永登路商務(wù)廣場位于上海桃浦工業(yè)園區(qū)永登路、景泰路轉(zhuǎn)角。總建筑面積近40000m2,它整合了商務(wù)、商業(yè)和總部經(jīng)濟(jì)等功能,是典型的工業(yè)用地上具2.5產(chǎn)業(yè)特征的新建項(xiàng)目。7棟獨(dú)立且功能關(guān)聯(lián)的建筑(3-12層不等)呈開放式布局;建筑空間標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化且具適應(yīng)性;群體形態(tài)呈連續(xù)性和矛盾性編排,變化的視覺移動(dòng)形成獨(dú)特場景圖像。上海桃浦工業(yè)園區(qū)是具有40多年歷史的傳統(tǒng)老工業(yè)基地。90年代末起,傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)逐漸衰退,進(jìn)入新千年后,更進(jìn)入傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)停并轉(zhuǎn)的陣痛階段。隨著上海中心版圖迅猛擴(kuò)張,這一近郊的工業(yè)園區(qū)迅速納入中心城區(qū)的版圖,進(jìn)而使求“變”(無論是產(chǎn)業(yè)、社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、城市空間等多重秩序),這一對(duì)新秩序的渴求愈發(fā)強(qiáng)烈。設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐試圖以掙扎的詩性:間斷連續(xù)的幾何狀態(tài)去展示這一城市更新中痛苦和重生的矛盾狀態(tài)。這一蒙太奇的詩性描述就是格式塔心理學(xué)所稱之為的“同型性”,即將形式的結(jié)構(gòu)或構(gòu)成(多義性)與形式所呈現(xiàn)的意義(暗示更新中的復(fù)雜性和掙扎心態(tài))的結(jié)構(gòu)達(dá)到一致。這一實(shí)踐活動(dòng)所建立的內(nèi)容、空間和場景的全新邏輯關(guān)系,意圖干預(yù)既有城市肌理,努力實(shí)現(xiàn)漸進(jìn)、自省、復(fù)雜而精致的產(chǎn)業(yè)地段更新。
This plaza is located at the corner of Yongdeng Rd. & Jingtai Rd. in Taopu ludustrial Park, Shanghai. The gross built area is about 40000sqm. It combines business offces, retails and headquarters. It is a typically new project with features of 2.5 industrial. Seven independent buildings with 3 to12 floors and related uses display an open master-layout, a series of multipurpose standard interior spaces and group blocks of continuity but contradiction. The movement of visual changes creates unique pictorial scenarios.
The Taopu Industrial District is a traditionally 40 year-old industrial district. The traditional industrials have been declined since 1990’s. And they have been eliminated and transformed while in 2000’s in particular. Along with the central city sprawling cross over, the existing orders of industries,social, economy and urban spaces have been confronted with deep suffering and reconstructing.“Change”, the aspiration to new order, is being intensely. The project is ambitious to revel these contradictions by a series of disconnected continuities, the special geometrical-grammars implied as a struggling poem. This poetic montage which is called “similarity of form” by Gestalt psychology is an agreement between structure of form (ambiguity) and structure of meaning (implication). This new logical relationship built by those contents, spaces and sceneries attempts to intervene the existing urban fabric. It is also eager to drive the urban renewal of industrial blocks gradually, selfconsciously, complexly and exquisitely.
