The rapid development of Internet technology has impacted modern people's daily life and learning style,and the impact on education and teaching is very obvious.Secretary Xi Jinping once put forward that "without information,there will be no modernization ",which raises the information construction of Internet technology to other things to the height of "national prosperity and strong people",which can directly reflect the impact of Internet technology on the social development of our country.At present,the mode of "Internet+education" has become the main form of the construction of modern social education and teaching,and people use the Internet to enrich teaching resources,optimize teaching structure,adjust teaching thinking and reshape teaching mode.Based on this background,it brings higher quality teaching service to medical students in our country,and improves the overall level of medical technical training.Therefore,we have summarized the following theoretical applications of existing "Internet+education" in medical technology training.
In 2015,Li Keqiang first put forward the concept of "Internet+" into government work report:a construction plan useing Internet technology to promote the transformation and development of many different traditional industries.That aims to form a" Internet+ industry "model.With the penetration and application of Internet technology in various fields,the mode of "Internet + education" has gradually formed,and become the main development trend in the field of medical education in China.After the 13th "Five-Year Plan",our government mades it clear that we should establish a medical teaching environment based on Internet technology,adjust the concept,mode and content of medical teaching,promote the construction of medical education and teaching through information construction,and further meet the needs of modern society for high-quality medical talents [1].
First of all,the structure of traditional medical education is relatively single,and the medical technology training method is backward.In the traditional medical education process,teachers take the classroom explanation as the main way of knowledge transmission,if they want to carry out the training of medical technology,they will first use the mannequin to explain the specific operation,and emphasize the construction of knowledge too much to give students a complete clinical operation demonstration.Although this form of medical technical training can promote students to master basic medical and health knowledge and understand how to carry out clinical operation to a certain extent,due to the limitation of conditions,students can only have theoretical knowledge and lack of understanding of the effect of medical technology application,thus reducing the students' overall cognitive level,which is not conducive to the cultivation of highquality medical and health personnel [2].
Secondly,lack of medical technical training resources.China's vast territory,rich terrain,the overall development level of different regions,and the development of medical and health undertakings have different degrees,there are large differences in resources.In some medical colleges and even in practice hospitals,there is a shortage of education and training resources,most of the high-quality medical education and medical technology training resources will be concentrated in a small number of famous schools or economically developed areas,resulting in a certain degree of unfair medical technology training and teaching,which is not conducive to improving the medical skills of medical college students,medical researchers and medical practitioners.
Finally,the curriculum evaluation of traditional medical education and technical training system is relatively single and cannot provide comprehensive guidance for students.Because there are some individual differences between different students and medical technicians,and there are some differences in the absorption and understanding of theoretical knowledge in the classroom,teachers cannot guarantee that all students can understand and transform the knowledge of classroom learning,so it is more difficult to grasp the rhythm and progress of classroom teaching,only to assess students by means of examination and observation of students' learning situation,and its assessment method is relatively single,which cannot objectively,fairly and truthfully reflect the students' learning situation,which is not conducive to carrying out the next medical technical training [3].
Problem:In the Internet context,some schools and hospital medical technology training departments do not recognize the impact of network environment on students' ability to learn medical knowledge and acquire medical technology.In today's international environment,Internet technology has greatly changed people's daily life,and some medical colleges and universities have taken certain measures to adjust and change the Internet environment.However,due to the rapid development of Internet technology,the teaching information construction of most medical colleges and universities cannot adapt to the development speed of Internet technology,its overall construction process is relatively slow,and the application of all kinds of network technology is less adaptable,and the investment is insufficient [4].
In addition,Internet technology has strong application advantages,especially in information transmission,resource sharing and image reproduction,which is not comparable to the traditional medical technology training model.Nowadays,most medical colleges and practice hospitals do not grasp the advantages of Internet technology,and do not make full use of the interactive,real-time,shared and intuitive Internet technology.
Opportunities:the advent of the Internet era,has unconsciously brought medical students,medical technicians and many conveniences and support.Under the background of internet,the learning and scientific research environment of medical students,medical researchers and medical technicians has been greatly changed,on the one hand,the change of medical resources searching,the traditional medical technology training mode,in order to obtain more medical knowledge and medical technology information,we need to rely on teachers to explain in class and rely on relevant medical books,but at this stage,students and medical technicians can easily obtain the information of medical training they need through the way of online search,so as to enrich their own knowledge system and realize the goal of self-improvement and self-development.On the other hand,under the Internet environment,medical technical trainers and medical educators can expand the scope of classroom teaching through Internet technology,introduce various teaching resources,enrich the teaching system,present the medical clinical situation directly to the students through the way of image,effectively improve the efficiency of classroom teaching,and promote the medical students and medical technicians to acquire more professional skills [5].
In order to construct the mode of "internet+education" and improve the level of medical technical training,the staff should have a certain purpose,master the advantages of medical education and teaching in the mode of "internet+education",so as to carry out a series of teaching adjustments.The staff should grasp the interactive advantage of "Internet+education" mode,aim at some medical technology training with strong practice,such as:anatomy explanation,can establish "Internet medical teaching platform",through this platform,install simulation virtual teaching software,through virtual reality technology,effectively integrate into clinical medical knowledge and reality environment,provide students and trainees with real operation experience and space,make up for the deficiency of traditional medical technology training mode [6].
Staff should grasp the advantages of the "Internet+ education" model of individualized learning,through online software,the implementation of monitoring of medical students and trainees in different stages of learning data,students' learning in all aspects of data analysis,scientific assessment of each student's learning level and personal ability,further develop personalized teaching programs to meet the different learning and development needs of different students.
The staff should grasp the advantages of teaching evaluation of "Internet+education" mode,innovate the concept of teaching evaluation,realize the deficiency of teaching evaluation in the traditional medical technology training mode,and adopt it separately Preview evaluation,in-class test,practice evaluation,homework evaluation Starting with many links,we can understand the whole learning situation of students and trainees in real time and dynamically,and understand the degree of mastery of medical skills between students and trainees,so as to put forward comprehensive teaching evaluation,put forward more targeted learning suggestions for students,and promote students to achieve self-growth.
In order to construct the "internet+education" mode and improve the training level of medical technology,the staff should optimize and design the teaching process of "internet+education" mode,adjust the classroom teaching framework,and promote the medical technology training to better meet the needs of students and trainees for learning and development.Staff can introduce "wisdom classroom management platform",connect students with the mobile device terminals of the trained personnel,such as:mobile phone,notebook computer,tablet computer,etc.,push the technical training materials and video to the students at any time,urge the students to understand the contents of the class before the beginning of the medical technology training course,do the preview work well,and use the mobile terminal to communicate and discuss with other students,trainees and teachers on the platform to solve the problem effectively [7].In the process of medical technology training,the teacher can push the case to the student's mobile terminal,let the student analyze according to the case,carry on the online treatment of the "patient" in the case in the page of the mobile terminal,click on the treatment method and get the treatment effect,improve the authenticity of the medical technology training,and promote the students to master the treatment effect obtained by each step of the treatment behavior,so as to improve the practical ability of the students and the trained personnel.
In order to construct the "internet+education" mode,we should also construct the teaching system of the information platform,integrate the above "platform" function into it,form the "cloud platform+client" structure,take the "cloud platform" as the teaching training center,introduce a large number of different software such as "wisdom teaching" and "wisdom classroom management" to realize the good interaction between teachers and students in the process of medical technology training.In addition,the platform teaching system should also have a wealth of medical training technology teaching resources,through the way of cloud storage to reserve a wealth of medical technology resources,students can download materials according to their own needs,online access; students can also use computer equipment and mobile phones to achieve interactive communication between electronic whiteboard and teachers,online transmission of homework to teachers,easy for teachers to guide,so as to improve the level of medical technology training [8].
In a word,in order to further improve the level of medical technology training and provide more accurate and advanced medical technology training for medical college students,medical researchers and medical service personnel,it is necessary to introduce a variety of different technical forms and construct a teaching and training model of "Internet+education" in the light of the current Internet technology and its development trend.Compared with the traditional training mode of medical technology,the "internet+education" model has the characteristics of rich resources,strong practicality and comprehensive evaluation.The staff should grasp the characteristics of "internet+education ",optimize the design of teaching process,construct the teaching system of information platform,and provide a good exercise environment for students and medical personnel.
