規(guī)上工業(yè)增加值56%;在發(fā)展機(jī)遇上，黃河流域生態(tài)保護(hù)和高質(zhì)量發(fā)展重大國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略第一次把山東、把濟(jì)南放到了全國(guó)發(fā)展的大局、生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的全局和區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的布局中來(lái)定位和要求;在動(dòng)力引擎上，全力打造“科創(chuàng)濟(jì)南”，以大魄力的改革和大手筆的投入，推動(dòng)科技創(chuàng)新活力涌動(dòng);在未來(lái)藍(lán)圖中，新舊動(dòng)能轉(zhuǎn)換起步區(qū)要再造一個(gè)“新濟(jì)南”……

從黃河戰(zhàn)略到起步區(qū)，從省會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)圈到強(qiáng)省會(huì)，從“五個(gè)濟(jì)南”到“東強(qiáng)、西興、南美、北起、中優(yōu)”城市發(fā)展新格局，如今的濟(jì)南，白信而豪邁。

到2025年，科創(chuàng)濟(jì)南、智造濟(jì)南、文化濟(jì)南、生態(tài)濟(jì)南、康養(yǎng)濟(jì)南基本建成，新時(shí)代現(xiàn)代化強(qiáng)省會(huì)建設(shè)實(shí)現(xiàn)新跨越;到2035年，建成全國(guó)重要的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)中心、科創(chuàng)中心、金融中心、貿(mào)易中心、文化中心，初步建成“大強(qiáng)美富通”現(xiàn)代化國(guó)際大都市。藍(lán)圖已擘畫好，濟(jì)南，踏上新的征途。（?？瘓D片除署名外均由中共濟(jì)南市委黨史研究院提供）

Boasting a long history， rich culture and revolutionary tradition， Jinan was one of the areasin China that established the earliest Communist Party organizations and the birthplace forShandong provincial party organization.

Stuck in turmoil and torment， China suffered from both internal and external problems in theearly 1920s. Leading proponents of communism in Jinan congregated to save the country and thepeople. The Communist Party of China （CPC） was founded in 1921， opening a new chapter for Chinesehistory. For the revolutionary cause， the people waged heroic struggles， fought and sacrificed theirlives， and finally gave the city a new life.

After the founding of the People's Republic of China in 1949， under the leadership of theCPC Central Committee， Jinan municipal Party committee took bold steps towards exploring newapproaches to development. Jinan was changing rapidly， embracing earthshaking changes on the lookof the city and the living standards of the people. With socialism with Chinese characteristics enteringa new era， Jinan has attained outstanding achievements in economic and social development， takinggiant leap forward in terms of economic volume， development quality， ecological protection andpeople's well-being. Jinan is in a prime time of development in history.
