        Giant Pandas

Giant pandas have no requirements for where to sleep. As long as they are sleepy, they fall asleep anytime, anywhere.

Pandas can sleep in many different places, ranging from the trees to the forest floor. Pandas spend a large part of their day, approximately 10 to 15 hours, looking for food and then spend the rest of their day resting or sleeping.

        Birds鳥

Birds that accidentally fly into a window will often hit the glass. But sometimes they dont want to fly out, but just dislike the reflection of their own.

When a bird, searching for a nesting site, accidentally sees its image in a reflective surface on its territory, it mistakes it for a rival and tries to drive the “interloper” away.

        Cats 貓

Cats can actually distinguish the voices of various people. So if they ignore you, purely because of “I dont care”!

If youve ever asked yourself, “Does my cat know me?” You can rest assured: your cat knows you. In fact, she may even know you better than you know yourself. Its more likely that cats recognize us in other ways, like scent, touch, and sound. A 2013 study by scientists at the University of Tokyo found that cats can tell recordings of their owners voices apart from strangers voices.

        Dolphins海豚

In fact, the teeth of dolphins are not for chewing; they are born for fighting. But most of the time, dolphins impress us with cuteness and mildness.

Although all dolphins are equipped with teeth, not all species use their teeth for eating prey or tearing flesh.

Depending on the dolphins species, some dolphins (such as the killer whale) will use their teeth to rip apart the flesh of their prey in order to kill it and make it easier to consume while species (such as the bottlenose dolphin) only use their teeth to grip their prey but will consuming their food whole.

        Blue Whales

Whales produce crying sounds or sad whale songs when they feel sad, alone or upset, which allows other whales and marine mammals to know how they feel and gives them the ability to express their emotions whether they are alone or around other whales.

Whales can often be seen or heard crying or moaning when they have recently lost a loved one or when they feel alone and havent found a friend or partner to connect with. In fact, some whales such as the blue whale can produce deep vocal sounds which are so loud that they can be heard from miles away.

        Ducks

About ten minutes after a duckling was born, it treats everything it sees with its eyes open as its mother.

Whats amazing is that researchers have discovered that young birds imprint themselves to the first moving thing they set their eyes on—even if they are inanimate objects.

The downside of “imprinting” is that young animals have a hard time detaching themselves from their “adopted mother”. That means that they are often unable to return to the wild or socialize with their own species.

        Elephants大象

Elephants make a lot of sounds, and interestingly, most of them are inaudible to the human ear.

The human ear can hear many elephant sounds, but an intriguing fact is that some of their vocalizations are infrasonic, and thus are inaudible to humans. Sounds are generally considered infrasonic if their frequency is less than 20Hz (the lower limit of human hearing).

        Giraffes

When a baby giraffe is born, it experiences a challenge: its life begins when it falls off over 5 feet (about 1.5 meters) from the ground.

Giraffe mothers are pregnant for 15 months, giving the embryo time to develop to such a large size, and when ready to come out, the baby comes front feet first, with the neck and head stretched out over the front knees in a sort of “superman” position.

This comes in handy because a mother giraffe gives birth in a standing position, which means the newborn comes into the world falling from a height of over 5 feet.
