2019的仲夏，紅火又熱烈。

當(dāng)幅員遼闊的中國大地進(jìn)入決勝脫貧攻堅(jiān)、沖刺全面小康的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，“減貧”也成為了世界的熱詞。

5月12日，在第四屆絲博會(huì)“一帶一路”減貧國際合作論壇上，柬埔寨、秘魯、哥斯達(dá)黎加等國的代表熱誠表示，“一帶一路”國際減貧將成為各國在新的歷史時(shí)期，實(shí)現(xiàn)有效減貧、互利共贏、共同發(fā)展的強(qiáng)大動(dòng)力。

5月31日，“比鄰共話——共建‘一帶一路’ 共促減貧合作”活動(dòng)舉行 ，東南亞執(zhí)政黨干部考察團(tuán)盛贊中國精準(zhǔn)脫貧理念與模式的先進(jìn)高效，希望與中國加強(qiáng)減貧合作，盡早實(shí)現(xiàn)脫貧目標(biāo)。

6月18日，世界銀行集團(tuán)發(fā)布研究報(bào)告稱，“一帶一路”倡議全面實(shí)施可使3200萬人擺脫日均生活費(fèi)低于3.2美元的中度貧困狀態(tài)，使全球貿(mào)易增加6.2%，沿線經(jīng)濟(jì)體貿(mào)易增加9.7%，全球收入增加2.9%……

貧困是困擾人類社會(huì)發(fā)展的世界性難題，而中國經(jīng)驗(yàn)為國際減貧提供了范本。

改革開放40年來，中國成功讓7億多人擺脫貧困，對(duì)世界減貧貢獻(xiàn)率超過70%，走出了一條中國特色的減貧道路。

當(dāng)“一帶一路”“朋友圈”越擴(kuò)越大，減貧成為沿線眾多國家可持續(xù)發(fā)展的共同目標(biāo)和追求。

在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施上，高效暢通的國際大通道不斷落地，亞吉、中老、中泰、匈塞鐵路成為拉動(dòng)貧困地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要助力。

在民心相通、人文交流、金融合作上，“一帶一路”倡議成為沿線國家共同發(fā)展的“助推器”。僅中國扶貧基金會(huì)在國際減貧項(xiàng)目中募集和投入減貧合作資金就達(dá)2300萬元，廣泛用于教育扶貧、健康扶貧等領(lǐng)域，受益民眾達(dá)45萬人次，惠及沿線國家和地區(qū)20多個(gè)……

“一帶一路”，以實(shí)實(shí)在在的成效為國際減貧、為民生福祉作出了貢獻(xiàn)，必將成為沿線人民共享的繁榮之路。

“Poverty reduction” has become a buzzword worldwide when China is entering the crucial stage of winning the battle of fighting against poverty and embarking on a road of moderate prosperity.

At the Fourth Silk Road Exposition Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation in Poverty Reduction on May 12， attendees from Cambodia， Peru， Costa Rica， and other countries said sincerely that Belt and Road international poverty reduction has become a powerful force for all countries in seeking effective poverty reduction， mutual benefits and win-win results， and common development in the new era.

On May 31， the “Neighborhood Dialog--Co-developing the Belt and Road for Better Poverty Reduction Cooperation” was launched. Official delegations of ruling parties from Southeast Asia highly praised China for its concept of targeted poverty reduction and advanced， effective model， and hoped to strengthen cooperation with China in this effort， so as to deliver poverty reduction targets at an earlier date.

In the research report released by World Bank Group on June 18， it was noted that the full implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative will help 32 million people get rid of medium poverty of per capita living expenses per day less than USD 3.2， grow global trade by 6.2%， trade of economies along the route by 9.7%， and global income by 2.9%.

Though poverty is a global concern that hinders social development， China’s experience can serve as a role model for international poverty reduction efforts.

During the 40 years of reform and opening up， China has enabled over 700 million to shake off poverty， contributing to more than 70% of world poverty reduction and carving out a path of poverty alleviation with Chinese characteristics.

As the “friend circle” of the Belt and Road gets expanded， poverty reduction has become the common goal and pursuit of countries along the route in seeking sustainable development.

In terms of infrastructure， smooth and efficient international passages have been built： Addis Ababa–Djibouti Railway， ChinaLaos Railway， China-Thailand Railway， and Hungary-Serbia Railway have greatly empowered economic development in poor regions.

When it comes to people-to-people bond， people-to-people exchange， and financial cooperation， the Initiative has become a“driver” for common development of countries along the route. China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation alone has raised and invested as much as RMB 23 million in international poverty reduction programs， which is used in poverty alleviation through education and health， benefiting 450，000 people in over 20 countries and regions along the route.

As the tangible benefits show， the Initiative has contributed to international poverty reduction and people’s livelihood， and is bound to serve as a road to prosperity for peoples along the route.
