為加快推動成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟圈全球推介活動籌備工作，3月11日，市政府外辦主任章勇武、副主任王雯，市委宣傳部副部長馬然希，與來渝對接工作的四川省外事辦副主任張業(yè)初一行舉行會談。

會上，雙方會商建立溝通聯(lián)絡(luò)機制，定期召開協(xié)調(diào)會商議籌備工作重點事項，建立信息共享機制，保持信息互通確保籌備工作高效推進(jìn)，并重點就推介活動中的展覽展示、主題宣傳等重要版塊深入探討并形成共識，共同組建專業(yè)創(chuàng)作團隊合力打造精品力作。同時，還要求各籌備工作組倒排工期時間表，堅持項目化、清單化、專業(yè)化推進(jìn)落實，以高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)謀劃實施和高效率運轉(zhuǎn)機制推動籌備工作高質(zhì)量落實。

四川省外事辦出國管理處、新聞宣傳處、國際處，省委宣傳部國際傳播與對外推廣處，省發(fā)展改革委政策協(xié)同處和重慶市政府外辦新聞處、出國（境）管理處，市委宣傳部對外推廣處，市發(fā)展改革委政策協(xié)同處等相關(guān)籌備工作組人員參加會談。

Sichuan and Chongqing worked together for the preparatory work of the global promotion campaign of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle

In order to expedite the preparatory work of the global promotion campaign for Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle， on March 11， Zhang Yongwu， director general of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， Wang Wen， deputy director general of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， Ma Ranxi， deputy head of Publicity Department of the CPC Chongqing Committee and the delegation headed by Zhang Yechu， deputy director general of Foreign Affairs Office of Sichuan Province held a meeting.

At the meeting， the two sides discussed the establishment of a communication and liaison mechanism， regular holding of coordination meetings to discuss the key matters of the preparatory work， setting up an information sharing mechanism and maintaining information exchange to ensure the efficient progress of the preparatory work， dived into and formed consensus on exhibition and display of promotional activities， theme publicity and other key parts， so as to jointly set up a professional creative team to create refined works. At the same time， the two sides also required each preparatory work groups to reversely arrange the schedule， adhere to project， list and specialization-based roll-out， and promote the high-quality implementation of the preparatory work with high-standard planning and efficient operation mechanism.

Members from relevant preparatory work groups， such as the Border Administration Division， the Press and Publicity Division and the International Division of Foreign Affairs Office of Sichuan Province， the International Communication and External Promotion Division of the Publicity Department of the CPC Sichuan Committee， the Policy Coordination Division of Sichuan Provincial Development and Reform Commission， the Information Division and Border Administration Division of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， the External Promotion Division of the Publicity Department of the CPC Chongqing Committee， and the Policy Coordination Division of Chongqing Development and Reform Commission， attended the meeting.
