烏茲別克斯坦投資和外貿(mào)部第一副部長阿卜杜阿利耶夫訪渝

10月17日至18日，烏茲別克斯坦投資和外貿(mào)部第一副部長阿卜杜阿利耶夫率團訪渝。

18日，副市長李明清會見了阿卜杜阿利耶夫副部長一行。李明清說，重慶當前正遵照習近平主席的重要指示要求，立足西部大開發(fā)重要戰(zhàn)略支點、“一帶一路”和長江經(jīng)濟帶聯(lián)結(jié)點定位，加快建設(shè)內(nèi)陸開放高地和山清水秀美麗之地，努力推動高質(zhì)量發(fā)展、創(chuàng)造高品質(zhì)生活。在“一帶一路”建設(shè)和上合組織國家地方合作機制框架下，重慶與烏茲別克斯坦各領(lǐng)域交往日益密切。希望雙方共同促進投資、貿(mào)易、農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工、國際會展等產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域合作。

阿卜杜阿利耶夫表示，重慶人文底蘊深厚，營商環(huán)境優(yōu)良，經(jīng)濟充滿活力。烏茲別克斯坦目前已加大改革開放力度，尤其重視對華合作，為中國企業(yè)家投資營商創(chuàng)造了較好的政策環(huán)境。我們愿與重慶開展在貿(mào)易、投資、農(nóng)業(yè)等各領(lǐng)域合作，增進相互了解，加深彼此友誼，拓展合作領(lǐng)域，提升合作水平。

在渝期間，阿卜杜阿利耶夫副部長一行還訪問了重慶祥飛實業(yè)集團和重慶海特能源集團，就蠶桑產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈合作和新能源開發(fā)利用合作進行了務實磋商，達成諸多合作意向。

俄羅斯駐華使館代表團來渝訪問

今年是中俄建交70周年，也是中俄地方合作交流年，新時代中俄全面戰(zhàn)略協(xié)作伙伴關(guān)系深入發(fā)展。10月13至14日，俄羅斯駐華大使館公使銜參贊熱洛霍夫采夫一行6人來渝訪問，在鵝嶺公園蘇軍烈士墓舉行獻花儀式，以此紀念在抗日戰(zhàn)爭中犧牲的蘇聯(lián)援華飛行員。并與市政府外辦、市文化和旅游委、渝中區(qū)政府及相關(guān)部門工作交流。

唐文與美國新澤西貿(mào)易投資促進會中國代表處副會長周俠舉行工作座談

10月18日，市政府外辦副主任唐文與美國新澤西貿(mào)易投資促進會中國代表處副會長周俠舉行工作座談交流。唐文介紹了重慶的經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展情況和對美交流概況，并表示，重慶具有深厚的對美合作歷史文化淵源，希望與新澤西貿(mào)易投資促進會建立信息共享機制，推動重慶與美國在經(jīng)貿(mào)、教育、文化、醫(yī)療及友城等領(lǐng)域合作。周俠積極回應合作提議，并表示將用好新澤西貿(mào)易投資促進會的渠道和資源，為推動重慶與美國合作牽線搭橋，互惠互利。

新澤西貿(mào)易投資促進會是新澤西州非盈利非政府性質(zhì)的團體，是國際性的貿(mào)易與投資機構(gòu)，主要致力于通過公共部門與社會資本合作模式促進投資與貿(mào)易合作。美大處相關(guān)負責人陪同出席會談活動。

● 香港公務員代表團來渝考察交流

10月20日至26日，香港公務員代表團一行32人來渝訪問。21日，重慶市情交流會在重慶外事大樓舉行，市政府港澳辦副主任張婭茜擔任主持并介紹了渝港公務員交流情況。市發(fā)展改革委綜合處副處長袁韻鋒、市城管局科技信息處調(diào)研員林海等出席會議。

會上，代表團與市發(fā)展改革委、市城管局、市政府港澳辦等就渝港兩地經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展、“一帶一路”合作情況、智慧城市建設(shè)和未來兩地合作領(lǐng)域進行了深入交流，雙方表示，渝港兩地要繼續(xù)加強交流，相互學習，借鑒對方先進工作經(jīng)驗，進一步完善自身服務能力。

在渝期間，代表團實地考察魚復工業(yè)園區(qū)的新能源汽車和航空產(chǎn)業(yè)基地、果園港碼頭、仙桃數(shù)據(jù)谷、中法唐家沱污水處理廠和軌道公司等，還赴永川區(qū)參觀長城汽車永川生產(chǎn)基地、永川區(qū)博物館以及規(guī)劃館，游覽了兩江夜景和磁器口等，從歷史、文化旅游、城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)和創(chuàng)新發(fā)展等方面對重慶進行多維度了解。

“重慶城市建設(shè)的‘智能化’和市容的整潔讓人贊嘆，重慶的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展目標和定位清晰、全市上下緊緊圍繞著發(fā)展目標在各自領(lǐng)域努力奮進?！贝韴F成員表示，他們將把重慶的城市建設(shè)經(jīng)驗帶回香港，并希望與重慶在粵港澳大灣區(qū)建設(shè)發(fā)展中開展更多合作。

● 葡中世代友好聯(lián)合會主席拉馬略將軍一行來渝訪問

10月17日至19日，葡萄牙前陸軍參謀長、葡中世代友好聯(lián)合會主席拉馬略將軍一行來渝訪問。18日，市政府外辦二級巡視員、市對外友協(xié)副會長王廣成與代表團一行舉行座談。雙方簽訂了友好合作關(guān)系備忘錄，一致同意共同推動重慶市與葡萄牙在進出口貿(mào)易、文化旅游、語言教育、體育、高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)等領(lǐng)域的交流與合作。

在渝期間，代表團參觀了果園港中新（重慶）多式聯(lián)運基地核心區(qū)展示廳、重慶中國三峽博物館、重慶動物園、重慶市規(guī)劃展覽館等地。代表團成員均是首次訪問重慶，紛紛表示震撼于重慶城市的規(guī)模及發(fā)展速度，十分看好重慶市與葡萄牙的合作前景。

葡中世代友好聯(lián)合會成立于1991年6月，是葡最具影響力的對華友好組織之一，以加強中葡關(guān)系、增進兩國人民友誼為宗旨，聯(lián)合會成員多為葡各領(lǐng)域德高望重的知名人士，在葡有一定影響力。

● 澳門江門青年會代表團訪問重慶

10月9日至13日，為慶祝澳門回歸20周年，增進澳門青年對“一帶一路”倡議的認識和對重慶的了解，澳門江門青年會代表團一行35人來渝訪問，開展“一帶一路”生涯規(guī)劃交流之旅。

在渝期間，代表團實地考察了“一帶一路”重慶國際物流樞紐園區(qū)、紅巖革命紀念館、新能源汽車和航空產(chǎn)業(yè)基地、智能養(yǎng)老社區(qū)和軌道公司等，并參加了重慶與“一帶一路”專題講座，從理論結(jié)合實踐深入了解“一帶一路”倡議的重要意義。

通過參觀學習，代表團對重慶市作為內(nèi)陸開放高地在“一帶一路”的重要地位有了進一步的認識，對重慶豐富的歷史文化底蘊感受頗深，尤其是重慶齊全的產(chǎn)業(yè)門類、立體和便利的交通設(shè)施給澳門青年留下了深刻的印象。他們表示，以祖國發(fā)展強大為榮，愿意將在渝的見聞和體會分享給更多澳門同胞，此次參訪也為他們的未來事業(yè)規(guī)劃提供了更開闊的視野和有益的啟迪。

Abdualiev Alisher Khabibullaevich, the First Deputy Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan, led a delegation to visit Chongqing from October 17 to 18.

On October 18,, Vice Mayor Li Mingqing met with Deputy Minister Abdualiev and his delegation. Li Mingqing said, Chongqing is following President Xi Jinping's important instructions, based on the positioning of Chongqing as the important strategic fulcrum of the large-scale development program of western region, and as the juncture of the Belt and Road Initiative and Yangtze River Economic Belt, is speeding up our work to develop Chonggqing into the anchor of openingup in inland China and a beautiful land with lush mountains and lucid rivers, and striving to promote high-quality development and create high-quality life. Under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative and the local cooperation framework for SCO countries, Chongqing and Uzbekistan have expanded interactions in

various fields. It is hoped that the two sides will jointly promote

cooperation in investment, trade, agricultural technology, agricultural product processing, international conventions & exhibitions and other industries.

Abdualiev said, Chongqing has a profound cultural background, a sound business environment and a vibrant economy. Uzbekistan has stepped up its reform and opening-up efforts, in particular attaches special importance to cooperation with China and has created a good policy environment for Chinese entrepreneurs to invest and do business in Uzbekistan. We are willing to cooperate with Chongqing in trade, investment, agriculture and other fields to enhance mutual understanding, deepen mutual friendship, expand areas of cooperation and improve the level of cooperation.

During his stay in Chongqing, Deputy Minister Abdualiev and his delegation also visited Chongqing Sunfeel Industrial Group and Chongqing Hiter Environmental Protection, and held practical discussions with them about cooperation in sericulture industrial chain and in the development and utilization of new energy, reaching a number of intents of cooperation.

Russian Embassy Delegation Visits Chongqing

This year marks the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Russia and also the year of China-Russia local cooperation and exchange. In the new era, China-Russia all-round partnership of strategic coordination has grown in depth. From October 13 to 14, the Russian Embassy's Minister Counsellor Zhelokhovtsev and his delegation of 6 visited Chongqing and presented a wreath to in Tomb of Soviet Martyrs in Eling park to commemorate the Soviet pilots who came China to fight in the Anti-Japanese War and died. During the visit, they had meetings with Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government, Chongqing Culture and Tourism Commission, Yuzhong District Government and other relevant departments.

Tang Wen Meets with Zhou Xia, Vice President of the China Representative Office of Council for Trade and Investment Promotion

On the morning of October 18, Tang Wen, Deputy Director-General of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government, had a meeting with Zhou Xia, Vice President of China Representative Office of Council for Trade and Investment Promotion (CTIP). Tang Wen briefed Chongqing's economic and social development and its exchanges with the United States, and said, Chongqing has a deep historical and cultural foundation for cooperation with the United States and he hopes to establish an information sharing mechanism with CTIP to promote cooperation between Chongqing and the United States in fields of economy, trade, education, culture, medical care and friendship cities. Zhou Xia responded positively to these cooperation proposals and said that he would use the channels and resources of CPIT to facilitate cooperation between Chongqing and the United States for mutual benefit. CTIP is a non-profit and non-governmental organization committed to international trade and investments. Its primary focus is to promote trade and investment through Public Private Partnerships. Relevant representatives from the American and Oceania Division attended the meeting.

Hong Kong Civil Servant Delegation Visits Chongqing

A Hong Kong civil servant delegation of 32 members visited Chongqing from October 20 to 26. On October 21, the Chongqing Municipal Information Exchange Meeting was held at Chongqing Foreign Affairs Building. Zhang Yaxi, Deputy Director-General of Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government, presided over the meeting and briefed the exchanges of civil servants between Chongqing and Hong Kong. Yuan Yunfeng, Deputy Director of General Division of Chongqing Development and Reform Commission, Lin Hai, Consultant-Director of Technology and Information Division of Chongqing Urban Management and Law Enforcement, and others attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the delegation had in-depth exchanges with Chongqing Development and Reform Commission, Chongqing Urban Management and Law Enforcement Bureau and Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government about the economic and social development of Chongqing and Hong Kong, the Belt and Road cooperation, the development of smart city and areas of future cooperation between the two places. The two sides said, Chongqing and Hong Kong should continue to strengthen exchanges to learn from each other's good work experience so as to further improve each other’s capabilities of offering public service.

During their stay in Chongqing, the delegation paid site visits to the new energy automobile and aviation industrial bases in Yufu Industrial Park, the Guoyuan Port, Xiantao Data Valley, China-France Tangjiatuo Sewage Treatment Plant and Chongqing Rail Transit. They also traveled to Yongchuan and visited Yongchuan Great Wall automobile production base , Yongchuan Museum and Yongchuan Planning Gallery. Besides, they also toured the night views of Chongqing and Ciqikou ancient town. Through the visit, they were given a multifaceted understanding of Chongqing from different aspects of history, culture, tourism, urban infrastructure construction and innovative development.

"The' intelligence' of Chongqing's urban development and the level of the city’s tidiness are impressive. Chongqing's strategic development goals and positioning are clear. The whole municipality are working hard in respective fields by closely following the municipality’s development goals." Members of the delegation said, they will bring Chongqing's urban development experience back to Hong Kong, and hope to carry out more cooperation with Chongqing in the construction and development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

General Ramalho, President of Liga da Multissecular Amizade Portugal China, Visits Chongqing

General Ramalho, former Chief of Staff of Portuguese Army and President of Liga da Multissecular Amizade Portugal China, led a delegation to visit Chongqing from October 17 to 19. On October 18, Wang Guangcheng, Second-level Inspector of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government and Vice President of Chongqing People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, had a meeting with the delegation. The two sides signed a memorandum on friendly cooperation and agreed to jointly promote exchanges and cooperation between Chongqing and Portugal in the fields of import and export, culture, tourism, language training, sports and high-tech industries.

During their stay in Chongqing, the delegation visited the exhibition hall of the core area of Guoyuang Port China-Singapore (Chongqing) Multimodal Transport Base, Chongqing China Three Gorges Museum, Chongqing Zoo, Chongqing Planning Exhibition Gallery and other places. It’s the first time for all members of the delegation to visit Chongqing and they said, they are amazed by how big the city is and how fast it is developing, and they hold high expectations for the future of cooperation between Chongqing and Portugal.

Delegation from Macao Jiangmen Youth Association Visits Chongqing

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Macao's return to China and to deepen Macao youth's understanding of the Belt and Road Initiative and Chongqing, a 35-member delegation from the Jiangmen Youth Association of Macao visited Chongqing from October 9 to 13 and had a Belt and Road career planning trip.

During their stay in Chongqing, the delegation visited the Belt and Road Chongqing International Logistics Hub Park, Hongyan Revolution Memorial Hall, the industrial bases for new energy automobile and aviation, intelligent elderly care community and Chongqing Rail Transit. They also attended the lecture on Chongqing and the Belt and Road Initiative to gain in-depth understanding in the great significance of the Belt and Road Initiative from both theory and practice.

Through the visit and study, the delegation gained a further understanding of the important position of Chongqing, as the anchor of China’s inland opening-up, in the Belt and Road Initiative. They were impressed by Chongqing's rich historical and cultural heritage, and in particular, by Chongqing's complete industrial system, multi-dimensional and convenient transport facilities. They said, they are proud of the strength and development of the motherland and are willing to share their experiences in Chongqing with more Macao compatriots and through the visit, they’ve also gained a broader vision and insights for their future career planning.
