當(dāng)代中國(guó)的快速城市化使得大量人口涌入城市,而學(xué)校等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)則大幅度滯后于住宅的開(kāi)發(fā),孩子們教育問(wèn)題正在成為當(dāng)前明顯的社會(huì)矛盾點(diǎn)。另一方面,高層高密度的住宅形態(tài)正在永久改變中國(guó)城市的傳統(tǒng)居住面貌和公共空間形態(tài)。我們的項(xiàng)目所在地也正經(jīng)歷著這一人文和物理雙重層面的巨變。在這個(gè)社區(qū)中,周邊大批量的高層住宅帶來(lái)了巨大的人口流量,但周?chē)鷮W(xué)校極為匱乏,之前最近的學(xué)校也在3公里之外。這些學(xué)齡孩子們的家長(zhǎng)與當(dāng)?shù)卣谧优慕逃龣?quán)問(wèn)題上有著長(zhǎng)期的抗?fàn)?。而?dāng)這所造價(jià)成本非常有限的學(xué)校建設(shè)完成后,這一社區(qū)居民與當(dāng)?shù)亟逃鞴軝C(jī)構(gòu)的緊張關(guān)系忽然消失了。學(xué)校呈現(xiàn)出來(lái)的空間、建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和我們的設(shè)計(jì)理念得到了附近居民和當(dāng)?shù)卣囊恢抡J(rèn)可,政府甚至在此引入了一所在整個(gè)城市具有良好聲譽(yù)的私立教育管理機(jī)構(gòu),來(lái)向公眾提供更為優(yōu)質(zhì)的公共教育。這個(gè)結(jié)果使得我們開(kāi)始反思整件事情的始末,并意識(shí)到設(shè)計(jì)和建筑對(duì)于社群關(guān)系的重要性。在我們的設(shè)計(jì)理念之中,學(xué)校不僅僅是提供孩子們基礎(chǔ)教育的場(chǎng)所,還應(yīng)當(dāng)成為社區(qū)與學(xué)校的關(guān)系紐帶、一種公共記憶的培養(yǎng)皿、一種城市形態(tài)的活化節(jié)點(diǎn)。經(jīng)過(guò)巧妙的設(shè)計(jì),有限的成本同樣能產(chǎn)生高品質(zhì)的、富有趣味的公共空間。
The construction of infrastructure like school is behind of residence. The education of children has become a major social contradiction currently. On the other hand,the form of high-rise buildings and high density house has permanently changed the form of the traditional residence appearance and public space. The location studied in the project has experienced the radical changes between humanity and physical layers.A mass of high-rise buildings bring a large number of people in this community, while schools nearby are rarely and the nearest school is 3 miles away. The parents of the children of school age have a long struggle with the local government on the question of right of education.The result makes us rethink the course of the event, and makes us realize that the importance of the design and architecture for social relationship. Our design philosophy is that the school is not only a place providing basic education but also a link between community and school, a kind of petri dish recording public memory, a node of urban form. Through delicate design, the limited cost also makes a high quality and interesting public space.
