8月2日，國務院下發(fā)《關于同意全面深化服務貿易創(chuàng)新發(fā)展試點的批復》，同意在北京、天津、上海、重慶（21個區(qū)縣）、海南、大連、廈門、青島、深圳、石家莊、長春、哈爾濱、南京、蘇州、杭州、合肥、濟南、威海、武漢、廣州、成都、貴陽、昆明、西安、烏魯木齊和河北雄安新區(qū)、貴州貴安新區(qū)、陜西西咸新區(qū)等28個省、市（區(qū)域）全面深化服務貿易創(chuàng)新發(fā)展試點。試點期限為3年。

On August 2， the State Council issued the Approval on Agreeing to Comprehensively Deepen the Pilot Program of Innovative Development of Service Trade， agreeing to set up pilot programs of comprehensively deepening the innovative development of service trade in 28 provinces， cities （regions） including Beijing， Tianjin， Shanghai， Chongqing （21 districts and counties）， Hainan， Dalian， Xiamen， Qingdao， Shenzhen， Shijiazhuang， Changchun， Harbin， Nanjing， Suzhou， Hangzhou， Hefei， Jinan， Weihai， Wuhan， Guangzhou， Chengdu， Guiyang， Kunming， Xi'an， Urumqi， Hebei Xiong'an New Area， the New Area between Guiyang and Anshun， Shaanxi Xixian New Area， etc. The period of the pilot program is three years.
