本設(shè)計(jì)試圖探索胡同里新的公共空間模式。

創(chuàng)造場(chǎng)地與白塔寺的新的聯(lián)系

這是一個(gè)位于白塔寺附近胡同中的民宿小院兒，基地位于妙應(yīng)寺白塔的正東方向，站在其中向西望去，白塔清晰可見(jiàn)。設(shè)計(jì)根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的軸線關(guān)系，利用兩片深色的鋼板墻，營(yíng)造了一個(gè)“視覺(jué)通廊”，將場(chǎng)地與白塔相連，來(lái)創(chuàng)造場(chǎng)地與白塔間新的聯(lián)系。向白塔延伸的這兩片墻面不僅為人們提供視覺(jué)上的引導(dǎo)，形成一幅天然畫(huà)框，同時(shí)上面大大小小的洞口也豐富了人們?cè)谄渲械男袨榉绞健?/p>

場(chǎng)地引入了胡同而成為城市空間的一部分

為了更完好地保留別具一格的胡同肌理，設(shè)計(jì)試圖將胡同街巷引入到場(chǎng)地內(nèi)部。大門(mén)平日開(kāi)啟，場(chǎng)地院落則變?yōu)槌鞘锌臻g的一部分，融入進(jìn)周邊環(huán)境中。無(wú)論是游客或胡同居民，都可以自然地行走其中，亦或是坐下來(lái)喝杯茶。當(dāng)需要私密性的院落空間時(shí)，又可將大門(mén)關(guān)閉，滿足民宿的部分經(jīng)營(yíng)與使用。

The design attempts to explore a new model of public space of the hutong.

Creating a new connection between the site and Baitasi

It is a small residential courtyard in the alley near the Baitasi located in the very east of the white pagoda (Baita) in Miaoyingsi. Looking westward in it, the Baitasi is clearly visible. Via the existing axis and the wall made of two steel sheets, a "visual corridor" is created connecting the site with the Baitasi to form a new linkage between the site and the Baitasi. The wall of made of two steel sheets extending to the Baitasi not only provides guidance of vision for people, but also construct a natural picture frame. Meanwhile, the large and small holes in it also enrich people's behaviours inside.

The site incorporated into hutong becomes part of the urban space

In order to preserve well the unique texture of the hutong, the design attempts to lead the alleys into the interior of the site. The gate opens on weekdays, and the courtyard becomes a part of the urban space integrated with the surrounding.Whether tourists or the hutong residents can walk naturally or sit down for a cup of tea there. When private courtyard space is needed, the gate can be closed to satisfy the operation and use of residential quarters.

評(píng)論

青鋒: 兩種不同的視線交融在兩片深色鋼板墻之間。建筑師試圖打破以往胡同因?yàn)楠M窄與封閉所帶來(lái)的對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)的限制。在縱向上，平行的墻體強(qiáng)化了白塔的儀式感，在橫向上，設(shè)計(jì)者希望人們能夠穿透墻體，窺視到院落的內(nèi)部。鋼板墻的置入更像是一件裝置藝術(shù)作品，因?yàn)槿藗儾⒉惶_定這些獨(dú)立鋼板的意圖，它們與原有胡同的肌理存在很大的反差。在某種程度上，鋼板的深沉與冷峻與我們?nèi)粘ＫJ(rèn)識(shí)的胡同的親切與豐富還是存在沖突的?；蛟S，這兩面墻可以更多一些活力，將能夠更好地融入白塔寺的生活場(chǎng)景之中。

范路：在望塔·窺院改造項(xiàng)目中，一條通向并望向白塔的步行道是主要設(shè)計(jì)特色。步道兩邊采用深色的鋼板墻，為傳統(tǒng)胡同帶來(lái)一段充滿現(xiàn)代感的空間，并以質(zhì)感對(duì)比強(qiáng)化出“視覺(jué)通廊”。此外，鋼板墻上開(kāi)有大小不一的洞口，將胡同街巷空間引入場(chǎng)地，將原有內(nèi)向私密的院落激活，帶來(lái)多層次的公共開(kāi)放空間。

Comments

QING Feng: There are two sight lines converging between these two dark steel walls. The architect tries to break through the limitations of hutong due to its narrowness and closure. On its longitudinal axis, parallel walls emphasise the ceremonial feeling of Baita, while on its transverse axis, the designer encourages people to penetrate the walls and peek into the interior of the courtyard. The steel plate wall is more like an installation art work because of the unclear intention of the placement of these independent steel plates-they are in great contrast to the existing texture of hutong. To some extent,the depth and coldness of steel plates conflict with the intimacy and richness of hutongs we know everyday.Perhaps these two walls could have been more dynamic and thus would have better integrated into the scene of Baitasi.(Translated by PANG Lingbo)

FAN Lu: In the renovation project of The Wall -Artist's Atelier in Baitasi Hutong, the design features a footpath to the direction of Baitasi in distance. The two sidewalls of the footpath are cladded with dark steel panels, which brings about a sense of modernity in traditional community area and emphasises the vista towards Baita by material contrast. Furthermore,window holes of different sizes are set on sidewalls which enables the spatial interaction between the footpath and courtyards behind.
