12月9日，“2021和合文化全球論壇”以線上線下相結(jié)合的方式在浙江省臺(tái)州市天臺(tái)縣舉行。本屆論壇以“和合文化與人類命運(yùn)共同體”為主題，設(shè)置“堅(jiān)持和睦共榮，實(shí)現(xiàn)包容發(fā)展”“堅(jiān)持和衷共濟(jì)，實(shí)現(xiàn)合作共贏”“堅(jiān)持和諧共生，實(shí)現(xiàn)生態(tài)文明”三個(gè)分議題。

發(fā)祥于天臺(tái)山的和合文化，是中華“和”文化的重要瑰寶。面對(duì)當(dāng)前百年變局與世紀(jì)疫情疊加交織的復(fù)雜局面，世界期待不同思想交流碰撞、不同文明包容互鑒。倡導(dǎo)和平、和睦、和諧的“和”文化，就是中國(guó)向世界貢獻(xiàn)的禮物，將為完善全球治理、解決人類共同挑戰(zhàn)帶來(lái)有益啟示。面向未來(lái)，一是要堅(jiān)持和而不同，倡導(dǎo)真正的多邊主義;二是要堅(jiān)持合作共贏，構(gòu)建開(kāi)放型世界經(jīng)濟(jì);三是要堅(jiān)持人文主義，弘揚(yáng)全人類共同價(jià)值。

和合文化是歷史的，也是當(dāng)代的;是中國(guó)的，也是世界的。作為和合文化的主要發(fā)源地，浙江有責(zé)任倡導(dǎo)和而不同、美美與共的價(jià)值理念，積極探索解決人類社會(huì)面臨的共同問(wèn)題。從和合文化中尋找解決人類共同問(wèn)題的方案，引導(dǎo)國(guó)際社會(huì)走出對(duì)立分歧、走出經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)、走出價(jià)值觀沖突，積極推動(dòng)和合理念成為應(yīng)對(duì)全球性問(wèn)題的廣泛共識(shí)，為共同構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體作出積極貢獻(xiàn)。

“和合文化全球論壇”是以論壇為組織形式的機(jī)制化國(guó)際性會(huì)議，旨在通過(guò)結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)和合文化的認(rèn)知視角，推動(dòng)構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體理念成為國(guó)際社會(huì)應(yīng)對(duì)全球性挑戰(zhàn)的廣泛共識(shí)和世界話語(yǔ)。2022年起，論壇將每年舉辦國(guó)際會(huì)議及配套相關(guān)活動(dòng)，吸引全球熱愛(ài)中國(guó)優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化、認(rèn)同中國(guó)治國(guó)理政理念的各界人士參加論壇、參與研討、參訪體驗(yàn)，共同促進(jìn)各國(guó)文化交流交融、世界文明互學(xué)互鑒。

The 2021 Hehe Culture Global Forum kicked off both online and offline on December 9 in Tiantai county， Zhejiang province. Themed “Hehe Culture and a Community of Shared Future for Mankind”， the forum featured three subforums， namely “Promote Harmony and Common Prosperity to Realize Inclusive Development”， “Overcome Difficulties with Solidarity for Win-Win Cooperation” and “Pursue Common Development in Harmony to Build an Eco-civilization”.

Originating from the Tiantai Mountain， the Hehe culture is an important treasure of China’s “He” （or harmony） culture. Faced with the complex situation of major changes unseen in a century and the ongoing pandemic， the world looks forward to the exchange of different ideas as well as inclusiveness and mutual learning between different civilizations. The Hehe culture， which calls for peace， amity and harmony， is China’s gift to the world. It will bring inspiration to improving global governance and addressing the common challenges of mankind. Looking into the future， first， it is imperative that harmony without uniformity should be upheld and genuine multilateralism should be advocated. Second， win-win cooperation should be pursued and an open world economy should be built. Third， humanism should be adhered to and common values of mankind should be promoted.

The Hehe culture is both historical and contemporary， and it belongs to both China and the whole world. As a major cradle of the Hehe culture， Zhejiang has the responsibility to advocate the ideas of “harmony without uniformity” and “respecting and cherishing the beauty of different cultures”， and actively explore solutions to the common problems faced by mankind. We should draw on the Hehe culture for answers， guide the international community out of confrontation and division， out of economic crisis and out of conflict of values， and make the concept of Hehe a broad consensus in addressing global issues， in order to contribute to the establishment of a community with a shared future for mankind.

The Hehe Cultural Global Forum is an institutionalized international forum. Through the traditional values of the Hehe culture， it seeks to establish a global consensus around the idea of building a community with a shared future for mankind to address global challenges. From 2022 onwards， the forum will be held annually， inviting people from all over the world who love China’s traditional culture and identify with China’s governance philosophy to jointly promote cultural exchanges and integration among countries and realize mutual learning among world civilizations.
