Overhead is blue sky and white clouds. Under feet is blue ripples. On both sides are ancient buildings. Here is Venice，the water city of Italy.

When we arrived in Venice，we met the annual carnival（狂歡節(jié)）. On the St. Mark’s Square，there were many local residents. They dressed in fancy clothes and laughed heartily.

The Gondola（貢多拉，威尼斯的一種水上交通工具） is also unique scenery of Venice. When you sit on Gondola，you would feel that time is passing by slowly. How pleasant it is to go through the river and enjoy the beautiful buildings. People on the bridge took us as the scene and we took them as the scene，too.

How lovely Venice is！
