斯蒂芬.平博理
斯蒂芬.平博理于1984年作為Gulbenkian學(xué)者身份畢業(yè)于倫敦皇家藝術(shù)學(xué)院。在求學(xué)期間,他已經(jīng)開始作為建筑師的設(shè)計實踐,在倫敦YRM事務(wù)所工作,并參與倫敦蓋特威克機(jī)場(Gatwick Airport)本航站樓設(shè)計項目,畢業(yè)后Stephen加入英國理查德·羅杰斯事務(wù)所(Richard Rogers&Partners)倫敦辦公室,并設(shè)計了1985年在英國皇家藝術(shù)學(xué)院舉辦的羅杰斯福斯特斯特靈展覽空間。
2000年他在亞洲設(shè)立事務(wù)所并負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計了新加坡克拉克碼頭項目,該項目也獲得多項國際大獎,包括Cityscape 2008 最佳濱水項目獎。2009年他與之前的同事一起創(chuàng)立了SPARK思邦建筑。Stephen Pimbley斯蒂芬.平博理是北京來福士廣場,寧波來福士廣場的主導(dǎo)設(shè)計董事,并同時參與上海港國際客運(yùn)中心的設(shè)計,該項目在2011年榮獲MIPIM亞洲最佳綜合項目大獎。
林雯慧
林雯慧女士是SPARK思邦的合伙人,13年來為思邦主持設(shè)計了多個國際級的重要作品。她的設(shè)計視野非常開闊,擅長復(fù)雜的總體規(guī)劃、城市設(shè)計和建筑創(chuàng)作。
林雯慧女士的設(shè)計作品不斷贏得國際聲譽(yù),包括獲得阿卡漢建筑獎提名的曼谷Fai-Fah學(xué)習(xí)中心、獲得德國設(shè)計協(xié)會年度最佳建筑師獎的吉隆坡升喜廊商業(yè)中心、及最近在中國深圳建成、被多家雜志報道的蛇口匯港綜合體項目。這類復(fù)雜的開發(fā)項目往往由多個業(yè)主構(gòu)成,林雯慧帶領(lǐng)思邦團(tuán)隊的顧問協(xié)調(diào)成為推進(jìn)項目設(shè)計創(chuàng)意進(jìn)展的至關(guān)要素。
林雯慧女士在2016年獲得“時代偉大女性設(shè)計與風(fēng)格大獎”,并被新加坡 Women's Weekly 雜志評選為最有影響力的當(dāng)代職業(yè)女性之一。2017年,她先后受邀在布里斯班舉辦的亞太建筑研討會和昆士蘭大學(xué)發(fā)表演講。2018年起,林雯慧還擔(dān)任亞洲國際地產(chǎn)大獎的評委會主席。

Our celebrated designs emerge from a detailed analysis of context, brief, and typology. We work synergistically, fostering our numerous perspectives on culture and varied professional experience to achieve rich, integrated design solutions that consider the impact on all project stakeholders.From our three offices - in London, Shanghai, and Singapore - we have created and delivered projects in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India, and Australia.Each one has its own unique spark and manifests our desire to tackle and deliver on challenges that reflect the key global imperative of attaining a sustainable,lifeimproving environment for all.
Stephen Pimbley
Stephen Pimbley graduated from the Royal College of Art London in 1984, where he was a Gulbenkian scholar. He began his undergraduate professional career at YRM in London, working on the North Terminal of Gatwick Airport. Upon graduating, he worked at the London office of Richard Rogers and Partners, designing the project installations for the Rogers room of the Rogers Foster Stirling exhibition at the Royal Academy in 1985.
In 2000, Stephen set up the Asia studios and designed the Clarke Quay Redevelopment, Singapore, winner of Cityscape Asia Best Waterfront development in 2008. In 2009, along with former colleagues - Stephen established Spark. He was responsible for the design of Raffles City Beijing, winner of Best Future Mixed Use project at the Cityscape Asia Awards 2008 and Raffles City Ningbo, Best developer Mixed Use award at the Cityscape China Review Awards 2008.
Stephen was also involved in the design of Shanghai International Cruise Terminal,Winner of MIPIM Asia's Best Mixed Use development Award 2011.
Wenhui Lim
Wenhui Lim is a partner of SPARK having worked with the studio for over 13 years.She has worked on most of the major national and international portfolio projects undertaken by the studio.
She has extensive experience in the design and management of complex urban developments, master planning and architecture.
Wenhui was a winner of the Singapore Women's Weekly Great Women of our Time Award Design & Style category 2016 focussed on “high achieving working women who are inspiring game changers making an impact in the city.”
Wenhui has been an invited guest speaker at several international events most recently at the University of Queensland and at the Asia Paci fic Architecture forum in Brisbane.
Wenhui is currently chairperson of the Singapore judging panel of the Asia Property Awards.
