We all have dreams. My dream is to be a gourmet（美食家）. Why？Because I like delicious food and I enjoy cooking. I can cook many kindsof Chinese dishes with the help of my parents.

It is aboutsome Chinese people opening Chinese restaurants in foreign countries.Many foreigners （外國人 ） taste Chinese food and come to understandChinese food culture. When I see foreigners eating Chinese foodsatisfiedly （滿意地）， I a very proud. I want to introduce （介紹 ）

But how to be a good gourmet？ First， I must learn a lot aboutChinese food from cooks， cookbooks，magazines and the Internet. Then， Ineed to put what I' ve learnt into practice （實(shí)踐 ）. Finally， I should learnEnglish well to communicate（交流 ）. I wish ruy dream will come true.
