和朋友一塊去紐約免稅店購(gòu)物，她看上了一個(gè)Gucci包包，高端大氣，非常漂亮。她在想要是拿到國(guó)內(nèi)就可以到公司顯擺啦。關(guān)鍵是，打折厲害。標(biāo)簽價(jià)格是30%off!三折的優(yōu)惠，到手只要6，000多！那可真是太劃算了。這款包包在國(guó)內(nèi)可是要3萬(wàn)多哦。她拿了包包開(kāi)心地去付款，結(jié)果……

售貨員很溫柔地對(duì)她說(shuō)，“Miss,your total bill is 2，162 dollars.”

“What?The original price is 3，088 dollars,but why is a 30%discount so expensive?”

我朋友大吃一驚！3,088美元那不是要2萬(wàn)多人民幣了？和她想的完全不一樣。為什么會(huì)是這樣？

原來(lái)，她沒(méi)有搞清楚30%的真正含義。在英語(yǔ)中，30%off的意思“30%去掉了”。相當(dāng)于我們中國(guó)的 “七折”。3，088的7折，當(dāng)然就是2，162了。我朋友還想以926美元的價(jià)格拿這個(gè)包呢。哈哈！

所以，如果不懂購(gòu)物的“密語(yǔ)”你就會(huì)很尷尬。

一、discount打折

在國(guó)外，經(jīng)常會(huì)有打折。和國(guó)內(nèi)一樣，隨時(shí)都有不同花樣的打折。一般標(biāo)簽架子上都會(huì)夸張地貼一個(gè)紅色牌子，上面寫(xiě)著xx%off來(lái)表示打折。30%off是指打七折！依次類推，10%discount指 打 九 折 ，20%discount指打八折。

別天真地一看到30%off就兩眼都放光了，以為是打三折！除了這些花樣，店家還有很多“密語(yǔ)”。從包里掏錢之前，一定要仔細(xì)看清楚了。

“特價(jià)促銷”一般可以用sale、bargain、promotion、haggle來(lái)表達(dá)。

經(jīng)常使用的打折方式有：

buy one and get one free就是 “買一送一”；

buy two and get one free“買二送一”；

buy one get one 50%off“第二件半價(jià)”；

cash back/rebate“滿減”(即達(dá)到一定的消費(fèi)額度，會(huì)有一定的現(xiàn)金返還)；

coupon “優(yōu)惠券”（商家提供特定的優(yōu)惠券，券上有打折的方式）。

二、after-sale service售后服務(wù)

除了打折的“密語(yǔ)”，我們還要明白國(guó)外其他購(gòu)物的售后“密語(yǔ)”。

1.exchange換貨

國(guó)外的商場(chǎng)一般都會(huì)提供一定時(shí)段內(nèi)的換貨服務(wù)。在滿足一定的條件下，顧客可以換貨。當(dāng)然，你一定要仔細(xì)閱讀其條款，不要上當(dāng)了。

2.refund退款

同樣地，國(guó)外購(gòu)物大多有限制性的退款條款。只有在滿足條款的情況下，才可以退款。
