寫作指導(dǎo)

申請(qǐng)信是個(gè)人或集體向組織、機(jī)關(guān)、企、事業(yè)單位或社會(huì)團(tuán)體表述愿望、提出請(qǐng)求時(shí)使用的一種文書表達(dá)形式。申請(qǐng)信的使用范圍廣泛，也是一種專用書信，它同一般書信一樣，也是表情達(dá)意的工具。

申請(qǐng)信通常包括三部分內(nèi)容：

1. 介紹自己，簡(jiǎn)要說明信息來源，并提出申請(qǐng);

2. 突出自己特點(diǎn)，具體、詳細(xì)地說明勝任理由;

3. 請(qǐng)求給予機(jī)會(huì)，期望盡快回復(fù)。

作文實(shí)例

假定你是李陽，從互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上得知China Daily將在西安（Xian）舉辦冬令營(yíng)，并且還邀請(qǐng)了十個(gè)留學(xué)生作為導(dǎo)師，歡迎全國(guó)各地學(xué)生參加。請(qǐng)寫一封電子郵件申請(qǐng)參加。

內(nèi)容主要包括：? 1. 自我介紹（包括英語能力）

2. 參加意圖（介紹中國(guó)、了解其他國(guó)家等）

3. 希望獲得本次活動(dòng)的參與資格。

注意： 1. 詞數(shù)70左右;

2. 可以適當(dāng)增加細(xì)節(jié)，以使行文連貫;

3. 郵件開頭和結(jié)尾已寫好。
