一場(chǎng)突如其來(lái)的新冠肺炎疫情席卷了大地，牽動(dòng)了億萬(wàn)人的心。大年三十晚上，醫(yī)生媽媽、警察爸爸因?yàn)榧影?，沒(méi)法為孩子們包餃子，準(zhǔn)備豐盛的年夜飯。醫(yī)院里人滿(mǎn)為患，媽媽忙得顧不上吃一口飯。更不幸的是，外婆也感染了病毒……媽媽剛從電話(huà)中得知外婆病重的消息，來(lái)不及悲傷，病房里的病人又突發(fā)險(xiǎn)況需要搶救……

Scene 1 Waiting

Tiantian： I miss mummy and daddy.

Lele： Mummy and daddy will come back soon.

Tiantian： They keep saying that they’ll be back soon， but they don’t keep their promise.

Lele： They promise to come back earlier and celebrate the New Year’s Eve with us.

Tiantian： Lele， I’m hungry.

Lele： I’ll fry eggs for you.

Tiantian： No！ I want mummy’s dumplings！

Lele： Our mum is a doctor and our dad is a policeman. They are really busy. Our country needs them more than we do.

Scene 2 Parting

Dad： Sweeties， we’re back.

Mum： My little boy， we’re so sorry.

Lele： Mummy， daddy， Tiantian cried so hard. Now， she is sleeping.

Dad： Lele， sorry. Today， dad and mum...

Lele： It’s OK. Can I make dumplings with you？

Mum： Too late. How about frozen dumplings？

Lele： All right.

（During dinner， the phone rang.）

Mum： Hello， Director Zhang.

Director： Doctor Feng， Covid-19 in Wuhan has broken out. More and more doctors are needed. Could you please consider going and helping people there？

Mum： Of course！

Director： Thank you so much.

Dad： Honey， I know what happened out there. Go to Wuhan and do whatever you should do！ （turns to children）Sweetie， dad will stay with you. Mum is a doctor. Lots of patients in Wuhan need her.

Lele： （takes out a family photo）Mummy， this is Tiantian and this is me. We can be together all the way.

Scene 3 Fighting

In the hospital， Doctor Feng was too busy. She had no time to have a meal. Taotao， a young patient， was crying.

Taotao： I want to go back home！ Doctor Feng， I hate the pills！

Mum： Taotao， be strong just like the superman. You’ll go back when you feel better.

Xiaoxiao： Doctor Feng， I am thinking about being a doctor， just like you.

Mum： You are so great！ Good luck！

（It was late at night， Doctor Feng leaned on the chair tiredly. The phone rang.）

Lele & Tiantian： I miss you， mum. How is everything going？

Mum： Very well. Just take good care of yourselves.

Dad：We are fine.

Tiantian： （cries）Mummy， please come back. Grandma is in hospital now.

Mum： What’s going on， honey？

Dad： I tried to call you yesterday. She has been in hospital for four days.

Mum： I... I am so sorry...

（A nurse said in the distance， “Doctor Feng， the patient is getting worse here！”）

Mum： Sorry， I have to go. Take care of yourselves and my mum. Don’t tell her I’m in Wuhan.

Lele & Tiantian： Mummy... Mummy...

Scene 4 Being together

（The radio said， “Everybody， attention please！ Stay at home！ No visiting！ No gathering！ No wandering！” ）

Dad： （answers the phone）Yes， sir. I will be right there！

Lele： Dad， don’t worry. I can take care of Tiantian and myself. Our policeman， fighting！

Tiantian： （looks out of the window）Look！ Our neighbors are all staying at home.

（The children were making video calls happily at home.）

Guoguo： Hello！

Qiqi： Hi.

Lele： Hi， what are you doing？

Qiqi： I’m drawing. My mum is a teacher and she is teaching online.

Guoguo： My dad is a volunteer（志愿者）. He is working day and night.

Qiqi： My dad is a business man. He donates many masks to Wuhan.

Lele： My mum is a doctor. She works in Fangcang hospital now. She is a superwoman.

Tiantian： My dad is also a superman！

Lele： Hey everybody， we are a big family. Let’s sing together！
