“好一朵茉莉花，滿園花開香也香不過它?！薄癈he bella cosa e’na jurnata’e sole， n’aria serena doppo na tempesta?。ǘ嗝摧x煌，那燦爛的陽(yáng)光，暴風(fēng)雨過去后，天空多晴朗?。薄?月17日，中意文化交流城市會(huì)客廳中心廣場(chǎng)上，意大利歌手惜婭（Alessia Raisi）分別與成都童聲合唱團(tuán)、中國(guó)歌手唐翰章聯(lián)袂演繹的中意經(jīng)典歌曲《茉莉花》《我的太陽(yáng)》拉開了“2021成都·歐洲文化季”的帷幕。

由成都市人民政府外事辦公室聯(lián)合德國(guó)、西班牙、意大利、波蘭、英國(guó)、法國(guó)、奧地利、荷蘭、捷克、匈牙利等歐洲國(guó)家駐蓉駐渝總領(lǐng)事館，以及成都友好合作關(guān)系城市意大利博洛尼亞，將帶來藝術(shù)展、音樂會(huì)、線上論壇、“云”游博物館等10余場(chǎng)極具特色的文化活動(dòng)。本屆文化季將持續(xù)到2022年1月，在全球疫情持續(xù)蔓延的當(dāng)下，市民不出國(guó)門，就能觀賞到歐洲文化的精粹。

源遠(yuǎn)流長(zhǎng)的文化交流

“成都的主街道很寬，用砂巖板鋪得整整齊齊。街道上雖熙熙攘攘，但人們卻不推推搡搡，顯得井然有序?！?00年前，來自德國(guó)的弗瑞茲·魏司夫婦在中國(guó)西南地區(qū)游歷的日記中這樣描述了對(duì)成都的喜愛。

魏司夫婦還用“鏡頭”記錄下大量關(guān)于四川、重慶、云南等地彌足珍貴的瞬間，再現(xiàn)包括纖夫、船家、商販等百姓的生活。

100年后的今天，中國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)了前所未有的快速發(fā)展，創(chuàng)造了令人矚目的“東方經(jīng)濟(jì)奇跡”。德國(guó)知名攝影師托爾思藤·舒曼、中國(guó)資深攝影師張曉等中德藝術(shù)家沿著魏司夫婦作品的脈絡(luò)，通過實(shí)地拍攝與創(chuàng)作，再次用鏡頭記錄天府之國(guó)、大美西南。如今，兩代人的攝影作品以一場(chǎng)跨越百年時(shí)空的藝術(shù)對(duì)話，展現(xiàn)了中國(guó)西南地區(qū)的百年變遷;通過歷史與現(xiàn)代的同臺(tái)演繹，體現(xiàn)了中德文化交流的源遠(yuǎn)流長(zhǎng)。

用色彩對(duì)話歷史，用藝術(shù)共敘友誼。走進(jìn)都江堰，意大利20位最具潛力的新生代插畫家展出的80幅作品，通過精湛的技巧、有趣的人物和詩(shī)意的視角為觀眾打開了一扇又一扇想象之門。來自都江堰市永豐小學(xué)的小小畫家們，用他們充滿童真的畫筆，以家鄉(xiāng)的大熊貓為主題創(chuàng)作圖畫，對(duì)話意大利插畫大師。

還有西班牙文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)展呈現(xiàn)了與藏族編織、羌族挑花刺繡等中國(guó)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)元素的融合;中國(guó)、奧地利優(yōu)秀青年音樂家合作演繹中奧等國(guó)名家作品，以音樂為橋，傳遞對(duì)中奧友誼的祝福;意大利70余位攝影大師，以圖像為媒，記錄和講述了意大利160多年間的歷史變遷和風(fēng)土人情……一場(chǎng)場(chǎng)視聽盛宴，體現(xiàn)了以文化交流增進(jìn)交融、友誼的永恒旋律。

蓉歐文化合作新機(jī)遇

豐富多彩的歐洲文化季活動(dòng)彰顯出蓉歐交流與合作的斐然成績(jī)。截至2021年9月，8個(gè)歐洲國(guó)家獲批在蓉設(shè)立領(lǐng)事機(jī)構(gòu)，42個(gè)歐洲城市與成都結(jié)好;中法、中德、中意國(guó)別園區(qū)與中國(guó)—?dú)W洲中心等對(duì)歐合作載體平臺(tái)聚集優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)一步彰顯;直飛歐洲客貨運(yùn)航線和中歐班列將成都與歐洲各國(guó)緊密相連。

展望未來，文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展、轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)也誕生了新的機(jī)遇。

中英博物館及文化遺產(chǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)攜手，通過線上論壇和“云”游觀展，共同探討在全球疫情防控常態(tài)化背景下，博物館及文化遺產(chǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)面向未來應(yīng)對(duì)多重挑戰(zhàn)，擴(kuò)大交流、加強(qiáng)合作，推動(dòng)文化遺產(chǎn)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

本次歐洲文化季，成都首次發(fā)布蓉歐文化交流合作機(jī)會(huì)清單，包括四川天府新區(qū)、成都高新區(qū)等16個(gè)區(qū)（市）縣和希臘、芬蘭、意大利等8個(gè)歐洲國(guó)家駐華使領(lǐng)館推薦的84個(gè)文化交流合作項(xiàng)目。其中，成都合作機(jī)會(huì)49條，包括中國(guó)-歐洲中心、中意文化交流城市會(huì)客廳、少城視井文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)業(yè)園、成都文創(chuàng)周、蓉歐經(jīng)典之夜系列文化活動(dòng)、零碳生活社區(qū)等合作項(xiàng)目，涉及文化交流活動(dòng)、文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)業(yè)服務(wù)平臺(tái)、文創(chuàng)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)、文藝展演等合作類型。歐洲合作機(jī)會(huì)35條，包括希臘奧運(yùn)主題展、芬蘭攝影展、法語(yǔ)活動(dòng)月、英國(guó)V&A博物館綜合項(xiàng)目、荷蘭最美圖書設(shè)計(jì)展、匈牙利當(dāng)代藝術(shù)展、意大利“2022中意文化和旅游年”相關(guān)活動(dòng)等文化交流推廣項(xiàng)目。

通過機(jī)會(huì)清單的雙向發(fā)布，蓉歐雙方希望形成常態(tài)化信息共享平臺(tái)，充分挖掘成都和歐洲文化藝術(shù)領(lǐng)域的交流需求及相關(guān)信息，促成兩地的文化藝術(shù)部門、相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)、優(yōu)秀藝術(shù)家開展更多惠及雙方民眾的務(wù)實(shí)合作。

“What a jasmine flower！ Among all sorts of flowers blooming all over the garden she smells the sweetest.” “Che bella cosa e’na jurnata’e sole， n’aria serena doppo na tempesta！” On September 17， the Italian singer Alessia Raisi performed the classic Chinese song “Jasmine” with the Chengdu Children’s Choir and Italian song “O Sole Mio” with Chinese singer Tang Hanzhang in the central plaza of the Sino-Italian Cultural Exchange City Reception Center， lifting the curtain of Chengdu Europe Culture Season 2021.

More than 10 distinctive cultural activities like art exhibitions， concerts， online forums， and online visits to museums will be staged by the Chengdu Office of Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs， together with the consulates general of Germany， Spain， Italy， Poland， the UK， France， Austria， the Netherlands， the Czech Republic， Hungary and other European countries in Chengdu and Chongqing， as well as Chengdu’s sister city of Bologna in Italy. This culture season， which will last until January 2022， allows residents to enjoy the splendid European culture without going abroad as the COVID-19 pandemic sweeps across the globe.

意大利駐華大使方瀾意：文化是意中雙邊合作最重要的領(lǐng)域之一。意大利和中國(guó)是擁有世界遺產(chǎn)總數(shù)最多的兩個(gè)國(guó)家，其總數(shù)共達(dá)到114處。后疫情時(shí)代，文化活動(dòng)率先得到恢復(fù)，其中，展覽“拉斐爾的藝術(shù)·不可能的相遇”2020年夏天在成都啟幕。相信本屆活動(dòng)將作為意大利與成都、四川深度合作的序曲，為“2022中意文化和旅游年”奠定基石。

Luca Ferrari， Italian Ambassador to China： Culture is one of the most important areas of bilateral cooperation between Italy and China. Italy and China have the largest number of world heritage sites， with a total of 114 sites. In the post-pandemic era， cultural activities were the first to resume. Among them， the exhibition “The Art of Raffaello： Opera Omnia” opened in Chengdu in the summer of 2020. This culture season is expected to mark the beginning of in-depth cooperation between Italy and Chengdu and Sichuan， laying a foundation for the China-Italy Year of Culture and Tourism 2022.
