對(duì)于比利時(shí)人大衛(wèi)來說，發(fā)現(xiàn)身邊的“小美好”比什么都開心，比如一棵樹，一個(gè)人，一座橋……夏天的時(shí)候，他經(jīng)常凌晨4點(diǎn)多起來，去錢塘江邊拍四橋的日出。

大衛(wèi)·蘭伯特，38歲的比利時(shí)人，來杭州生活已有半年。半年時(shí)間里，他給杭州拍了5000多張照片。雷峰塔、集賢亭、梵天寺、虎玉路、云棲竹徑……還有不少杭州人的市井生活，都留在了大衛(wèi)的相冊(cè)里。

在大衛(wèi)眼里，杭州是個(gè)寧?kù)o的宜居城市。早起出去遛個(gè)彎，拍個(gè)照，再給老婆孩子帶個(gè)早餐回來，對(duì)他來說，是件特別幸福的事情。

發(fā)現(xiàn)身邊的小美好

“我離開比利時(shí)，就是為了看看歐洲以外的世界?！苯Y(jié)果，2005年，大衛(wèi)來到中國(guó)后，就愛上了這個(gè)國(guó)度，從此在中國(guó)工作、生活，“我在中國(guó)的這些年，基本上每?jī)赡瓴呕匾淮伪壤麜r(shí)，也就是在假期的時(shí)候，回去看看自己的家人?！比ツ辏ň雍贾?，目前是杭州某外籍人員子女學(xué)校的一名老師。

2007年前后，因?yàn)橐o所在的班級(jí)制作年鑒，大衛(wèi)開始學(xué)著拍照片。誰(shuí)知，拿起相機(jī)的他一發(fā)不可收拾，越拍越多，從此走上了攝影之路。

大衛(wèi)第一個(gè)任教的學(xué)校在成都。“成都是個(gè)中國(guó)味很濃的城市，我當(dāng)時(shí)就經(jīng)常跑到小街小巷里去拍當(dāng)?shù)厝耍热绱蚺频娜?，在街邊燒飯的人，等等。”到了杭州之后，他也一直在拍身邊的事物，“因?yàn)槲矣X得身邊就有很多美好的東西可以拍，也許就在你家門口?！?/p>

大衛(wèi)覺得照片里面有人，就會(huì)更加生動(dòng)，但是要拍到人，就需要等待，才能抓到最有情節(jié)的一瞬間。“比如在日落的時(shí)候，有一對(duì)情侶在江邊接吻，他們旁邊還有人牽著手走路，但是他們不會(huì)按照你的節(jié)奏來，你需要耐心等待那一刻的發(fā)生。我想拍到人們自然的一面，讓他們?yōu)楫嬅婕臃帧！?/p>

大衛(wèi)基本上每天都帶著相機(jī)，“萬(wàn)一身邊發(fā)生什么有趣的事情，我就可以馬上拍下來?！庇幸荒曛袊?guó)國(guó)慶節(jié)，他帶著家人去雷峰塔，結(jié)果排隊(duì)的人太多，所以后來改去了對(duì)面的凈慈寺，“從凈慈寺里的角度看雷峰塔真的是太奇妙了，就像有一個(gè)渾然天成的畫框一樣！”當(dāng)然，大衛(wèi)用相機(jī)記錄了那個(gè)畫面。

有意思的小丑創(chuàng)意照

有一陣，太陽(yáng)馬戲團(tuán)的小丑來杭州表演，大衛(wèi)拉著小丑在大資福廟前和鳳凰山腳路那一帶跟那邊的居民拍了很多有意思的照片，“比如街上騎三輪車的師傅，還跟一個(gè)睡著的大爺照了一張?！?/p>

這是大衛(wèi)自己的創(chuàng)意。在他看來，鳳凰山腳路一帶有很多老房子，一個(gè)歐美元素色彩濃重的小丑進(jìn)入到那么傳統(tǒng)的中國(guó)老城區(qū)，本身就是一種視覺沖突。大衛(wèi)讓小丑混入人群，去參與居民的活動(dòng)或者模仿他們的動(dòng)作，然后拍下戲劇性的一幕?！懊恳粡埗寄苤v一個(gè)故事?！贝笮l(wèi)至今提起仍津津樂道。

小丑系列中，有一張照片讓大衛(wèi)頗為得意，那是他在宋城路口那個(gè)公交車站拍的?！爱?dāng)時(shí)一個(gè)老大伯正在車站等車，他時(shí)不時(shí)會(huì)抬頭看站牌上的信息。我從取景器里看了一下畫面，發(fā)現(xiàn)老大伯在站牌的左邊，如果小丑在右邊做一個(gè)鏡像的模仿，會(huì)很有意思。”于是，他讓小丑的扮演者亞當(dāng)站到站牌的另一邊模仿老大伯的動(dòng)作，就在老大伯第二次抬頭看站牌的時(shí)候，他趕緊讓亞當(dāng)看站牌，然后馬上按下快門，就有了這樣一張有意思的照片。

大衛(wèi)10歲的女兒卡羅琳也受爸爸的影響，愛上了拍照片。大衛(wèi)把他前幾年用過的相機(jī)送給了女兒，希望她也可以享受攝影的樂趣。

“我要一直拍下去，去發(fā)現(xiàn)更美的杭州?！贝笮l(wèi)說。

38-year-old David Lambert has been in Hangzhou for half a year. Over the past six months， he has taken about 5，000 photos of Hangzhou， a city of natural beauty with the West Lake surrounded by mountains on three sides in the center of the city. This explains why the citys scenic highlights are among the 5，000 photos. In the eye of the Belgian， Hangzhou is a city of tranquility and peace， especially hospitable to people who want to enjoy life quietly. Now he is a teacher of an international school for children of the citys international community.

He took to photography in Chengdu， the capital of Sichuan Province in Chinas southwest， in 2007， two years after he came to China. He left Belgium in order to see the world. He taught in a school in Chengdu and wanted to make a year book for the class he was teaching. He picked up a camera and began to learn everything about photography. And he fell in love with the art of keeping the past and the present in photographic memory.

“Chengdu is a typical Chinese city. I took to streets and photographed local residents I saw， for example， a poker player or a person cooking by the street，” says the photographer.

Thats how David Lambert became a street photographer in China. As soon as he settled down in Hangzhou， he began roaming the city and taking photos. He photographs people and objects which he calls “l(fā)ittle beauties” such as a tree， a person， a bridge. In his first summer in Hangzhou， which was in 2019， he often got up at four in the morning to photograph the sunrise at the Fuxing Bridge， the fourth bridge that crosses the Qiantang River.

Lambert believes a street photo becomes vivid if there are people in it. To photograph the right people at the right time， he often needs to wait for a special moment. His patience has paid off. And he has taken many very good photos with people in it.

He has a camera with him wherever he goes in order not to miss anything interesting. On Chinas National Day in 2019， he took his family to visit the Thunder Peak Pagoda， a stories scenic sight on the West Lake in Hangzhou. There were too many tourists waiting to get into the scenic venue. So he changed his mind. They went to visit the Jingci Temple across the street. It was in the compound of the Buddhist temple that he looked at the pagoda and found an extremely fascinating viewpoint to photograph the pagoda. He clicked and took many photos.

A very dramatic series of photos David Lambert took in Hangzhou was created with the assistance of a clown of the Cirque Du Soleil， one of the most famous circuses in the world. The Canadian entertainment company presents regular shows in Hangzhou， one of the four cities across the world where the circus stages resident shows. Photos in this series were taken at a residential community at the foot of Phoenix Hill， which housed the Forbidden City of the Southern Song Dynasty （1127-1279）. Many of the lanes and houses there remain untouched by modernization. A clown in the European style looked out of place in the community and gave rise to many hilarious interactive moments.

Caroline， David Lamberts 10-year-old daughter， has picked up her fathers hobby. She now uses the camera her father used a few years back. David Lambert hopes she will enjoy the fun of taking photos and finding beautiful moments in everyday life.

“I will keep photographing Hangzhou and capturing more beautiful moments of the city，” says David Lambert.
