8月13至16日，上海合作組織副秘書長卓農(nóng)率團(tuán)來渝訪問。14日，市政府副市長李波會(huì)見卓農(nóng)一行。市政府外辦黨組書記、主任章勇武及市級有關(guān)部門負(fù)責(zé)人陪同出席有關(guān)活動(dòng)。代表團(tuán)一行考察了兩江新區(qū)。

李波說，重慶高度重視與上合組織國家的友好交往，雙方經(jīng)濟(jì)文化交流非?；钴S。希望繼續(xù)夯實(shí)與上合組織國家在經(jīng)貿(mào)、物流、教育、文旅、地方友好等領(lǐng)域的友好合作。支持在重慶兩江新區(qū)建立上合組織多功能合作平臺(tái)，以中國國際智能產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽會(huì)和中國西部（重慶）科學(xué)城建設(shè)等為平臺(tái)，共同推動(dòng)重慶與上合組織國家在創(chuàng)新科技、數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)、高技術(shù)人才培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)等領(lǐng)域合作，實(shí)現(xiàn)共同發(fā)展。

卓農(nóng)表示，新冠肺炎疫情暴發(fā)后，重慶市與上合組織秘書處、上合組織實(shí)業(yè)家委員會(huì)、上合組織有關(guān)國家和地方政府守望相助，緊急提供了大量抗疫物資支持，無私分享抗疫經(jīng)驗(yàn)等，用實(shí)際行動(dòng)踐行“上海精神”，充分體現(xiàn)了重慶與上合國家人民同舟共濟(jì)的深厚情誼，受到各方高度評價(jià)和贊譽(yù)，疫后合作將更加緊密。

From August 13 to 16， Sherali Jononov， Vice Secretary-General of SCO led a delegation to visit Chongqing. On August 14， Li Bo， Deputy Mayor of Chongqing Municipal Government met with the delegation led by Vice Secretary-General Jononov. Zhang Yongwu， Secretary of Party Leadership Group and Director General of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government and responsible persons of related municipal departments attended related activities. The delegation visited Liangjiang New Area.

Li Bo said， Chongqing attaches great importance to the friendly exchanges with SCO countries， and both parties see very active economic and cultural exchanges. He hoped to continue to strengthen the friendly cooperation with SCO countries in fields like economy and trade， logistics， education， culture & tourism， and local friendship. He supported to set up a multi-functional cooperation platform of SCO in Liangjiang New Area， Chongqing. With Smart China Expo and West China （Chongqing） Science City as platforms， he aspired to jointly promote the cooperation between Chongqing and SCO countries in fields such as innovative technology， digital economy， high-tech talent cultivation and training， and realize shared development.

Vice Secretary-General Jononov said that after the outbreak of COVID-19， Chongqing cooperated with SCO Secretariat， SCO Business Commission and related countries and local governments of SCO to provide a great number of anti-epidemic supplies， share anti-epidemic experience selflessly， and fully practice "Shanghai Spirit" with concrete actions， showing the deep friendship with people of SCO countries and winning acknowledgement and acclaim of various parties. The post-epidemic cooperation amongst different parties would be even closer.
