摘? 要: 傳統(tǒng)高校教育信息化效益評(píng)估模型的數(shù)據(jù)處理量少,因此構(gòu)建一個(gè)云模型數(shù)據(jù)挖掘算法的高校教育信息化效益評(píng)估模型。建立評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系,融合全局評(píng)估視角,得到了評(píng)估指標(biāo)的三維結(jié)構(gòu),通過(guò)計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)的后挖掘概率計(jì)算出判決準(zhǔn)則,利用該準(zhǔn)則對(duì)評(píng)估體系中的各個(gè)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行評(píng)分,最后計(jì)算原始的指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)矩陣,確定指標(biāo)隸屬度向量,完成教育信息化效益的評(píng)估流程。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,設(shè)計(jì)的評(píng)估模型在完成評(píng)估時(shí)的數(shù)據(jù)處理量比傳統(tǒng)模型高出51%,說(shuō)明設(shè)計(jì)的評(píng)估模型在處理海量數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)的性能比傳統(tǒng)模型更加優(yōu)越。

Construction of university education informatization benefit evaluation model
using cloud model data mining algorithm

Abstract: The traditional informatization benefit evaluation model for university education has a poor data processing capacity, so a university education informatization benefit evaluation model using cloud model data mining algorithm is constructed. An evaluation indicator system is set up and a global evaluation perspective is fused with it to get a 3D structure of evaluation indicator. By calculating the post?mining probability of the data, the judgment criterion is worked out, which is used to score each indicator in the evaluation system. Then, the original indicator data matrix is calculated to determine the indicator membership vector and complete the evaluation process of educational informatization benefit. The experimental results show that the data processing capacity of the designed evaluation model is 51% higher than that of the traditional model in the whole evaluation, which indicates that the performance of the model when processing the massive data is better than that of the traditional model.

1? 云模型數(shù)據(jù)挖掘算法的高校教育信息化效益評(píng)估模型的構(gòu)建
云模型是一種處理定性概念與定量描述的不確定轉(zhuǎn)換模型[3],將云模型應(yīng)用在數(shù)據(jù)挖掘中,能夠分解海量數(shù)據(jù)。在高校信息化效益的評(píng)估過(guò)程中,涉及到大量的信息化效益數(shù)據(jù),教育信息化效益可以劃分為三大類(lèi):教育效益、組織效益和外部效益[4],其詳細(xì)示例如表1所示。
