摘要:文章探討了醫(yī)院圖書館利用微信公眾號提供信息服務(wù)存在的問題,包括宣傳力度薄弱、微信公眾號管理員主動服務(wù)意識欠缺、微信公眾平臺功能開發(fā)不夠全面、與院內(nèi)讀者黏性較低等;要加強醫(yī)院圖書館微信公眾號服務(wù)宣傳、提供個性化服務(wù)、不斷增強館員素質(zhì)、提高服務(wù)水平、改善微信信息推送頻率及內(nèi)容品質(zhì)、注重微信公眾平臺的維護(hù)與運營,并且積極申請認(rèn)證,拓展高級服務(wù)模塊功能、加強微信信息交流互動兼顧各類學(xué)者需求,使醫(yī)院圖書館隨時調(diào)整并努力適應(yīng)全媒體時代潮流,積極創(chuàng)新,提升特色服務(wù)。

Present Situation and Countermeasures of Providing Information Service of Hospital Libraries Using WeChat Public Account

Abstract: This article discussed the existing problems of hospital libraries using WeChat public account to provide information services, including weak publicity, lack of active service consciousness of administrators of WeChat public account, lack of comprehensive function development of WeChat public platforms, and low stickiness with readers in hospital. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the promotion of WeChat public account services in hospital libraries, provide personalized services, continuously enhance the quality of librarians and improve service levels, improve the frequency and content quality of WeChat information push, and pay attention to the maintenance and operation of WeChat public platforms. In addition, WeChat public account should actively apply for certification, expand the advanced service module functions, strengthen WeChat information exchange and take into account the needs of various scholars, so that the hospital libraries at any time can adjust and work hard to adapt to the trend of the all-media era, actively innovate, and improve special services.

截止到2016年底,微信(WeChat)已經(jīng)覆蓋中國94%以上的智能手機(jī),月活躍用戶達(dá)到8.06億,用戶覆蓋200多個國家,超過20種語言,微信公眾號總數(shù)超過800萬個,微信已經(jīng)成為最熱門的信息傳播平臺和手機(jī)用戶的生活方式[1],發(fā)揮了越來越重要的信息溝通與交互作用。
目前,我國醫(yī)院圖書館利用微信公眾號開展服務(wù)還剛剛起步,本文以“微信”為關(guān)鍵詞,補充本次檢索的具體時間,對近5年(2015年至今)萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫和中國學(xué)術(shù)期刊網(wǎng)絡(luò)出版總庫(CNKI)全文數(shù)據(jù)庫中的期刊論文進(jìn)行精確檢索,所得中文期刊論文分別是26 156篇、11 768篇,繼續(xù)以“圖書館”為關(guān)鍵詞在第一步檢索結(jié)果中精確檢索,所得期刊論文分別是2 120篇、313篇;或以“醫(yī)學(xué)圖書館”為關(guān)鍵詞在第一步檢索結(jié)果中精確檢索,所得期刊論文分別是7篇、1篇;或以“醫(yī)院圖書館”為關(guān)鍵詞在第一步檢索結(jié)果中精確檢索,所得期刊論文分別是23篇、7篇??梢钥闯觯t(yī)院圖書館利用微信公眾號開展信息服務(wù)方面的研究還未引起重視,本文意在探討醫(yī)院圖書館利用微信公眾號提供信息服務(wù)存在的問題及改善對策。
