        The dust removal technology of dust-containing high-temperature oil and gas restricts the development of low-temperature pyrolysis of pulverized coal. Through the analysis of the characteristics of high-temperature oil and gas of pulverized coal pyrolysis, the requirements for the dust removal process are put forward. Compared with the characteristics and application of the current high-temperature dust removal technology, the dust removal method of cyclone separator rough filtration + filter element dust collector fine filtration is selected to ensure the filtration pressure drop and filtration accuracy. In the design of dust removal, considering the factors that may affect the operation of the unit, process optimization measures are proposed, and the replacement preheating system and the offline oxidation regeneration system are added. The replacement preheating system ensures the safety of the gas system entry and avoids the condensation adhesion of dust-containing tar under start-up condition. The offline oxidation regeneration system effectively removes adhering combustible substances, and when being used with the back-blowing system, it accelerates the regeneration progress and realizes the recovery of the filter performance of the filter element. Through the optimization of the dust removal process, the service life of the filter element is increased, and the operating cost is reduced. The tar product is basically dust-free, and the long-period operation of the dust removal system is realized.

        In this paper, the contact element of Ansys software is used to simulate and analyze the tooth meshing process of the toothed quick-opening structure. The focus is on the contact stress of the quick-opening structure under two states of complete meshing and circumferential displacement, and it is concluded that the stress concentration area is mainly distributed at the tooth root of the tooth block. The linear evaluation of the dangerous section of the quick-opening structure is carried out, and the normal working condition range of the autoclave is determined: when the internal pressure does not exceed 3.0 MPa, the circumferential displacement is allowed to be between 5%~8%. This research provides a reference for improving the service life of toothed quick-opening structural materials and for optimizing process of product design.

        This paper takes the electrostatic precipitator of a million-kilowatt No. 3 coal-fired generating unit in Fujian Province as the background, and solves technical problems by problem-oriented analysis and research. For a period of time, the emission of smoke and dust from the ESP of this unit fluctuates periodically, and the online flue gas monitoring system (CEMS) collects the value of smoke and dust emission every five minutes. When the fluctuating peak of smoke and dust emission is collected, the hourly average value of smoke and dust emission will be higher, which will affect the standarlized emission of net smoke and dust. By operating parameter analysis, reasoning and experimentation, it is concluded that the main reason for this problem is that the amount of flue gas entering the A side of the electrostatic precipitator is greater than that on the B side, causing the A side five electric field anode plates to accumulate more dust than the B side. At the same time, the high flow rate of the flue gas on the A side will carry the agglomerated flue dust generated by the five electric field rapping on the A side into the desulfurization system, causing the flue gas to fluctuate greatly. After finding the causes of the problem, the electrostatic precipitator is adjusted by means of proper “Acts-to-Situation", which finally alleviated the problem of large fluctuations in smoke and dust, and which has a certain reference significance for the management of environmental protection equipment in electric power industry.

        In this paper, the Hazard and Operability Analysis (HAZOP) method is used to qualitatively analyze the safety of a methanol synthesis plant in an engineering project, and corresponding safety recommendations are proposed. And on this basis, the layer of protection analysis (LOPA) method is used to analyze the relevant SIL grading in interlocking scenarios to further determine whether the existing safety measures can make the risk within an acceptable range. If the risk is relatively high, the corresponding safety instrument level (SIL) will be selected to reduce the risk value, to effectively realize the risk evaluation of the methanol synthesis unit, and to ensure the intrinsic safety of the plant by reducing risks.
