I love technology （科技）. When theres a new kind of tablet computer or a new smartphone（智能手機(jī)） in the shops， I have to buy it. A lot of people my age dont do that. Im 76. I never throw them away （將他們?nèi)拥簦?but I keep them in my home. I even keep（保留） the old ones that I dont use. I only use one mobile， one tablet and one desktop computer. I use them a lot - I download （下載） films and music and I use social networking sites a lot. Its a good way to keep in touch （保持聯(lián)絡(luò)） with old friends. And its helping me to make a lot of new friends， too.

I live in Toronto， but my son and his kids live in New Zealand. I go there or they come to visit（看望） me every year. But we speak most days—video chat（視頻聊天） helps us to stay in touch. I like walking！ My sons and my grandchilren always saying，“Come on， you have to get a computer， you have to get a mobile（移動(dòng)電話(huà)）—then you can do video chat！” Well， I dont want to use mobiles and computers and smartphones and the Internet！ Im happy as I am.
